Abstract
一种含黄柏提取物的中药洗衣液的制备方法,属于洗衣液领域,包括:制备黄柏提取物,并加入烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酰胺丙基氧化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、山梨酸钾、海藻酸钠、壳聚糖、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、柠檬酸、香精、工业盐等,制备洗衣液。本发明的洗衣液具有良好的杀菌效果,且性能温和,健康环保,能保护手部皮肤且制备方法简单,适合规模化生产且去污率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣液领域,尤其涉及一种含黄柏提取物的中药洗衣液的制备方法。
背景技术
随着环境的污染日益严重,衣物经普通清洗剂清洗后,放置于室内,由于室内环境潮湿,往往容易滋生大量细菌,对人体危害严重,尤其是贴身衣物和内衣。现有技术中多在洗衣液中添加化学杀菌剂,来达到杀菌的效果。这些化学添加剂会对人体皮肤造成一定程度的影响,皮肤经过洗衣液的浸泡后会对皮肤造成一些影响,导致皮肤粗糙、携带细菌或者过敏等,这是传统洗衣液存在的缺陷。中草药具有良好的消毒效果,而且没有副作用。
发明内容
根据现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种含黄柏提取物的中药洗衣液的制备方法,具有良好的杀菌效果,且不含化学杀菌剂,健康环保。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种含黄柏提取物的中药洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将黄柏进行清洗,并放置在通风干燥处进行风干,将风干后的黄柏置于90℃条件下干燥8min,将干燥后的黄柏,放入粉碎机中粉碎,将粉碎后的黄柏过60目筛,得黄柏粉;
步骤二:称取2g黄柏粉,置于盛有100ml无水乙醇的广口瓶中,在40℃温度条件下恒温提取10h,将溶液过滤后取出滤渣,向滤渣中加入50ml的无水乙醇并在40℃条件下恒温提取20min,再一次过滤后将两次滤液合并,并在58℃条件下进行旋转蒸发,浓缩至总体积为5ml,得黄柏提取液;
步骤三:按重量份称取去离子水90份,分成等量的3份,取其中一份加入搅拌器中,加热至45℃后,边搅拌边加入烷基糖苷10重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚12重量份、脂肪酰胺丙基氧化铵8重量份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵3重量份,继续搅拌,搅拌器转速为100r/min,搅拌35min;
步骤四:按重量份称取的山梨酸钾2份、海藻酸钠1份、壳聚糖1份以及三分之一的去离子水加入搅拌器中,搅拌器转速为80r/min,搅拌20min;
步骤五:按重量份称取黄柏提取物3份以及余量的去离子水加入搅拌器中继续搅拌35min后,转速为50r/min;
步骤六:搅拌器加热升温至80℃,保温20min,降温至40℃,按重量份再加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2份、柠檬酸0.1份、香精0.1份、工业盐0.1份,并加入PH调节剂,调节PH至6-7,即得洗衣液。
优选的,步骤六中所述的香精为柠檬香精或玫瑰香精。
优选的,步骤一中所述的粉碎是采用LD-Y400A高速万能粉碎机。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明添加黄柏提取物,黄柏具有良好的抑菌杀菌的效果。
2)本发明添加十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,是一种阳离子表面活性剂,同时也是一种非氧化性杀菌剂,具有广谱、高效的杀菌效果。
3)本发明的洗衣液性能温和,健康环保,能保护手部皮肤且制备方法简单,适合规模化生产且去污率高。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种含黄柏提取物的中药洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将黄柏进行清洗,并放置在通风干燥处进行风干,将风干后的黄柏置于90℃条件下干燥8min,将干燥后的黄柏,放入粉碎机中粉碎,将粉碎后的黄柏过60目筛,得黄柏粉;
步骤二:称取2g黄柏粉,置于盛有100ml无水乙醇的广口瓶中,在40℃温度条件下恒温提取10h,将溶液过滤后取出滤渣,向滤渣中加入50ml的无水乙醇并在40℃条件下恒温提取20min,再一次过滤后将两次滤液合并,并在58℃条件下进行旋转蒸发,浓缩至总体积为5ml,得黄柏提取液;

步骤六:搅拌器加热升温至80℃,保温20min,降温至40℃,按重量份再加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2份、柠檬酸0.1份、香精0.1份、工业盐0.1份,并加入PH调节剂,调节PH至6-7,即得洗衣液。
步骤六中所述的香精为柠檬香精或玫瑰香精。
步骤一中所述的粉碎是采用LD-Y400A高速万能粉碎机。
将本发明实施例1制得的洗衣液和市面上的同类型洗衣液的去污性能对比结果见下表1。

1.一种含黄柏提取物的中药洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将黄柏进行清洗,并放置在通风干燥处进行风干,将风干后的黄柏置于90℃条件下干燥8min,将干燥后的黄柏,放入粉碎机中粉碎,将粉碎后的黄柏过60目筛,得黄柏粉;
