本发明涉及一种共享电单车用钛酸锂电池模块,电池组经过一个电源转换器后再经放电口输出,电池组直接经充电口输入,本模块内部特别加装了限制装置,通过工程化设计确保安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池模块,确切地说,涉及一种共享电单车用钛酸锂电池模块。
背景技术
电单车已经在全世界普及发展,锂电池的发展,使得更加轻便环保的电单车大受欢迎,由于锂电池体积小、重量轻,电池可以方便取下来带走充电,虽然每次充电时间长达5个多小时,但都是夜里人休息时充电,既节能又不影响使用,所以并没有感觉到有什么不便。
随着保有量不断增大,一些问题也日益暴露出来,电单车目前普遍选用的负极材料为石墨材料的锂离子动力电池存在安全隐患,时常会起火甚至爆炸,特别是夜间放在室内充电就变得非常危险,而新型负极材料为钛酸锂材料的锂离子动力电池,具有明显的安全特性,不论如何挤压、过充等,都不会起火,更不会爆炸,充电时间也缩短到20分钟以内,另外,现有锂电池使用寿命虽然是铅酸电池的数倍,但钛酸锂电池使用寿命又是现有锂电池的数倍,性价比更高。
特别是随着智慧城市的发展,人类社会文明不断进步,共享理念在公共交通领域的表现就是公租交通工具的陆续涌现,作为一种公租形式存在的电单车,不但要解决电池本身的安全和使用寿命问题,还要考虑使用过程中严格符合使用安全标准,特别是速度限制和各种人为损坏安全防护,本模块内部特别加装了限制装置,通过工程化设计确保安全。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种共享电单车用钛酸锂电池模块,电池组经过一个电源转换器后再经放电口输出,电池组直接经充电口输入。
本发明带来的优点是,本模块内部特别加装了限制装置,通过工程化设计确保安全。

图中,10:电池组;20:电源转换器;30:放电口;40:充电口。
电池组(10)选择软包钛酸锂电芯6只串联成一个电池包,当需要放电时,必须经过一个电源转换器(20)把电池包的电压从12伏平台升到36伏平台,为了防止共享消费过载滥用并符合标准限速强制性要求,经放电口(30)输出电流被严格限制在5安培左右,而在电池组(10)需要充电时,可以经过充电口(40)直接快速充电。

1.一种共享电单车用钛酸锂电池模块,其特征在于:所述的电池组经过一个电源转换器后再经放电口输出,电池组直接经充电口输入。
