本发明公开了一种适用于液化天然气车载气罐内胆缠绕纸的夹层保温烘箱,包括底座、箱体、夹层、多层搁放架、拉杆、蒸汽口、送风孔、换气孔、滚轮、轨道,其特征在于:所述的底座上设置有箱体,并在箱体内壁的四周设置有夹层,所述的箱体的内部设置有多层搁放架,所述的拉杆设置在多层搁放架上,所述的蒸汽口、送风孔分别设置在箱体的顶部,所述的换气孔设置在箱体的一侧,所述的滚轮设置在多层搁放架的底部。本发明结构简单、操作方便,安全可靠,在箱体内壁的四周设置有夹层,在夹层的内壁上设有保温层,起到保持恒温的效果,干燥效果明显,且设置了轨道和滚轮,利于多层搁放架来回移动,便于拿出和放置缠绕纸,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种烘干设备,具体是涉及一种适用于液化天然气车载气罐内胆缠绕纸的夹层保温烘箱。
背景技术
随着市场经济的持续发展,石油将渐渐被新型能源所取代,人们提倡使用环保无污染的高效性节能能源。在日常生活中大多采用天然气,由于天然气为危险气体,在加工专用液化天然气载气罐时需在其内胆上缠绕专用缠绕纸,缠绕纸必须保持干燥,而现有的烘箱有效干燥面积比较小,干燥效果不是很明显,且缠绕纸的体积较大,一般的烘箱无法适应。专利号2011202879180公开了一种烘箱发明专利,应用于药品生产领域,适用于药品的干燥,无法适用于液化天然气车载气罐内胆缠绕纸的烘干,因缠绕纸的体积较大,来回搬运,费时费力,增加了劳动强度,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明目的是解决现有的烘箱干燥效果不明显,操作过程劳动强度大,工作效率低的问题,提供一种结构简单、操作方便的适用于液化天然气车载气罐内胆缠绕纸的夹层保温烘箱,干燥面积大,干燥效果明显,且降低劳动强度,提高了工作效率,进而大大地提高了生产水平。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种适用于液化天然气车载气罐内胆缠绕纸的夹层保温烘箱,包括底座、箱体、夹层、多层搁放架、拉杆、蒸汽口、送风孔、换气孔、滚轮、轨道,其特征在于:所述的底座上设置有箱体,并在箱体内壁的四周设置有夹层,在夹层的内壁上设有保温层,起到保持恒温的效果,所述的箱体的内部设置有多层搁放架,可以充分的利用空间,使其有条理,避免造成缠绕纸发生混乱现象,所述的拉杆设置在多层搁放架上,所述的蒸汽口、送风孔分别设置在箱体的顶部,从蒸汽口输进来的蒸汽通过送风孔,增强蒸汽的扩散范围,使箱体内的温度快速升高,效率高,所述的换气孔设置在箱体的一侧,利于箱内的空气流通,所述的滚轮设置在多层搁放架的底部,所述的轨道设置在箱体底部,通过轨道和滚轮可以将多层搁放架移出烘箱,方便拿出和放置缠绕纸,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率,进而提高了生产水平。
有益效果:本发明结构简单、操作方便,安全可靠,在箱体内壁的四周设置有夹层,在夹层的内壁上设有保温层,起到保持恒温的效果,干燥效果明显,且设置了轨道和滚轮,利于多层搁放架来回移动,便于拿出和放置缠绕纸,,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率,进而大大地提高了生产水平。

一种适用于液化天然气车载气罐内胆缠绕纸的夹层保温烘箱,包括底座1、箱体2、夹层3、多层搁放架4、拉杆5、蒸汽口6、送风孔7、换气孔8、滚轮9、轨道10,其特征在于:所述的底座1上设置有箱体2,并在箱体2内壁的四周设置有夹层3,在夹层3的内壁上设有保温层,起到保持恒温的效果,所述的箱体2的内部设置有多层搁放架4,可以充分的利用空间,使其有条理,避免造成缠绕纸发生混乱现象,所述的拉杆5设置在多层搁放架4上,所述的蒸汽口6、送风孔7分别设置在箱体2的顶部,从蒸汽口6输进来的蒸汽通过送风孔7,增强蒸汽的扩散范围,使箱体2内的温度快速升高,效率高,所述的换气孔8设置在箱体2的一侧,利于箱内的空气流通,所述的滚轮9设置在多层搁放架4的底部,所述的轨道10设置在箱体2底部,通过轨道10和滚轮9可以将多层搁放架4移出烘箱,方便拿出和放置缠绕纸,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率,进而提高了生产水平。
