本发明涉及小径木双面薄木刨切抽芯刨切工艺,确切的说是以小径木为基材,利用纵向刨切机进行刨切,将木芯抽出的工艺。
背景技术
近年来,随着国民经济的迅速发展,人们对实木制品需求量的迅猛增长与日益减少的森林资源产生矛盾,使得小径木得到了关注。由于小径木木芯强度较低,不能用于制备木质结构件,因此发明薄木刨切抽芯刨切工艺。
发明内容
本发明提供一种小径木双面薄木刨切抽芯刨切工艺,将小径木刨切成薄木,并实现芯材剔除的加工方法。为了达到上述工艺要求,本发明自主设计了小径木双面薄木刨切机。用于抽芯刨切的小径木直径范围在

自主设计的小径木双面薄木刨切机采用工件固定,刀具作循环往复运动的方式从小径木两侧进行刨切。首先,小径木经上料机送至夹紧位置,夹紧机构沿小径木径向方向夹紧中心部位,然后,根据设定的刨切厚度,刨切机开始沿小径木两侧进行刨切加工,当刨切至小径木剩余芯材厚度为20mm时,停止刨切,将剩余的芯材卸下,准备刨切下一根小径木。
通过以上方式实现小径木双面薄木刨切抽芯刨切工艺。
Claims (3)
1.一种小径木双面薄木刨切抽芯刨切工艺,以小径木为原材料,利用纵向刨切的方式进行工艺加工。
2.根据权利要求1设计小径木双面薄木刨切机,其特征是:采用工件固定刨刀移动的方式,从小径木两侧同时进行刨切,刨切直至小径木剩余物为芯材为止。
3.根据权利要求1选择小径木直径范围在φ60mm~φ180mm之间。
