Claims (8)

1. A closed cleaning tank, characterized in that said cleaning tank comprises: the device comprises a cleaning box, a pressure balancing part, a steam part, a communication part, a circulating part and a plurality of valves;
the balance pressure part includes: the cleaning device comprises a U-shaped water sealing pipe, a U-shaped pipe water outlet, a pressure stabilizing communicating pipe, a water replenishing pipe and a flow limiting orifice plate, wherein the U-shaped water sealing pipe is arranged inside a cleaning box, one end of the U-shaped water sealing pipe is arranged outside the cleaning box and is communicated with the U-shaped pipe water outlet through a valve, the other end of the U-shaped water sealing pipe is arranged inside the cleaning box and is sequentially communicated with the flow limiting orifice plate and the water replenishing pipe, the free end of the water replenishing pipe is positioned outside the cleaning box, one end of the pressure stabilizing communicating pipe extends into the cleaning box, the other end of the pressure stabilizing communicating pipe is communicated with the U-shaped pipe water outlet through the valve, and the valve is arranged between the flow limiting orifice plate and the water replenishing pipe;
the steam part comprises a steam pipe and a steam heating silencer which are sequentially communicated, the free end of the steam pipe is positioned outside the washing box, the inside of the washing box is positioned inside the washing box, and the steam pipe is provided with the valve;
the communicating part comprises a first communicating interface, a communicating pipe and a spraying pipe which are sequentially communicated, two valves are arranged on the part of the communicating pipe outside the cleaning box at intervals, and the spraying pipe is positioned inside the cleaning box;
the circulating component comprises a circulating communicating pipe, a filter, a water pump, a flowmeter and an ejector which are sequentially communicated, the ejector is communicated with the communicating pipe, the communication position of the ejector and the communicating pipe is positioned between two valves on the communicating pipe, a second communication interface is arranged on the ejector, the valve is arranged between the ejector and the second communication interface, the circulating communicating pipe is communicated with the inside of the cleaning box through the valve, and the valve is arranged between the water pump and the flowmeter;
the sewage discharge part comprises a sewage discharge pipe and a three-way pipe, the sewage discharge pipe is communicated with the inside of the cleaning box through the valve, the three-way pipe is respectively communicated with the sewage discharge pipe and the circulating communicating pipe, and the valve is arranged at the free end of the three-way pipe;
the spraying pipe is provided with a plurality of spraying holes, and the length direction of the spraying pipe is parallel to the bottom surface of the cleaning box.

The hermetic cleaning tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nozzle tube comprises two parallel nozzle strips, the length direction of the nozzle strips is the same as the length direction of the nozzle tube, and the central axes of the two nozzle strips are perpendicular to two planes formed by the central axis of the nozzle tube; the length direction of the spray pipe is parallel to the bottom surface of the cleaning box.
3. A hermetic cleaning tank as in claim 2, wherein the nozzle strip is composed of a plurality of rectangular nozzles arranged at intervals.
4. A closed washing tank as in claim 1, characterized in that one side of the washing tank is provided with a liquid level observing part.
5. A closed cleaning tank as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the top surface of the tank is provided with a manhole.
6. A closed washing tank as in claim 1, characterized in that one side of the washing tank is provided with a temperature measuring part.
7. A hermetic washing tank as in claim 1, characterized in that it is provided with pressure measuring means.
8. A self-cleaning method for a closed cleaning tank, characterized in that the self-cleaning method for a closed cleaning tank according to claim 1 or 2 comprises the steps of:
s1: closing all communication parts of the cleaning box which are communicated with the outside;
s2: opening the valve on the communicating pipe, opening the valve between the circulating communicating pipe and the filter, and opening the valve between the water pump and the flowmeter;
s3: ensuring that the valve on the first communication port is in a closed state;
s4: starting the water pump for circular cleaning;
s5: and after the cleaning of the cleaning box is confirmed to be finished, discharging the waste water.
