背景技术
现有的电力电缆在电力行业使用广泛,而电力行业又是国家行业中的支柱,其重要性媲美中石化、中国银行等世界五百强企业,如如今科技的进步,对电力电缆又有了新层次的要求,传统意义上的电力电缆,单位输配电量都有一定的限制,这跟技术的限制有关,同时电力电缆的使用时间短,检修次数频繁,无疑耗费了大量的人力物力,在一定程度上增加了能源的消耗,况且最最要的,当在恶劣环境中的大水、泥石流等条件下,对电力电缆的防水性是一个新的挑战。
电力电缆是一种用于传输和分配电能的电缆,在通信、民用等各行各业有着广泛的应用,一般市场上销售的电力电缆绝缘材料采用普通PVC,外部强度性能差,当承载大电流、高电压的工作时,外部绝缘层容易发生变形,甚至击穿,绝缘性能受到影响,长时间工作后可能影响电力传输效果,甚至发生安全事故,特别是电缆一般都埋于土中,在道路整修或重新施工时极易遭受挖掘机等机械外力的破坏或老鼠等地下动物的破坏。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全性高、防水性能好、抗拉性能好和强度大的耐用安全电缆。

一种耐用安全电缆,包括有电缆主体和外壳,所述外壳包裹着电缆主体,所述外壳呈三角形设置,所述外壳内部设置有一根以上的加强筋,所述外壳表面设置有防水层,所述电缆主体设置有四层,由外到内分别是第一绝缘层、纤维编织层、第二绝缘层和导体层,所述第二绝缘层内部设置有一根以上的抗拉绳,所述电缆主体与外壳之间设置有荧光层,所述防水层由按重量份数配比的橡胶30-32份、水玻璃28-30份、丁醇22-24份、乙二胺12-18份、三氯乙烯20-22份、四氟乙烯16-18份、硬脂酸铝20-22份、油酸16-24份、磷酸三氯乙酯18-22份、硅酸钠24-26份、聚乙烯醇12-18份、硫酸铝14-20份、氧化锑18-24份、三乙醇胺10-16份和羧基丁苯胶乳16-22份制成。

2)取丁醇22-24份、乙二胺12-18份、三氯乙烯20-22份和四氟乙烯16-18份,放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
3)将上述搅拌均匀后的材料放入反应釜,再加入步骤1)中制得的材料,温度升至80-90℃,持续20-30min,备用;
4)取硬脂酸铝20-22份、油酸16-24份、磷酸三氯乙酯18-22份和硅酸钠24-26份,放入加热器中,温度升至60-80℃,持续15-30min;
5)将步骤4)中加热后的材料与步骤3)中制得的材料混合,放入加热器中,温度升至90-100℃,持续30-50min,备用;
6)取聚乙烯醇12-18份、硫酸铝14-20份、氧化锑18-24份、三乙醇胺10-16份和羧基丁苯胶乳16-22份,放入搅拌器中,搅拌均匀,放置20min,备用;
7)将步骤5)和步骤6)中制得的材料放入搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,再送入加热器中,温度升至300-350℃,持续20-30min,制得熔融物;
8)将步骤7)中制得的熔融物注入模中,常温养护三天,即可制得防水层。
本发明的有益效果为:该耐用安全电缆设计简单,在电缆主体和外壳之间设置有荧光层,当外壳磨损较大时,晚上可以看见荧光,方便及时修复,提高了安全性;外壳为三角形结构,提高了电缆的强度;在外壳上设置有防水层,增强了电缆的防水性能;在外壳内部设置有一根以上的加强筋,提高了电缆的强度;通过在第二绝缘层内部设置有一根以上的抗拉绳,提高了电缆的抗拉性能。

选用一组本发明的耐用安全电缆和两组普通电缆,本发明的耐用安全电缆分为实验组,两组普通电缆分为对照组1和对照组2。使用三组的电缆一年。

由此可见,本发明的耐用安全电缆强度高和安全性高,与现有的电缆相比,具有显著的进步。
本发明的有益效果为:该耐用安全电缆设计简单,在电缆主体和外壳之间设置有荧光层,当外壳磨损较大时,晚上可以看见荧光,方便及时修复,提高了安全性;外壳为三角形结构,提高了电缆的强度;在外壳上设置有防水层,增强了电缆的防水性能;在外壳内部设置有一根以上的加强筋,提高了电缆的强度;通过在第二绝缘层内部设置有一根以上的抗拉绳,提高了电缆的抗拉性能。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一种耐用安全电缆,其特征在于:包括有电缆主体和外壳,所述外壳包裹着电缆主体,所述外壳呈三角形设置,所述外壳内部设置有一根以上的加强筋,所述外壳表面设置有防水层,所述电缆主体设置有四层,由外到内分别是第一绝缘层、纤维编织层、第二绝缘层和导体层,所述第二绝缘层内部设置有一根以上的抗拉绳,所述电缆主体与外壳之间设置有荧光层,所述防水层由按重量份数配比的橡胶30份、水玻璃30份、丁醇24份、乙二胺18份、三氯乙烯22份、四氟乙烯18份、硬脂酸铝22份、油酸24份、磷酸三氯乙酯22份、硅酸钠26份、聚乙烯醇18份、硫酸铝20份、氧化锑24份、三乙醇胺16份和羧基丁苯胶乳22份制成;防水层的制造方法,包括有以下步骤:
1)取橡胶30份和水玻璃30份,放入气流粉碎机中,制成粒径为200-300nm的颗粒,备用;
2)取丁醇24份、乙二胺18份、三氯乙烯22份和四氟乙烯18份,放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
3)将上述搅拌均匀后的材料放入反应釜,再加入步骤1)中制得的材料,温度升至80-90℃,持续20-30min,备用;
4)取硬脂酸铝22份、油酸24份、磷酸三氯乙酯22份和硅酸钠26份,放入加热器中,温度升至60-80℃,持续15-30min;
5)将步骤4)中加热后的材料与步骤3)中制得的材料混合,放入加热器中,温度升至90-100℃,持续30-50min,备用;
6)取聚乙烯醇18份、硫酸铝20份、氧化锑24份、三乙醇胺16份和羧基丁苯胶乳22份,放入搅拌器中,搅拌均匀,放置20min,备用;
7)将步骤5)和步骤6)中制得的材料放入搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,再送入加热器中,温度升至300-350℃,持续20-30min,制得熔融物;
8)将步骤7)中制得的熔融物注入模中,常温养护三天,即可制得防水层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐用安全电缆,其特征在于:所述外壳与加强筋为一体式设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐用安全电缆,其特征在于:所述外壳表面设置有刻度线。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐用安全电缆,其特征在于:所述荧光层表面设置有阻燃层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐用安全电缆,其特征在于:所述外壳内壁上设置有防滑纹。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐用安全电缆,其特征在于:所述外壳内部设置有碳粒。
