Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于药品检验分析的滴定调速装置,包括底座、立柱和顶板,所述的立柱安装在底座和顶板之间的一侧,所述的顶板上安装有滴管,在所述的滴管内安装有调速机构,该调速机构通过安装在立柱上的气缸驱动,该气缸的伸缩杆上安装有套筒。本发明的优点是:能够方便的调整滴液速度,操作简单,使用方便,易于控制。

本发明涉及一种用于药品检验分析的滴定调速装置。
背景技术
药品检测时候有时候需要借助滴定分析仪,但是现在所使用的仪器结构复杂,控制和操作不方便,不能够方便的调整滴速。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种用于药品检验分析的滴定调速装置,本发明的技术方案是:
用于药品检验分析的滴定调速装置,包括底座、立柱和顶板,所述的立柱安装在底座和顶板之间的一侧,所述的顶板上安装有滴管,在所述的滴管内安装有调速机构,该调速机构通过安装在立柱上的气缸驱动,该气缸的伸缩杆上安装有套筒,套筒的另一端沿滴管的径向伸入至滴管内,所述的伸缩杆滑动的安装在导轨上,该导轨通过安装在底座上的支撑杆支撑,所述的调速机构包括弹性带,所述的弹性带为数个,沿圆周方向围成一封闭的球体,每一弹性带的两个端部安装在滴管的内壁上,中间部分向外突出,所述的套筒与弹性带滑动配合。本发明的优点是:能够方便的调整滴液速度,操作简单,使用方便,易于控制。

参见图1,本发明涉及一种用于药品检验分析的滴定调速装置,包括底座1、立柱3和顶板2,所述的立柱3安装在底座1和顶板2之间的一侧,所述的顶板2上安装有滴管8,在所述的滴管8内安装有调速机构,该调速机构通过安装在立柱3上的气缸4驱动,该气缸4的伸缩杆7上安装有套筒9,套筒9的另一端沿滴管的径向伸入至滴管8内,所述的伸缩杆7滑动的安装在导轨6上,该导轨6通过安装在底座1上的支撑杆3支撑,所述的调速机构包括弹性带10,所述的弹性带10为数个,沿圆周方向围成一封闭的球体,每一弹性带10的两个端部安装在滴管8的内壁上,中间部分向外突出,所述的套筒9与弹性带10滑动配合。
本发明的工作原理是:通过气缸的驱动,伸缩杆沿导轨前移,此时套筒将把所有弹性片罩入其内,弹性带的膨胀面积缩小,进而缩小了对滴液的阻挡面积,增加了液体流速。当需要减小液体流速时,气缸伸缩杆缩回,弹性带膨胀,增大了对滴液的阻挡面积,减少了液体流速。

1.用于药品检验分析的滴定调速装置,其特征在于,包括底座、立柱和顶板,所述的立柱安装在底座和顶板之间的一侧,所述的顶板上安装有滴管,在所述的滴管内安装有调速机构,该调速机构通过安装在立柱上的气缸驱动,该气缸的伸缩杆上安装有套筒,套筒的另一端沿滴管的径向伸入至滴管内,所述的伸缩杆滑动的安装在导轨上,该导轨通过安装在底座上的支撑杆支撑,所述的调速机构包括弹性带,所述的弹性带为数个,沿圆周方向围成一封闭的球体,每一弹性带的两个端部安装在滴管的内壁上,中间部分向外突出,所述的套筒与弹性带滑动配合。
