Abstract
The invention discloses a cushion locking mechanism, which consists of a fixed framework assembly, a turnover cushion assembly, a cushion connecting rod assembly, a lock hook bracket, a lock hook rotating shaft and a spring, wherein the lock hook is hinged on the lock hook bracket through the lock hook rotating shaft; when the seat cushion is normally ridden, the lock hook is separated from the lock rod of the seat cushion connecting rod assembly by means of the pretightening force of the spring, so that the lock hook is in an unlocked position; the invention can be matched into a seat with a turnover function, so that when unexpected conditions occur, such as collision, the inertia force born by the lock hook is larger than the pretightening force provided by the spring, and the lock rod of the cushion connecting rod assembly is hooked, and the turnover cushion assembly is locked. Can prevent the seat from damaging human body when turning up, and meets the safety requirement.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cushion locking mechanism.
Background
Along with the continuous improvement of the driving diversification experience of automobiles, the requirements of people on the storage space of the automobiles are also higher. The existing seat has the defects that before the backrest is turned forward, the seat cushion is turned forward, the backrest is folded and then stored in the original position of the seat cushion, and the storage space of luggage is enlarged. However, when an unexpected situation occurs, such as a collision, the seat cushion can be turned up unexpectedly.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cushion locking mechanism, which enables an occupant to turn up a cushion forwards, and when unexpected conditions such as collision occur, the mechanism is automatically locked to prevent the cushion from turning up forwards.
The invention is composed of a fixed framework assembly, a turnover cushion assembly, a cushion connecting rod assembly, a lock hook bracket, a lock hook rotating shaft and a spring, wherein the lock hook is hinged on the lock hook bracket through the lock hook rotating shaft, the lock hook bracket is fixed on the turnover cushion assembly, the spring is sleeved on the lock hook rotating shaft, the spring applies an outward force to the lock hook, the cushion connecting rod assembly is fixed on the fixed framework assembly, the cushion connecting rod assembly is provided with a lock rod, and the lock rod is positioned below the lock hook; when the seat cushion is normally ridden, the lock hook is separated from the lock rod of the seat cushion connecting rod assembly by means of the pretightening force of the spring, so that the lock hook is in an unlocked position; when the passenger lifts up the turnover seat cushion assembly, the turnover seat cushion assembly can be lifted up freely; under unexpected conditions, if collision occurs, the inertia force born by the lock hook is larger than the pretightening force provided by the spring, the lock hook moves inwards to hook the lock rod of the cushion connecting rod assembly, and the cushion assembly is turned over to be locked.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention can be matched into the seat with the overturning function, so that the seat can be prevented from hurting a human body when the seat is overturned when an unexpected situation such as collision occurs, and the safety requirement is met.
