Abstract
The invention relates to a gardening mower, and belongs to the technical field of agriculture and forestry test facilities. The invention has compact structure, small volume, complete functions and convenient traction, thereby being easy to popularize and apply.

Background
The applicant knows that most of domestic existing gardening mowers are imported and overseas, and the machines are generally large in size, high in price, unsuitable for national conditions and difficult to use, maintain and repair. The independently developed gardening mower has the defects of single operation function, weak adaptability, poor grass breaking quality and lack of grass breaking collecting function, and the power platform has the advantages of large size and weight, heavy operation, low utilization rate and large per mu power conservation amount, so that the gardening mower is difficult to practically popularize and apply.
As a result, farmers severely lack suitable mowing machinery, resulting in increased cost of lawn mowing, low orchard yield, high yield in the grass planting industry, or high yield.

The invention aims at: aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the gardening mower which is small in size, high in crushed grass quality and capable of being conveniently matched with a crushed grass collecting device is provided, so that the gardening mower suitable for national conditions is provided, and is practically popularized and applied.

When the gardening mower works, the power input device of the gardening mower is connected with the power output transmission of a power source such as a small diesel engine with a wheel, the cutting knife can be driven to rotationally cut grass after the gardening mower is started, cut grass is cut for many times before output due to the high speed of the cutting knife, small blocks meeting the quality requirement of broken grass are formed, the grass is gathered towards the side of a housing rapidly under the action of centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the cutting knife, broken grass is sent out along the collecting housing by wind power of a fan generated by the high-speed rotation of the cutting knife, and the broken grass can be directly output and scattered by the air guide housing which is adjusted to the outside from the housing opening according to the requirement, or is guided to the collecting bag hung on the collecting bag supporting frame by the air guide housing which is adjusted to the inside from the housing opening. The invention has compact structure, small volume, complete functions and convenient traction, thereby being easy to popularize and apply.
The invention is further perfected that an indexable guide cover is arranged above the outlet of the guide cover.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the gardening mower of the embodiment is provided with a disc-shaped housing 6 with an open bottom, a supporting frame 1 of a frame mechanism arranged above, a vertical rotating shaft 4-1 supported at the center of the housing 6 through a supporting bearing 6-1, and a blade-shaped cutter 5 extending radially arranged through a height adjusting device 4. The cutter 5 has a specific structure shown in fig. 5 to 7, and consists of a sheet-shaped main body 5-1 in the middle, rotary wings 5-2 with opposite twisting ends, and hook-shaped cutter heads 5-3 fixed at the ends of the rotary wings 5-2. When the cutter works, the cutter rotates at a high speed to cut grass, and axial flow wind power is generated.
The specific structure of the height-adjusting device 4 is shown in fig. 8-10, and comprises a bearing sleeve 4-2 which forms a vertical moving pair with a vertical rotating shaft 4-1 through a spline, wherein the bearing sleeve 4-2 forms an axially restrained revolute pair with a shifting fork sleeve 4-3 through a ball bearing 4-4, the bottom of the bearing sleeve is fixedly connected with a cutting knife 5, and a disc-shaped cutting cover 4-7 is fixedly connected above the cutting knife 5, and can not only isolate and protect the mechanism of the height-adjusting device, but also form a required annular rotational flow space in cooperation with a housing. Two sides of the shifting fork sleeve 4-3 respectively extend out of a cylindrical boss 4-a which forms a moving pair with a horizontal sliding groove of the shifting fork 4-5, one end of the shifting fork 4-5 is hinged in the housing 6 through a pin shaft 4-6, a lifting handle 4-8 with an elastic pin gear shifting limiting structure extends obliquely upwards from the hinged position of the shifting fork 4-5, an arc-shaped adjusting seat 8 is fixed on the housing 6, and a plurality of gear holes matched with the elastic pins are formed in the adjusting seat 8. Therefore, the height-adjusting handle can be conveniently controlled, the shifting fork sleeve is driven to drive the bearing sleeve and the cutting knife to lift and adjust the height as required through leverage, and then the bearing sleeve and the cutting knife are fixed in corresponding gears. Of course, other structures, such as screw-up, etc., may be used for the height-adjusting device.
One side of the housing 6 radially extends out of the expanding arc 6-r, the tail end of the expanding arc 6-r tangentially extends out of the guide cover 2 for guiding air flow towards the upper side, and the outlet of the guide cover 2 faces to a collecting bag which can be sleeved on the support frame 1. Therefore, the broken grass cut by the rotary cutting knife is gathered to the side of the cover shell under the action of centrifugal force, and when the turning radius of the tail end of the expanding arc is reduced and a diversion space facing to the upper side is generated tangentially, the broken grass is easier to enter the diversion cover. An indexable guide cover 9 is arranged above the outlet of the guide cover 2, when the collection bag is sleeved on the support frame 1, the guide cover can play a role of guiding broken grass into the collection bag by matching with the guide cover, and when the collection bag is not installed, the guide cover can guide the broken grass output by the guide cover to one side of the machine and is scattered on the field.
The upper end of the vertical rotating shaft 4-1 is meshed with the power output end of a transmission box 3 positioned on a housing 6 through a bevel gear, and the power input end of the transmission box 3 is used for being in transmission connection with a power input device of a traction machine which extends radially. The upper part of the housing 6 is provided with a pair of supporting universal wheels 7 on one side far away from the power input device through a cantilever mount, so that the control is flexible and convenient.
Experiments prove that the gardening mower of the embodiment has the following characteristics:
1. the grass crushing quality is good: the cutter rotates at a high speed of 2800r/min, and the cut grass is cut for a plurality of times to form uniform small fragments with the diameter of about 3 mm;
2. the collecting effect is good: the broken grass gathers together under the centrifugal effect generated by the high-speed rotation of the cutting knife, and the rotor wing with the inclination angle of 150 degrees of the cutting knife rotates at high speed to generate axial flow wind power similar to a fan so that the broken grass enters the guide cover and is collected by the collecting bag;
the platform utilization rate is high: only one input shaft is provided, so that a traction power platform with smaller size and weight can be selected, matched power can be selected according to working conditions, and the utilization rate is high.

