本发明提供一种用于催化剂制备焙烧炉的筛网,涉及催化剂制备技术领域。包括内表面设有槽的固定框、设置于槽内的筛网本体以及螺纹连接于所述固定框的两侧且与所述筛网本体的端面相接触的紧固螺栓,所述筛网本体上方设有镂空把手。一种用于催化剂制备焙烧炉的筛网及其加工工艺,产品结构设计较为新颖,加工工艺采用对筛网本体喷涂防护层工序,使筛网的抗氧化性能得到显著提升,从而延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及催化剂制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于催化剂制备焙烧炉的筛网。
背景技术
某些催化剂需要使用热熔融法,通过焙烧炉来制备,为的是借助高温条件将各个组分熔炼为均匀分布的混合物,配合必要的后续加工,从而制得性能优异的催化剂。
催化剂的原料一般含有杂质,为了去除这些杂质,制得性能优异的催化剂,通常设置喷淋室,通过喷水的方法除去一部分杂质。但经过热熔融的催化剂中仍然含有杂质,通常设置一道筛网进一步过滤杂质,筛网使用时间久容易堵塞,影响催化剂的制备,而现有的用于催化剂制备的焙烧炉中,筛网的更换较为繁琐,操作较为不便,影响生产效率。因此,有必要提供一种用于催化剂制备的焙烧炉,以解决上述问题。
同时,现有的由于过滤杂质的筛网,其材料由于其本身的特性,通常不具备抗氧化性能,这样就导致其在使用时,容易被腐蚀,严重影响其使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于催化剂制备的焙烧炉,筛网的更换较为方便,可提升生产效率。同时,本发明还提供了一种用于催化剂制备焙烧炉的筛网及其加工工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种用于催化剂制备的焙烧炉,包括:喷淋室、与所述喷淋室连通的焙烧室、与所述焙烧室连通的冷却室以及设于所述焙烧室与所述冷却室之间的筛网。
所述喷淋室顶部设有喷头;所述焙烧室顶部和底部分别设有加热线圈;所述冷却室顶部和底部分别设有风机。
一种用于催化剂制备焙烧炉的筛网,包括内表面设有槽的固定框、设置于槽内的筛网本体以及螺纹连接于所述固定框的两侧且与所述筛网本体的端面相接触的紧固螺栓,所述筛网本体上方设有镂空把手。
一种用于催化剂制备焙烧炉的筛网的加工工艺,步骤如下:
①、固定框的加工
固定框呈U形,使用不锈钢板材冲压成型,在固定框的内测面开设槽口;
②、筛网本体的加工
筛网本体由一块长方形不锈钢板材制成,利用冲压模具使其表面镂空成一个个小孔,然后在筛网本体的顶部开设一道长方形的镂空把手;
③、筛网本体表面涂膜处理
将筛网本体的网孔部位喷涂一层防护层,然后烘干;
防护层的制备方法为:将聚氨酯丙烯酸酯15份、羧基丙烯酸酯10份、乙二醇5份、牡丹酚4份和丙硫菌唑3份混合均匀,过50目筛即得;
④、组装
将筛网本体自固定框内侧的槽口装入,然后通过螺栓将筛网本体和固定框紧固。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、用于催化剂制备的焙烧炉,包括:喷淋室、与所述喷淋室连通的焙烧室、与所述焙烧室连通的冷却室以及设于所述焙烧室与所述冷却室之间的筛网;所述筛网包括内表面设有槽的固定框、设置于所述槽内的筛网本体以及螺纹连接于所述固定框的两侧且与所述筛网本体的端面相接触的紧固螺栓;当筛网堵塞需要进行更换时,只需旋松紧固螺栓,将筛网本体从固定框的槽中抽出,之后换上新的筛网本体或清洁后的筛网本体,并旋紧紧固螺栓即可,筛网的更换较为方便,可提升生产效率。
2)、一种用于催化剂制备焙烧炉的筛网及其加工工艺,产品结构设计较为新颖,加工工艺采用对筛网本体喷涂防护层工序,使筛网的抗氧化性能得到显著提升,从而延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1至图2所示,本发明提供一种用于催化剂制备的焙烧炉,包括:喷淋室1、与喷淋室1连通的焙烧室2、与焙烧室2连通的冷却室4以及设于焙烧室2与冷却室4之间的筛网3。
具体地,筛网3包括内表面设有槽的固定框31、设置于槽内的筛网本体32以及螺纹连接于固定框31的两侧且与筛网本体32的端面相接触的紧固螺栓33。安装筛网本体32时,可通过将筛网本体32插入固定框31的槽内,之后旋紧紧固螺栓33即可。当筛网堵塞需要进行更换时,只需旋松紧固螺栓33,将筛网本体32从固定框31的槽中抽出,之后换上新的筛网本体或清洁后的筛网本体,并旋紧紧固螺栓33即可,筛网的更换较为方便,可提升生产效率。
进一步,喷淋室1顶部设有喷头11,用于对喷淋室1内的催化剂原料进行喷水除杂质。焙烧室2顶部和底部分别设有加热线圈21,用于对催化剂材料进行热熔融,借助高温条件将各个组分熔炼为均匀分布的混合物,配合必要的后续加工,从而制得性能优异的催化剂。冷却室4顶部和底部分别设有风机41,用于对热熔融后,并经过筛网3过滤的催化剂进行冷却。
进一步,筛网本体32上方设有镂空把手321,可通过握持镂空把手321,以方便筛网本体32在固定框31的槽内的插拔。
实施例2
一种用于催化剂制备焙烧炉的筛网的加工工艺,步骤如下:
①、固定框的加工
固定框呈U形,使用不锈钢板材冲压成型,在固定框的内测面开设槽口;
②、筛网本体的加工
筛网本体由一块长方形不锈钢板材制成,利用冲压模具使其表面镂空成一个个小孔,然后在筛网本体的顶部开设一道长方形的镂空把手;
③、筛网本体表面涂膜处理
将筛网本体的网孔部位喷涂一层防护层,然后烘干;
