Abstract
本发明公开了一种全照明灯泡,包括灯头(1)、灯罩(2)和发光源(3),发光源(3)设在灯罩(2)内,灯头(1)连接在灯罩(2)顶端,所述发光源(3)为双面COB光源,COB光源上下两层集成多个LED芯片,上端LED芯片照射方向向上,下端LED芯片照射方向向下;发光源(3)中间设有圆柱形散热器(4),灯头(1)下连接有驱动电源(5),所述灯罩(2)为全透明材质。本发明可实现360°的照明范围,散热效果好,发光稳定,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯泡,具体涉及全照明灯泡,属于灯具技术领域。
背景技术
灯泡一般包括灯头、灯体、灯罩和固定在灯体内的光源,光源大多采用单颗光源向灯体方向照射,降低了灯泡的亮度;如若采用多颗低电流LED串联及并联来增加照明度,电路复杂且接点多、故障率高、稳定度差;且现有LED灯泡的最大照明范围可达180°,对于一些照明度要求高的场所无法实现全照明,始终有阴影面积的存在;大功率LED灯泡会产生高温,如果使用大型散热器来辅助散热,不仅影响了灯泡的造型美观,还会增加成本;还有一种散热方式是在LED下方涂抹导热膏再用螺丝平贴固定于散热器之上,然而导热胶的导热性较差,散热效果极为有限。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种全照明灯泡,真正实现360°的照明范围,散热效果好,发光稳定,使用寿命长。
为实现上述目的,一种全照明灯泡,包括灯头、灯罩和发光源,发光源设在灯罩内,灯头连接在灯罩顶端,所述发光源为双面COB光源,COB光源上下两层集成多个LED芯片,上端LED芯片照射方向向上,下端LED芯片照射方向向下;发光源中间设有圆柱形散热器,灯头下连接有驱动电源,所述灯罩为全透明材质。
COB光源是一种将LED芯片直接贴在高反光率镜面金属基板上的高光效集成面光源技术,本发明采用双面COB光源,在双层基板上上下对称地集成两面光源,分别朝向上下发光,真正达到全照明。
进一步的,圆柱型散热器顶部的灯罩上开有散热孔;所述圆柱型散热器为中空结构,侧壁上开有散热凹槽。采用圆柱形散热器将光源热量通过顶部散热孔排出,散热器侧壁具有散热凹槽,热量传递接触面大,散热效果好。
进一步的,所述灯罩采用抗老化全透明扩散光PC材质。
进一步的,所述圆柱形散热器采用航空铝材制成。导热效果优良,具有抗腐蚀性,提高散热器和灯泡的使用寿命。
进一步的,所述灯罩底部为半球面,上部为圆锥形。
本发明通过双面COB光源与透明灯罩配合的结构达到了360°全照明,不存在照明死角,且发光稳定;散热器采用带散热凹槽的圆柱形,散热效果好,结构简单,提高了灯泡的使用寿命。

如图1所示,一种全照明灯泡,包括灯头1、灯罩2和发光源3,发光源3设在灯罩2内,灯头1连接在灯罩2顶端,所述发光源3为双面COB光源,COB光源上下两层集成多个LED 芯片,上端LED芯片照射方向向上,下端LED芯片照射方向向下;发光源3中间设有圆柱形散热器4,灯头1下连接有驱动电源5,所述灯罩2为全透明材质。

进一步的,圆柱型散热器4顶部的灯罩上开有散热孔6;所述圆柱型散热器4为中空结构,侧壁上开有散热凹槽。采用圆柱形散热器将光源热量通过顶部散热孔排出,散热器侧壁具有散热凹槽,热量传递接触面大,散热效果好。
进一步的,所述灯罩2采用抗老化全透明扩散光PC材质。

1.一种全照明灯泡,包括灯头(1)、灯罩(2)和发光源(3),其特征在于,发光源(3)设在灯罩(2)内,灯头(1)连接在灯罩(2)顶端,所述发光源(3)为双面COB光源,COB光源上下两层集成多个LED芯片,上端LED芯片照射方向向上,下端LED芯片照射方向向下;发光源(3)中间设有圆柱形散热器(4),灯头(1)下连接有驱动电源(5),所述灯罩(2)为全透明材质。
2.如权利要求1所述的全照明灯泡,其特征在于,圆柱型散热器(4)顶部的灯罩上开有散热孔(6);所述圆柱型散热器(4)为中空结构,侧壁上开有散热凹槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的全照明灯泡,其特征在于,所述灯罩(2)采用抗老化全透明扩散光PC材质。
4.如权利要求3所述的全照明灯泡,其特征在于,所述圆柱形散热器(4)采用航空铝材制成。
5.如权利要求1至4任一权利要求所述的全照明灯泡,其特征在于,所述灯罩(2)底部为半球面,上部为圆锥形。
