The invention comprises two sterilization methods of pasteurization and high-temperature sterilization, thereby meeting the sterilization requirements of various liquids; the preheating and cooling device has reasonable structure, is scientific and efficient, and can realize two methods of pasteurization and ultra-high instantaneous sterilization.

The traditional sterilization of liquid foods usually adopts the following three sterilization methods:

The sterilizing machine with the three sterilizing methods can achieve the aim of sterilization only by being matched with huge auxiliary equipment such as a boiler and the like. The sterilization system has the defects of 1 and large investment; 2. the occupied area is large; 3. the production cost is high; 4. the environment is polluted; 5. a large number of staff are required; 6. the production equipment is complex; 7. destroying the nutritional ingredients and natural flavor of the beverage.
The applicable sterilization method is also determined according to different beverage production enterprises and different food material characteristics.
However, with the increasing abundance of beverage types, the public pays attention to food and beverage safety, the national standard and industry standard in the field of food and beverage safety are becoming perfect and refined, the requirements on beverage sterilization process and sterilization equipment are higher, the classification of the sterilization equipment is finer and finer, the development trend of equipment specificity is more and more remarkable, the resource consumption caused by the research and development and use of corresponding equipment is increased, and the environmental pollution is aggravated. the high-pressure multistage pump is respectively communicated with the raw material tank and the cleaning barrel; the high-pressure multistage pump, the cold-heat exchanger, the pasteurizer, the high-temperature sterilizer and the homogenizer are respectively controlled by a main control cabinet, and the main control cabinet is provided with a touch screen; the cold-heat exchanger, the pasteurizer and the high-temperature sterilizer are arranged in a sterilization cabinet.
The homogeneous feeding pipe and the homogeneous discharging pipe are respectively communicated through a homogeneous switching valve and a one-way valve.
The high-temperature sterilizer is arranged in the heat preservation body, the working sterilization temperature of the infrared heater is 138-148 ℃, the sterilization time is 3-5 seconds, the sterilization temperature of the pasteurizer is 95 ℃, and the sterilization time is 3-1800 seconds.
And a flow indicator is arranged on the feeding pipe.
And cooling water is externally connected.
