The left and right dust absorption gaskets are arranged at the joints of the left and right dust absorption pipes and the top cover, so that the air tightness during dust absorption is ensured, and the absorbed dust is prevented from leaking; the dust collection cover arranged at the lower end of the middle layer dust collection cover can prevent dust from leaking from the lower end and affecting the environment. The working principle of the invention is that a packaging bag is fixed at the lower part of a lower material bin 23, a left dust suction pipe 20, a right dust suction pipe 21, a middle layer dust suction pipe 12 and an outer layer dust suction pipe 8 are respectively connected with a dust suction device and started, then materials are put in from a material inlet 22, the materials fall down through the lower material bin 23 and enter the bag through a material outlet channel 27, meanwhile, the left dust suction pipe 20 and the right dust suction pipe 21 suck dust raised in the bag through a left dust suction channel 26 and a right dust suction channel 28, the middle layer dust suction pipe 13 sucks dust seeped out through a bag opening through a middle layer dust suction cover 12, and the outer layer dust suction pipe 8 sucks other unprocessed dust in a bagging environment, so that the omnibearing triple dust removal treatment is achieved.
