本发明涉及水稻栽培技术领域,具体涉及一种水稻专用拌种剂。其主要成分包括:浒苔多糖14~17%,黄腐酸10~15%,牡蛎壳粉20~25%,50%多菌灵18~23%,25%嘧菌酯24~28%,硅酸钠3~6%,赤霉素0.003~0.005%,萘乙酸0.004~0.006%。本发明催芽效果好,能够提高水稻种子的出苗率,确保苗全,苗壮,苗齐。能够增加幼苗叶片的叶绿素和胚根数,有效预防水稻种子的土传病害,如纹枯病和稻瘟病。

一种水稻专用拌种剂
技术领域
本发明涉及水稻栽培技术领域,特别涉及一种水稻专用拌种剂。
背景技术
当前大田生产中拌种的目的主要是为了杀虫,灭菌。其实拌种也是作物整个生育期营养物质供应的基础,不但可以保证种子不受土传病虫害的威胁,还可以促根壮苗,达到提高产量的效果。因此,开发急需开发一种多功能的水稻拌种剂来促进水稻种植业的发展。
发明内容
为了解决水稻拌种剂中目的单一性的问题,本发明提供了一种兼具催芽,灭菌和促根壮苗的水稻专用拌种剂。
本发明是通过以下原料制备而成的:
一种水稻专用拌种剂,原料重量的百分含量如下:
浒苔多糖16%,黄腐酸13%,牡蛎壳粉24%,50%多菌灵19%,25%嘧菌酯24%,硅酸钠4%,赤霉素0.004%,萘乙酸0.005%。
所述的水稻专用拌种剂的制备方法,其中所述的浒苔多糖是从天然绿藻浒苔中用酶法降解提取得到的,总糖含量30~40%。保留了浒苔中丰富的Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn等植物所需的矿质元素和浒苔中的天然生物刺激素,如生长素、赤霉素、细胞分裂素等。已有文献报道浒苔多糖具有能提供小分子有机碳,植物叶片根系易吸收传导;诱导植物内源激素合成,促根壮苗,增产增促进叶绿素合成,提高光合作用;螯合矿物质元素,全面补充营养,提升作物品质的功效。
黄腐酸是腐殖酸类分子量较小的高分子有机化合物,含有多种活性官能团,易被植物吸收,具有较强的生物活性,黄腐酸通过刺激和提高植物体内一些酶的活性,通过酶活性提高植物的呼吸强度和根系作用,达到刺激植物生长的效果,能够促进种子萌发、出苗整齐和幼苗生长。
牡蛎壳粉是经过1200oC煅烧后,超微粉碎,过筛80目得到的。经过高温煅烧的牡蛎壳粉的结构孔隙度增大,分子比表面积增大,吸附能力增强,能够有效吸附土壤中的重金属,钝化有效态重金属的含量,尤其是对镉的吸附效果明显。
水稻是典型的喜硅、集硅作物,对硅需求量较多,是水稻组成的重要营养元素,接近氮、磷、钾的需求量,居第四位。试验、应用研究结果表明,硅对水稻生长具有相当大的作用。水稻吸收硅以后,形成硅化细胞,增强细胞壁强度,使植物机械组织发达,株型挺拔,茎叶直立。水稻茎叶之间夹角减小25.4度,有利于通风提高透光和密植,提高水稻叶面的光合作用,有利于有机物的积累,从而增加了水稻的产量。硅化细胞的形成使水稻表层细胞壁加厚,角层增加质,从而增强对病虫害抵抗能力,特别是稻瘟病,水稻纹枯病,稻胡麻斑病等有比较显著作用。
赤霉素和萘乙酸具有很好的催芽或辅助催芽的功效,打破水稻种子的休眠,促进种子的萌发。
本发明中多菌灵和嘧菌酯具有消毒灭菌的作用,对水稻纹枯病、稻瘟病有良好的灭菌消毒作用,防止病菌从种子传播。本发明中的超微粉碎牡蛎壳粉兼具粘附的作用,使得多菌灵和嘧菌酯更易粘附到水稻种子表面。
本发明的益处是:添加了浒苔多糖和小分子黄腐酸等活性物质,并辅以赤霉素和萘乙酸,能够提高水稻种子的出芽率,并能够促进水稻幼苗的生长,促根壮苗。硅素的添加能够增强水稻幼苗的细胞壁强度,使机械组织发达,茎叶直立。特别添加了多菌灵和嘧菌酯能够有效预防水稻稻瘟病和纹枯病通过种子的传播。

为了更好的理解本发明,下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明:
实施例1:一种水稻专用拌种剂,原料重量百分含量如下:
浒苔多糖16%,黄腐酸13%,牡蛎壳粉24%,50%多菌灵19%,25%嘧菌酯24%,硅酸钠4%,赤霉素0.004%,萘乙酸0.005%。
实施例2:一种水稻专用拌种剂,原料重量百分含量如下:
浒苔多糖14%,黄腐酸15%,牡蛎壳粉22%,50%多菌灵20%,25%嘧菌酯26%,硅酸钠5%,赤霉素0.003%,萘乙酸0.006%。
实施例3:一种水稻专用拌种剂,原料重量百分含量如下:
浒苔多糖15%,黄腐酸12%,牡蛎壳粉25%,50%多菌灵21%,25%嘧菌酯22%,硅酸钠4%,赤霉素0.005%,萘乙酸0.004%。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受实施例的限制,其它任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所做的改变、组合、替代、简化均应为等效替换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种水稻专用拌种剂,其特征在于:所述拌种剂由以下质量分数的组分制备而成:浒苔多糖14~17%,黄腐酸10~15%,牡蛎壳粉20~25%,50%多菌灵18~23%,25%嘧菌酯23~26%,硅酸钠3~6%,赤霉素0.003~0.005%,萘乙酸0.004~0.006%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水稻专用拌种剂,其特征在于所述拌种剂按以下质量分数制备而成:浒苔多糖16%,黄腐酸13%,牡蛎壳粉24%,50%多菌灵19%,25%嘧菌酯24%,硅酸钠4%,赤霉素0.004%,萘乙酸0.005%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水稻专用拌种剂,其特征在于浒苔多糖是从天然绿藻浒苔经过酶法降解提取得到的,总糖含量在30~40%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水稻专用拌种剂,其特征在于所述的牡蛎壳粉是经过高温1200oC煅烧后,超微粉碎,过筛80目得到的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水稻专用拌种剂,其特征在于所述的水稻专用拌种剂的用量为水稻种子重量的0.5%,且使用前先将拌种剂用适量水兑成粘稠糊状,然后将种子与其充分混合。
