Abstract
本发明公开一种光学布及涂布装置和涂布方法,该光学布包括基体和设置于基体上的复数个立体微结构,于该复数个立体微结构上定向涂覆有油墨层;该涂布装置,包括平面辊、弹性辊、硬辊和驱动辊,该平面辊为外壁平整的圆柱状;该弹性辊包括圆柱基体及两弹性接触部,该两弹性接触部交替与平面辊外壁相接触;该硬辊包括圆柱基体及两硬质接触部,该两硬质接触部交替与两弹性接触部相接触;该驱动辊呈圆柱状,其位于硬辊侧旁,光学布套设于驱动辊上,并随驱动辊转动,两硬质接触部交替与光学布上对应的立体微结构相接触。藉此,通过于光学布之立体微结构上定向涂布印刷,实现光学布整体的定向遮光透光,变色防伪及定向电磁感应和波段选频的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及光学及印刷涂布领域技术,尤其是指一种光学布及涂布装置和涂布方法。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,光学技术的应用越来越广泛。现在光学显示、光学结构投影屏幕、印刷防伪等领域,经常需要选择定向的遮盖、透射、反射和衍射特定的波长的波及光束等条件,但是现有光学布或对应的光学产品很难满足这一条件。而且,现有涂布、印刷方面都是对承印物为平面的涂覆印刷加工。因此,应针对光学布结构进行改进,并针对改进后的光学布设计一种新型涂布装置,以使光学布具备定向遮光透光、变色防伪及定向电磁感应,达到波段选频的目的。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供光学布及涂布装置和涂布方法,其通过于光学布之立体微结构上定向涂布印刷,实现光学布整体的定向遮光透光,变色防伪及定向电磁感应和波段选频的目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种光学布,包括有基体和依次设置于基体上的复数个立体微结构,于该复数个立体微结构同方向侧面上分别涂覆有油墨层。
作为一种优选方案:所述立体微结构为锥形块、三角形块、梯形块或方形块。
作为一种优选方案:所述光学布为裸眼3D屏幕、3D防伪标签、抗光屏幕、幻彩商标或雷达定向波长选频。
一种应用于上述光学布的涂布装置,包括有依次相互接触的平面辊、弹性辊、硬辊和用于驱动光学布转动的驱动辊,该平面辊为外壁平整的圆柱状;该弹性辊包括圆柱基体及沿其圆周方向间隔设置的两用于沾附平面辊上油墨的弹性接触部,该两弹性接触部交替与平面辊外壁相接触;该硬辊包括圆柱基体及沿其圆周方向上间隔设置的两用于沾附弹性接触部上油墨的硬质接触部,该两硬质接触部交替与两弹性接触部相接触;该驱动辊呈圆柱状,其位于硬辊侧旁,光学布套设于驱动辊上,并随驱动辊转动,两硬质接触部交替与光学布上对应的立体微结构相接触。
一种涂布装置的涂布方法,其中,该涂布装置包括有依次相互接触的平面辊、弹性辊、硬辊和用于驱动光学布转动的驱动辊,该平面辊为外壁平整的圆柱状;该弹性辊包括圆柱基体及沿其圆周方向间隔设置的两用于沾附平面辊上油墨的弹性接触部,该两弹性接触部交替与平面辊外壁相接触;该硬辊包括圆柱基体及沿其圆周方向上间隔设置的两用于沾附弹性接触部上油墨的硬质接触部,该两硬质接触部交替与两弹性接触部相接触;该驱动辊呈圆柱状,其位于硬辊侧旁,光学布套设于驱动辊上,并随驱动辊转动,两硬质接触部交替与光学布上对应的立体微结构相接触;涂布时,将光学布套设于驱动辊上,于平面辊外壁表面均匀涂覆油墨,随着平面辊和弹性辊的转动,弹性辊上的两弹性接触部与平面辊挤压变形,并沾染到平面辊上油墨;随着弹性辊和硬辊的转动,硬辊上的硬质接触部与两弹性接触部交替接触,沾染到弹性接触部上油墨;随着硬辊及驱动辊的转动,硬辊上硬质接触部依次对应与光学布上立体微结构相接触,使光学布上复数个立体微结构同方向侧面上分别沾染油墨。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知,通过于光学布之立体微结构上定向涂布印刷,实现光学布整体的定向遮光透光,变色防伪及定向电磁感应和波段选频的目的;另外,针对该光学布设置的涂布机,利用多个辊及其上接触部与光学布组成微结构的对应关系,实现精密涂布和印刷,达到选择性定向涂布印刷立体微结构的目的。
为更清楚地阐述本发明的结构特征和功效,下面结合附图与具体实施例来对其进行详细说明。

具体实施方式
本发明如图1和图2所示,一种光学布及涂布装置和涂布方法,包含如下内容:
