本发明公开了一种抗菌防水型建筑涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:0.8‑3.4份的醇脂十二、0.6‑1.6份的有机硅氧烷、6‑12份的纳米二氧化硅、20‑40份的丙烯酸树脂、6‑12份的松香、6‑12份的石灰、3‑5份的架桥剂、10‑30份的氧化钾、25‑35份的烯‑醋酸乙烯聚合物、5‑15份的乙酸丁酯、10‑15份的立德粉、7‑10份的氧化锌、5‑10份的明胶和3‑5份的六偏硫酸钠。本发明通过调配不同原料的添加量,使得耐候耐碱性强,可以适应不同的气候变化,同时环保、节能,不会对环境和人体造成伤害,满足市场多样化需求;经该产品处理后的材料表面保持原色,不必水洗;同时防水性能佳,使用后能有效避免墙面渗水现象,同时抗菌效果佳。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑涂料领域,具体涉及一种抗菌防水型建筑涂料。
背景技术
涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。因早期的涂料大多以植物油为主要原料,故又称作油漆。现在合成树脂已大部分或全部取代了植物油,故称为涂料。
建筑涂料包括水性建筑涂料和溶剂性建筑涂料,溶剂性建筑涂料因其固化过程释放有毒溶剂,不符合环保要求而在建筑涂料中受到限制,但由于溶剂性涂料的高分子成膜物耐老化性强、附着力好、涂层光洁、耐沾污、耐磨性、耐酸碱、耐水性等优于一般水性涂料,在高层建筑的外墙装饰中仍在使用。从长远看,会被水性氟碳、硅丙等高性能涂料取代。
目前,建筑墙体的装饰普遍使用传统的涂料,大部分的涂料只限于具备高弹性的特征,其耐水性和防水性较差,拉伸强度低,附着力一般。因此一般只用于室内装饰。现在人们越来越注重生活环境,所以室外的装饰也越来越受关注。但是室外与室内不同,在环境污染越来越严重,室外下的雨水都是酸雨了,所以光防水是不行的,还要能防止雨酸化涂层,不然在经过雨水冲刷后其漆膜将会整体剥落,雨水便渗入墙面,腐蚀墙面,造成损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种能够有效抑制菌类的成长、并且防水效果佳的抗菌防水型建筑涂料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种抗菌防水型建筑涂料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:0.8-3.4份的醇脂十二、0.6-1.6份的有机硅氧烷、6-12份的纳米二氧化硅、20-40份的丙烯酸树脂、6-12份的松香、6-12份的石灰、3-5份的架桥剂、10-30份的氧化钾、25-35份的烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物、5-15份的乙酸丁酯、10-15份的立德粉、7-10份的氧化锌、5-10份的明胶和3-5份的六偏硫酸钠。
进一步的,由以下重量份数的原料制成:2.1份的醇脂十二、1.1份的有机硅氧烷、9份的纳米二氧化硅、30份的丙烯酸树脂、9份的松香、9份的石灰、4份的架桥剂、20份的氧化钾、30份的烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物、10份的乙酸丁酯、12份的立德粉、9份的氧化锌、6份的明胶和4份的六偏硫酸钠。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明通过调配不同原料的添加量,使得耐候耐碱性强,可以适应不同的气候变化,同时环保、节能,不会对环境和人体造成伤害,满足市场多样化需求;同时本发明附着力强,保护建筑免受高温氧化的破坏和大气的腐蚀,形成的涂层平整、耐热耐高温且强度高。经该产品处理后的材料表面保持原色,不必水洗;同时防水性能佳,使用后能有效避免墙面渗水现象,同时抗菌效果佳。

实施例1
一种抗菌防水型建筑涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:0.8份的醇脂十二、0.6份的有机硅氧烷、6份的纳米二氧化硅、20份的丙烯酸树脂、6份的松香、6份的石灰、3份的架桥剂、10份的氧化钾、25份的烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物、5份的乙酸丁酯、10份的立德粉、7份的氧化锌、5份的明胶和3份的六偏硫酸钠。
实施例2
一种抗菌防水型建筑涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:3.4份的醇脂十二、1.6份的有机硅氧烷、12份的纳米二氧化硅、40份的丙烯酸树脂、12份的松香、6-12份的石灰、5份的架桥剂、30份的氧化钾、35份的烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物、15份的乙酸丁酯、15份的立德粉、10份的氧化锌、10份的明胶和5份的六偏硫酸钠。
实施例3
一种抗菌防水型建筑涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:2.1份的醇脂十二、1.1份的有机硅氧烷、9份的纳米二氧化硅、30份的丙烯酸树脂、9份的松香、9份的石灰、4份的架桥剂、20份的氧化钾、30份的烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物、10份的乙酸丁酯、12份的立德粉、9份的氧化锌、6份的明胶和4份的六偏硫酸钠。

1.一种抗菌防水型建筑涂料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:0.8-3.4份的醇脂十二、0.6-1.6份的有机硅氧烷、6-12份的纳米二氧化硅、20-40份的丙烯酸树脂、6-12份的松香、6-12份的石灰、3-5份的架桥剂、10-30份的氧化钾、25-35份的烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物、5-15份的乙酸丁酯、10-15份的立德粉、7-10份的氧化锌、5-10份的明胶和3-5份的六偏硫酸钠。
