Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automatic teller machines, and particularly relates to a paper money transmission channel device capable of reversing and handling abnormal paper money.
Background
In the conventional financial self-service terminals including automatic deposit machines, automatic withdrawal machines and automatic deposit and withdrawal machines, in order to realize the function of exchanging paper money between machines in these devices for directly processing paper money, a paper money reversible transmission channel device is required to be configured, and the device is used for transmitting paper money to be stored in the self-service device to a terminal cashbox or transmitting paper money of the terminal cashbox to a user.
In particular, the banknote transfer channel device in the cash dispenser is used for transferring the banknotes from the banknote sorting and stacking functional module to be stored in the temporary storage part of the machine core through the banknote detection device, or the banknotes stored in the temporary storage part are transferred to the lower machine core through the banknote detection device and the banknote transfer channel device. In the process, a user mistakenly puts the abnormal paper money in the paper money separating and stacking functional module, and paper money is blocked due to the fact that the paper money is not contacted by the power wheel in channel transmission. Although the applicant has also filed such devices as application number 201510993150.1, patent name: reversible banknote transfer devices, however, the existing devices do not solve the problem of abnormal copying in half.
Disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the above-mentioned techniques and to provide a banknote transfer passage device capable of reversing and handling abnormal banknotes, which is capable of handling abnormal copies in half.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme to realize the aim: the utility model provides a paper currency transmission channel device that can change direction and can handle unusual paper money, includes three panel beating support for install this paper currency transmission channel board, four sets of drive gears, install on the transmission shaft for drive transmission shaft motion, a set of synchronous pulley, with external power introduction device through synchronous belt in, drive arrangement moves this paper currency transmission channel board includes upper channel board, back channel board, roller channel board, lower channel board, this upper and lower channel board forms paper currency transmission path between the back channel board, paper currency forms the paper currency transport through the flat belt on the drum wheel of transmission shaft; the method is characterized in that: the automatic banknote conveying device is characterized by further comprising a corner reverser, wherein the corner reverser is arranged at the junction of the roller channel plate and the upper channel plate, the lower part of the lower channel plate is provided with an electromagnet pulling force, an inner iron core of the electromagnet moves upwards after power is applied, the inner iron core of the electromagnet stretches out of the lower channel plate after power is applied in place, and the lower iron core is propped against the upper channel plate to form a barrier on a banknote conveying channel.
Preferably, a floating wheel is arranged on the upper channel plate.
Preferably, the diverter is controlled to divert by battery iron.
The invention has the advantages that 1, the driving roller on the roller channel plate can rotate positively and negatively, and incomplete paper money rotates back, thereby increasing the trafficability of paper money. 2. The tension electromagnet placed under the lower channel plate folds the bank note on the long side, which is detected by the sensor, the iron core inside the electromagnet moves upwards after the sensor is electrified, the metal column body at the rear part of the electromagnet stretches out of the lower channel plate and pushes against the upper channel plate to form a barrier on the bank note transmission channel, so that one side of the bank note folded on the long side is bumped on the upper side to change the angle of the bank note, the original straight state is rotated by a certain angle, the two sides of the bank note can be respectively under the front driving wheel and the rear driving wheel, and thus, the problem that the width of the bank note caused by the long side folding of the bank note is reduced, and the bank note which is caused by the two groups of driving wheels can not be temporarily stagnated and formed is avoided.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "center," "longitudinal," "lateral," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientation or positional relationships shown in the drawings, merely to facilitate describing the present invention and simplify the description, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-4, a paper money transmission channel device capable of reversing and handling abnormal paper money comprises three sheet metal brackets 1, four groups of transmission gears, a group of synchronous pulleys and a driving device, wherein the three sheet metal brackets 1 are used for installing the paper money transmission channel plate; the automatic banknote conveying device further comprises a corner reverser 7, the corner reverser is arranged at the junction of the roller channel plate and the upper channel plate, the lower part of the lower channel plate is provided with an electromagnet pulling force, the inner iron core of the electromagnet moves upwards after power is applied, the inner iron core of the electromagnet stretches out of the lower channel plate after power is applied in place, and the lower iron core is propped against the upper channel plate to form a barrier on a banknote conveying channel.
The power of the device is transmitted by the belt on the synchronous pulley 10 through external power, (as shown in fig. 4), and the device is provided with an expanding mechanism, so that the stable transmission of the power of the synchronous pulley is ensured. The whole reversing transmission device can handle the power transmitted by the gear 9 in the driving roller 5 and the gear 11 in the lower channel plate 3 in the operation of the abnormal banknote transmission channel device through the intermediate wheel 12, and the power transmitted by the transmission shafts of the lower channel plate is transmitted by the flat belt on the drum wheel.
The banknote is transferred from the banknote sorting apparatus, between the drive roller 5 and the roller path plate 6, between the floating wheel in the upper path plate 2 and the flat belt in the drive shaft in the lower path plate 3 via the diverter 7 (this is the state of fig. 1), and is transferred to the banknote detecting apparatus.
When the sensor on the roller channel plate 6 detects abnormal banknote such as long-edge doubling and the like, the system drives the lower electromagnet 4 to execute the command of the upper electric pull iron core, at the moment, the inner iron core pulled by the electromagnet is extruded out of the lower channel plate 3 (the state shown in the figure 2) to form a cylinder with the upper channel plate 2, the function of blocking one side of the banknote is achieved, the detected abnormal doubled banknote passes through the cylinder, one side of the banknote can touch the cylinder to generate angle deflection, and the problem that the width of the banknote caused by the long-edge doubling of the banknote is reduced, so that the banknote is blocked due to short stagnation of the banknote caused by the front and rear groups of driving wheels is avoided.
The banknote is transferred from the banknote testing device to the bilaterally lodgable banknote pathway device via the diverter 7 (this is the condition of figure 3) between the floating wheel in the upper pathway plate 2 and the flat belt in the drive shaft in the lower pathway plate 3, to between the rear pathway plate 8 and the flat belt in the drive shaft of the lower pathway plate 3. The banknote can also be fed from the banknote cassette via the horizontal channel and the bilaterally lodgable banknote channel arrangement between the rear channel plate 8 and the flat belt in the drive shaft of the lower channel plate 3, then between the flat belt in the drive shaft of the lower channel plate 3 via the diverter 7 (this is the state of fig. 3), and then between the floating wheel in the upper channel plate 2 and the flat belt in the drive shaft of the lower channel plate 3 to the banknote detection device.
The two states of the commutator 7 are pulled back by the electromagnet 13 after power-on and the resilience force of the tension spring is pulled out to realize linear reciprocating motion so as to change the two angle states of the commutator.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, which are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present invention.
