本发明涉及洗衣液领域,尤其涉及一种含艾叶提取物的中药洗衣液的制备方法。
背景技术
随着环境的污染日益严重,衣物经普通清洗剂清洗后,放置于室内,由于室内环境潮湿,往往容易滋生大量细菌,对人体危害严重,尤其是贴身衣物和内衣。现有技术中多在洗衣液中添加化学杀菌剂,来达到杀菌的效果。这些化学添加剂会对人体皮肤造成一定程度的影响,皮肤经过洗衣液的浸泡后会对皮肤造成一些影响,导致皮肤粗糙、携带细菌或者过敏等,这是传统洗衣液存在的缺陷。中草药具有良好的消毒效果,而且没有副作用。
发明内容
根据现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种含艾叶提取物的中药洗衣液的制备方法,具有良好的杀菌效果,且不含化学杀菌剂,健康环保。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种含艾叶提取物的中药洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:洗净新鲜的艾叶,将水分晾干,将晾干后的艾叶置于干燥机中,于90-100℃下干燥2-3min;
步骤二:将干燥后的艾叶,放入粉碎机中粉碎,将粉碎后的艾叶过200目筛,得艾叶粉末;
步骤三:称取艾叶粉末20g,放入容器中,并加入400g蒸馏水在120W超声波处理器中处理20min,再加入沸石,置于电热套中,于120℃下沸腾2h后,第一次煎煮提取结束,将容器中的物质全部取出,降温至室温,用低温冷冻离心机过滤,转速为3000r/min,离心时间5min,收集上清液,下层艾叶再放入容器中,并加入300g的蒸馏水,进行第二次提取,于120℃下沸腾1.5h后,第二次煎煮提取结束,将容器中的物质全部取出,降温至室温,用低温冷冻离心机过滤,转速为3000r/min,离心时间5min,收集上清液,下层艾叶再放入容器中,并加入200g的蒸馏水,进行第三次提取,于120℃下沸腾1h后,第三次煎煮提取结束,将容器中的物质全部取出,降温至室温,用低温冷冻离心机过滤,转速为3000r/min,离心时间5min,收集上清液,合并三次上清液,混合,过滤得艾叶提取物;
步骤四:按重量份称取去离子水90份,分成等量的3份,取其中一份加入搅拌器中,加热至45℃后,边搅拌边加入烷基糖苷10重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚12重量份、脂肪酰胺丙基氧化铵8重量份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵3重量份,继续搅拌,搅拌器转速为100r/min,搅拌35min;
步骤五:按重量份称取的山梨酸钾2份、海藻酸钠1份、壳聚糖1份以及三分之一的去离子水加入搅拌器中,搅拌器转速为80r/min,搅拌20min;
步骤六:按重量份称取艾叶提取物3份以及余量的去离子水加入搅拌器中继续搅拌35min后,转速为50r/min;
步骤七:搅拌器加热升温至80℃,保温20min,降温至40℃,按重量份再加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2份、柠檬酸0.1份、香精0.1份、工业盐0.1份,并加入PH调节剂,调节PH至6-7,即得洗衣液。
优选的,步骤七中所述的香精为柠檬香精或玫瑰香精。
优选的,步骤二中所述的粉碎是采用LD-Y400A高速万能粉碎机。
本发明的有益效果在于:

步骤五:按重量份称取的山梨酸钾2份、海藻酸钠1份、壳聚糖1份以及三分之一的去离子水加入搅拌器中,搅拌器转速为80r/min,搅拌20min;
步骤六:按重量份称取艾叶提取物3份以及余量的去离子水加入搅拌器中继续搅拌35min后,转速为50r/min;
步骤七:搅拌器加热升温至80℃,保温20min,降温至40℃,按重量份再加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2份、柠檬酸0.1份、香精0.1份、工业盐0.1份,并加入PH调节剂,调节PH至6-7,即得洗衣液。
步骤七中所述的香精为柠檬香精或玫瑰香精。
步骤二中所述的粉碎是采用LD-Y400A高速万能粉碎机。
将本发明实施例1制得的洗衣液和市面上的同类型洗衣液的去污性能对比结果见下表1。

Claims (3)
1.一种含艾叶提取物的中药洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:洗净新鲜的艾叶,将水分晾干,将晾干后的艾叶置于干燥机中,于90-100℃下干燥2-3min;
步骤二:将干燥后的艾叶,放入粉碎机中粉碎,将粉碎后的艾叶过200目筛,得艾叶粉末;
步骤三:称取艾叶粉末20g,放入容器中,并加入400g蒸馏水在120W超声波处理器中处理20min,再加入沸石,置于电热套中,于120℃下沸腾2h后,第一次煎煮提取结束,将容器中的物质全部取出,降温至室温,用低温冷冻离心机过滤,转速为3000r/min,离心时间5min,收集上清液,下层艾叶再放入容器中,并加入300g的蒸馏水,进行第二次提取,于120℃下沸腾1.5h后,第二次煎煮提取结束,将容器中的物质全部取出,降温至室温,用低温冷冻离心机过滤,转速为3000r/min,离心时间5min,收集上清液,下层艾叶再放入容器中,并加入200g的蒸馏水,进行第三次提取,于120℃下沸腾1h后,第三次煎煮提取结束,将容器中的物质全部取出,降温至室温,用低温冷冻离心机过滤,转速为3000r/min,离心时间5min,收集上清液,合并三次上清液,混合,过滤得艾叶提取物;
步骤四:按重量份称取去离子水90份,分成等量的3份,取其中一份加入搅拌器中,加热至45℃后,边搅拌边加入烷基糖苷10重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚12重量份、脂肪酰胺丙基氧化铵8重量份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵3重量份,继续搅拌,搅拌器转速为100r/min,搅拌35min;
步骤五:按重量份称取的山梨酸钾2份、海藻酸钠1份、壳聚糖1份以及三分之一的去离子水加入搅拌器中,搅拌器转速为80r/min,搅拌20min;
步骤六:按重量份称取艾叶提取物3份以及余量的去离子水加入搅拌器中继续搅拌35min后,转速为50r/min;
步骤七:搅拌器加热升温至80℃,保温20min,降温至40℃,按重量份再加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2份、柠檬酸0.1份、香精0.1份、工业盐0.1份,并加入PH调节剂,调节PH至6-7,即得洗衣液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含艾叶提取物的中药洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤七中所述的香精为柠檬香精或玫瑰香精。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含艾叶提取物的中药洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤二中所述的粉碎是采用LD-Y400A高速万能粉碎机。
