Abstract

本发明涉及一种环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,属于聚氨酯技术领域。所述胶黏剂由质量比为1:5~1的A组分和B组分制成,以质量百分数计,A组分由以下原料制成:聚氧化丙烯二醇3~6%,聚氧化丙烯三醇12~20%,聚氧化丙烯四醇15~25%,扩链剂5~10%,偶联剂0.3~2%,填料30~60%,增稠剂0.2~0.5%,催化剂0.05~0.8%,水0.2~0.8%;B组分由以下原料制成:二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯30~50%,多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯20~47%,增塑剂3~5%。本发明的环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂主要用于基材的粘结,适用于不锈钢板、铝合金板、无机硅酸钙板和岩棉板的粘结,A组分和B组分按比例混合后发生化学交联反应,达到初始粘度高、固化速度快、粘结性能好的优异性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,属于聚氨酯技术领域。
背景技术
聚氨酯胶黏剂是指分子链中含有氨基甲酸酯和/或异氰酸酯基团的胶黏剂,聚氨酯胶黏剂为反应型胶黏剂,在制备或粘接过程中,多异氰酸化合物或含有NCO端基的预聚体与活性氢化合物(如含羟基、胺基或水等)发生化学反应。目前,市面上的大多数胶黏剂都含有溶剂,气味大、不利于环保,另外,存在耐老化性能差、长时间固化不稳定等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,具有较高的初粘力和粘结强度,储存期长、稳定性高,对多种类型的基材都有优异的附着性能。
本发明所述的环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,由质量比为1:5~1的A组分和B组分制成,其中:
以质量百分数计,A组分由以下原料制成:

所述聚氧化丙烯二醇的分子量为1000,聚氧化丙烯三醇的分子量为5000,聚氧化丙烯四醇的分子量为600;
所述扩链剂是分子量为300的聚氧化丙烯三醇。
所述偶联剂的型号为KH550。
所述填料为重质碳酸钙粉(600目以上)。
所述增稠剂为气相白炭黑,优选的型号为AEROSIL R202。
所述催化剂为月桂酸二丁基锡与三乙烯二铵的混合物,其中,混合物中三乙烯二铵的浓度为33%。
以质量百分数计,B组分由以下原料制成:
二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯 30~50%
多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯 20~67%
增塑剂 3~5%。
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯或邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
所述的环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法如下:将A组分中配比量的原料混合,搅拌20~30min,得到乳白色的均一体系,封装备用;将B组分中配比量的原料混合,搅拌15~20min,封装备用;然后将A组分和B组分按照质量比为1:5~1的比例混合,得到产品。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明的环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂主要用于基材的粘结,适用于不锈钢板、铝合金板、无机硅酸钙板和岩棉板的粘结,A组分和B组分按比例混合后发生化学交联反应,达到初始粘度高、固化速度快、粘结性能好的优异性能;
(2)本发明的胶黏剂适用范围广,具有可调节的开放时间,较高的初粘力和粘结强度,储存期长,稳定性高,广泛的基材适用性,对多种类型的基材都有优异的附着性能。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
A组分:于1000L反应釜中称取分子量为1000的聚氧化丙烯二醇30kg,分子量为5000的聚氧化丙烯三醇75kg,分子量为600的聚氧化丙烯四醇145kg,分子量为300的聚氧化丙烯三醇45kg,增稠剂气相白炭黑(AEROSIL R202)1.5kg,硅烷偶联剂(KH550)3kg,碳酸钙粉295kg,催化剂月桂酸二丁基锡与三乙烯二铵(33%浓度)2.4kg,水2.4kg,在200rpm下分散100min,出料;
B组分:称取二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯和多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯分别150kg和141kg,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯9kg,在200rpm下分散20min,控制NCO%在25~30%,出料;
将A、B组分按质量比4:1混合,制作不锈钢剪切样件,固化条件为常温,3天后测试剪切强度(GB/T7124-2008);使用铝合金板作为测试样件,固化条件为常温,3天后测试剥离强度(GB/T1457-2005)。性能检测结果见表1。

1.一种环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:由质量比为1:5~1的A组分和B组分制成,其中:

所述聚氧化丙烯二醇的分子量为1000,聚氧化丙烯三醇的分子量为5000,聚氧化丙烯四醇的分子量为600;
以质量百分数计,B组分由以下原料制成:
二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯 30~50%
多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯 20~67%
增塑剂 3~5%;
所述A组分、B组分中的各组分用量之和均为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:扩链剂是分子量为300的聚氧化丙烯三醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:偶联剂的型号为KH550。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:填料是粒度为600目以上的重质碳酸钙粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:增稠剂为气相白炭黑。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:催化剂为月桂酸二丁基锡与三乙烯二胺 的混合物,其中,混合物中三乙烯二胺 的浓度为33%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯或邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:制备方法如下:将A组分中配比量的原料混合,搅拌20~30min,得到乳白色的均一体系,封装备用;将B组分中配比量的原料混合,搅拌15~20min,封装备用;然后将A组分和B组分按照质量比为1:5~1的比例混合,得到产品。
