Abstract
本发明涉及一种高效除油喷剂,属于室内清洁技术领域。所述高效除油喷剂采用安全原料复配而成,由绿色表面活性剂0.05~5 wt%、杀菌剂0.1%~2 wt%、增溶剂1~6 wt%及纯净水77~98.8 wt%所组成。该高效除油喷剂可均匀喷洒于厨具、除油烟机、锅具、厨房墙面等油渍污染的表面,以及各种被油渍污染的金属、塑料、玻璃、木材等表面,亦可用于空气油烟污染的治理。具有绿色温和、高效除油、长效抑菌、去除异味、使用便捷等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高效除油喷剂,属于室内清洁技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对家居环境的要求也越来越高,家居环境中厨房作为食物烹饪的房间,并且鉴于中国人饮食结构与西方人不同,中国饮食加工中,煎、炒、烹、炸等可产生大量的油烟,若无通风抽吸设备可长期漂浮于空中,对人体呼吸道造成一定的伤害,而冷却后的油烟可附着于厨房柜台、煤气灶台、抽油烟机、排气扇、餐桌、墙壁、地面以及厨房内的冰箱、微波炉等几乎所有的厨房物品上,长久以来越积越多,并且容易粘上灰尘和滋生细菌。油烟及油渍污染问题成为维持干净的家居环境最棘手的常见问题之一。
目前市场上销售的厨房清洁材料种类繁多,包括颗粒、粉剂、液体乳化剂,但是大多需要使用大量的清洁剂并用湿布反复擦拭才能完全清除被清洗物品表面的油污,有些难以冲洗,残留的化学物质对人们的健康产生不利的影响,清洗起来费时又费力。而部分清洗剂含有大量有害化学成分,经常使用,容易对使用者的皮肤造成伤害。与此同时,针对油烟治理的喷剂产品则未见相关报道。因而,开发出更环保安全、轻松便捷、油渍油烟治理合一的高效除油喷剂势在必行。
发明内容
本发明针对上述存在的技术问题,提供了一种高效除油喷剂,属于室内清洁技术领域。
所述高效除油喷剂采用安全原料复配而成,由绿色表面活性剂0.05~5 wt%、杀菌剂0.1%~2 wt%、增溶剂1~6 wt%及纯净水77~98.8 wt%所组成。该高效除油喷剂可均匀喷洒于厨具、除油烟机、锅具、厨房墙面等油渍污染的表面,以及各种被油渍污染的金属、塑料、玻璃、木材等表面,亦可用于空气油烟污染的治理。具有绿色温和、高效除油、长效抑菌、去除异味、使用便捷等特点。
本发明涉及一种高效除油喷剂,其主要内容如下:
1)高效除油喷剂采用安全原料复配而成,由绿色表面活性剂0.05~5 wt%、杀菌剂0.1%~2 wt%、增溶剂1~6 wt%及纯净水77~98.8 wt%所组成;
2)所述的绿色表面活性剂为烷基葡萄糖苷、氨基酸衍生物、聚磷脂的一种或几种;
3)所述的杀菌剂为十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、壳聚糖、壳聚糖衍生物的一种或几种;
4)所述的增溶剂为异丙醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、柠檬酸、苹果酸、氨基酸的一种或几种;
5)高效除油喷剂可均匀喷洒于厨具、除油烟机、锅具、厨房墙面等油渍污染的表面,以及各种被油渍污染的金属、塑料、玻璃、木材等表面,亦可用于空气油烟污染的治理。喷散于器物表面后用抹布、泡棉等擦拭即可去除顽固油渍,用于油烟的快速去除可直接喷洒于油烟污染的空气中,沉降于地面的痕迹可用拖把浸水拖除。
一种高效除油喷剂其优势如下:1)采用安全原料复配而成,成分明确;2)杀菌剂的引入可实现各类细菌微生物的高效灭杀,并抑制所喷洒表面的细菌孳生,减少防止异味产生;3)喷洒后在清洗物表面形成一层保护膜,增强除油效果,清洁效果彻底;4)可用于空气中油烟的快速去除;5)除油喷剂使用方便,可直接均匀喷洒于油渍污染表面,用湿抹布轻轻擦拭再用干抹布擦拭即可,无需用大量的水冲洗。

1%烷基葡萄糖苷APG-0810、0.5%N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、0.5%十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、2%异丙醇、1%苹果酸、2%组氨酸及93%去离子水。

一种高效除油喷剂,其使用的原料及具体配比(按重量计)如下:
0.5%烷基葡萄糖苷APG-0810、0.5%N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、0.5%卵磷脂、0.5%十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、0.5%烷基壳聚糖、2%1,3-丙二醇、1%苹果酸、2%组氨酸及92.5%去离子水。

一种高效除油喷剂,其使用的原料及具体配比(按重量计)如下:
1.5%烷基葡萄糖苷APG-0810、0.5%N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、0.5%十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、0.5%烷基壳聚糖、1%异丙醇、0.5%柠檬酸、3%组氨酸及92.5%去离子水。
以上实施例仅为充分说明本发明而列举的较好的实例,本发明的保护范围不限于此,在本发明基础上的辅助成分的添加、制备方式的变换均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种高效除油喷剂,其特征在于:包括绿色表面活性剂0.05~5 wt%、杀菌剂0.1%~2 wt%、增溶剂1~6 wt%及纯净水77~98.8 wt%所组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高效除油喷剂,其特征在于:所述的绿色表面活性剂为烷基葡萄糖苷、氨基酸衍生物、聚磷脂的一种或几种,占除油喷剂成分的0.05%~5 wt%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高效除油喷剂,其特征在于:所述的杀菌剂为十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、壳聚糖、壳聚糖衍生物的一种或几种,占除油喷剂成分的0.1%~2 wt%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高效除油喷剂,其特征在于:所述的增溶剂为异丙醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、柠檬酸、苹果酸、氨基酸的一种或几种,占除油喷剂成分的1%~6 wt%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种高效除油喷剂的使用,其特征在于:可均匀喷洒于厨具、除油烟机、锅具、厨房墙面等油渍污染的表面,以及各种被油渍污染的金属、塑料、玻璃、木材等表面,亦可用于空气油烟污染的治理,喷散于器物表面后用抹布、泡棉等擦拭即可去除顽固油渍,用于油烟的快速去除可直接喷洒于油烟污染的空气中,沉降于地面的痕迹可用拖把浸水拖除。