该光学布10包括有基体11和依次设置于基体11上的复数个立体微结构12,于该复数个立体微结构12同方向侧面上分别涂覆有油墨层。通过在光学布10之立体微结构12的同方向上实现印刷涂覆,实现光学布10整体的定向遮光透光,变色防伪的目的;另外,选用相应的金属油墨和立体微结构12形状尺寸,可以使光学布10与特定的波长谐振,实现定向的电磁感应,达到波段选频的目的。
需说明的是,该光学布10可以应用于裸眼3D屏幕、3D防伪标签、抗光屏幕、幻彩商标或雷达定向波长选频;该立体微结构12可以根据需要统一设计为锥形块、三角形块、梯形块或方形块。
该涂布装置20应用于上述光学布10,其包括有依次相互接触的平面辊21、弹性辊22、硬辊23和用于驱动光学布10转动的驱动辊24,该平面辊21为外壁平整的圆柱状;该弹性辊22包括圆柱基体221及沿其圆周方向间隔设置的两用于沾附平面辊21上油墨的弹性接触部222,该两弹性接触部222交替与平面辊21外壁相接触;该硬辊23包括圆柱基体231及沿其圆周方向上间隔设置的两用于沾附弹性接触部222上油墨的硬质接触部232,该两硬质接触部232交替与两弹性接触部222相接触;该驱动辊24呈圆柱状,其位于硬辊23侧旁,光学布10套设于驱动辊24上,并随驱动辊24转动,两硬质接触部232交替与光学布10上对应的立体微结构12相接触。
该涂布装置的涂布方法:涂布时,将光学布10套设于驱动辊24上,于平面辊21外壁表面均匀涂覆油墨(可以选用遮盖油墨或反光油墨),随着平面辊21和弹性辊22的转动,弹性辊22上的两弹性接触部222与平面辊21挤压变形,并沾染到平面辊21上油墨;随着弹性辊22和硬辊23的转动,硬辊23上的硬质接触部232与两弹性接触部222交替接触,沾染到弹性接触部222上油墨;随着硬辊23及驱动辊24的转动,硬辊23上硬质接触部232依次对应与光学布10上立体微结构12相接触,使光学布10上复数个立体微结构12同方向侧面上分别沾染油墨。
涂布装置20的工作原理如下:匀墨后的平面辊21与弹性辊22转动挤压,利用弹性辊22实现平对凸的初步油墨的转移(油墨由平面辊21转移到弹性辊22),再传到硬辊23上,实现油墨的第一次角度转化,如此增加配对极数,形成需要的转换角25,如图2所示;采用多极转移方式,逐步增加角度和面积,达到控制油墨的转移量和方向的目的。
本发明的设计重点在于,通过于光学布之立体微结构上定向涂布印刷,实现光学布整体的定向遮光透光,变色防伪及定向电磁感应和波段选频的目的;另外,针对该光学布设置的涂布机,利用多个辊及其上接触部与光学布组成微结构的对应关系,实现精密涂布和印刷,达到选择性定向涂布印刷立体微结构的目的。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,故凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (2)
1.一种应用于光学布的涂布装置,其特征在于:包括有依次相互接触的平面辊、弹性辊、硬辊和用于驱动光学布转动的驱动辊,该平面辊为外壁平整的圆柱状;该弹性辊包括圆柱基体及沿其圆周方向间隔设置的两用于沾附平面辊上油墨的弹性接触部,该两弹性接触部交替与平面辊外壁相接触;该硬辊包括圆柱基体及沿其圆周方向上间隔设置的两用于沾附弹性接触部上油墨的硬质接触部,该两硬质接触部交替与两弹性接触部相接触;该驱动辊呈圆柱状,其位于硬辊侧旁,光学布套设于驱动辊上,并随驱动辊转动,该光学布为裸眼3D屏幕、3D防伪标签、抗光屏幕、幻彩商标或雷达定向波长选频,其包括有基体和依次设置于基体上的复数个立体微结构,该立体微结构为锥形块、三角形块、梯形块或方形块;于该复数个立体微结构同方向侧面上分别涂覆有油墨层;两硬质接触部交替与光学布上对应的立体微结构相接触。
2.一种涂布装置的涂布方法,其特征在于:该涂布装置包括有依次相互接触的平面辊、弹性辊、硬辊和用于驱动光学布转动的驱动辊,该平面辊为外壁平整的圆柱状;该弹性辊包括圆柱基体及沿其圆周方向间隔设置的两用于沾附平面辊上油墨的弹性接触部,该两弹性接触部交替与平面辊外壁相接触;该硬辊包括圆柱基体及沿其圆周方向上间隔设置的两用于沾附弹性接触部上油墨的硬质接触部,该两硬质接触部交替与两弹性接触部相接触;该驱动辊呈圆柱状,其位于硬辊侧旁,光学布套设于驱动辊上,并随驱动辊转动,两硬质接触部交替与光学布上对应的立体微结构相接触;涂布时,将光学布套设于驱动辊上,于平面辊外壁表面均匀涂覆油墨,随着平面辊和弹性辊的转动,弹性辊上的两弹性接触部与平面辊挤压变形,并沾染到平面辊上油墨;随着弹性辊和硬辊的转动,硬辊上的硬质接触部与两弹性接触部交替接触,沾染到弹性接触部上油墨;随着硬辊及驱动辊的转动,硬辊上硬质接触部依次对应与光学布上立体微结构相接触,使光学布上复数个立体微结构同方向侧面上分别沾染油墨。