A gardening mower, characterized in that: the device comprises a disk-shaped housing with an open bottom and a support frame arranged above, wherein a vertical rotating shaft supported by a central support bearing of the housing is provided with a radially extending blade-shaped cutting knife through a height adjusting device, one side of the housing tangentially extends out to form a guide cover for guiding air flow towards the upper side, and an outlet of the guide cover faces to a collecting bag which can be sleeved on the support frame; the upper end of the vertical rotating shaft is in transmission connection with a radially extending power input device through a transmission box positioned on the housing; one side of the upper part of the housing, which is far away from the power input device, is provided with a supporting universal wheel through a cantilever mount;
the height adjusting device comprises a bearing sleeve which forms a vertical moving pair with the vertical rotating shaft, the bearing sleeve and the shifting fork sleeve form an axially restrained rotating pair, two sides of the shifting fork sleeve respectively extend out of bosses which form the moving pair with horizontal sliding grooves of the shifting fork, and one end of the shifting fork is hinged in the housing;
one side of the housing radially extends out of the expanding arc, and the tail end of the expanding arc tangentially extends out of the guide sleeve for guiding air flow towards the upper side.

The gardening mower as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the hinge support of the shifting fork extends upwards to form a height adjusting handle with a gear shifting limiting structure, an arc-shaped adjusting seat is fixed on the housing, and a plurality of gear holes are formed in the adjusting seat.
3. The gardening mower as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the cutting knife consists of a sheet-shaped main body in the middle, rotary wings with two reversely twisted ends and hook-shaped tool bits fixed at the ends of the rotary wings.
