Abstract
本发明公开了一种90度回转波纹管阀门,属于回转阀门领域。它包括阀体、活门、连接套、传动箱体、阀杆、曲臂、滑杆、连杆、波纹管、箱盖、驱动机构。通过连杆将滑杆与曲臂连接,将滑杆的直行程转换为阀杆的角行程,以便引入波纹管密封结构;通过阀体、连接套、传动箱体、滑杆、波纹管、箱盖构成了一个绝对密封的腔体,波纹管随着滑杆伸缩实现动密封,能够完全杜绝阀体内部介质泄露;能够根据需求选择气动、电动、手动任意一种方式驱动滑杆线性滑动,适用于不同工作场景;本结构能够应用于蝶阀、球阀、旋塞阀等不同类型的阀体,用途广泛;通过透明视窗盖方便观察回转阀门状态;它结构简单,成本低,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种90度回转波纹管阀门,属于回转阀门领域。
背景技术
波纹管阀门用于严格控制外漏的工况,例如,有毒有害等危险介质。波纹管阀门密封性好,能够防止有毒有害介质外泄。目前波纹管阀运用广泛,但仅限于直行程类的阀门,如闸阀、截止阀,而90度回转的角行程阀尚无使用案例,这和波纹管只能在长度上进行伸缩补偿,不能进行角度补偿有关。为了提高90度回转阀门的密封性,防止有毒有害介质外泄,首次将波纹管引入90度回转阀门中,通过传动机构将具备波纹管密封性的直行程输入,转换成阀门需要的角行程输入,通过引入波纹管,提高90度回转阀门的密封性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种90度回转波纹管阀门,它解决了目前90度回转阀门不能够完全杜绝内部介质外漏的问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采取以下技术方案来实现:
90度回转波纹管阀门,它包括阀体、活门、连接套、传动箱体、阀杆、曲臂、滑杆、连杆、波纹管、箱盖、驱动机构;
所述阀体内设有活门,阀体顶部设有轴孔,连接套将阀体顶部的轴孔与传动箱体底部密封连通,传动箱体为上开口的密封箱体,阀杆从上到下依次穿过传动箱体、连接套、阀体,阀杆底部与活门固定,阀杆顶部固定有曲臂,曲臂一侧的传动箱体内设有滑杆,滑杆两端贯穿传动箱体,滑杆中部通过连杆与曲臂活动连接,滑杆两端伸出传动箱体的部分套有波纹管,波纹管一端与传动箱体密封固定,另一端与滑杆表面密封固定,滑杆相对传动箱体滑动时,波纹管随着滑杆伸缩实现动密封,箱盖将传动箱体上开口密封;
所述滑杆端部与驱动机构连接,驱动机构驱动滑杆线性滑动,滑杆通过连杆带动曲臂和阀杆转动,阀杆控制阀体内的活门开合。
作为优选实例,所述驱动机构为气动驱动机构,气动驱动机构包括气缸、支架、联轴器,气缸通过支架固定在传动箱体一侧,气缸的活塞杆通过联轴器与滑杆连接,气缸直接驱动滑杆线性滑动。
作为优选实例,所述驱动机构为电动驱动机构,电动驱动机构包括电动执行器、支架、丝杆、驱动螺母、联轴器,电动执行器通过支架固定在传动箱体一侧,电动执行器转动输出端固定有驱动螺母,丝杆一端与驱动螺母通过螺纹配合,另一端通过联轴器与滑杆连接,电动执行器带动驱动螺母转动,位于驱动螺母中的丝杆受力后驱动滑杆线性滑动。
作为优选实例,所述驱动机构为手动驱动机构,手动驱动机构包括手轮、支架、丝杆、驱动螺母、联轴器,手轮通过支架固定在传动箱体一侧,手轮转动输出端固定有驱动螺母,丝杆一端与驱动螺母通过螺纹配合,另一端通过联轴器与滑杆连接,手轮带动驱动螺母转动,位于驱动螺母中的丝杆受力后驱动滑杆线性滑动。
作为优选实例,所述箱盖与传动箱体之间设有密封垫片,箱盖与传动箱体之间通过螺丝和密封垫片密封固定。
作为优选实例,所述箱盖上设有密封固定的透明视窗盖。

如图1-图2所示,90度回转波纹管阀门,它包括阀体1、活门2、连接套3、传动箱体4、阀杆5、曲臂6、滑杆7、连杆8、波纹管9、箱盖10、驱动机构;
阀体1内设有活门2,阀体1顶部设有轴孔,连接套3将阀体1顶部的轴孔与传动箱体4底部密封连通,传动箱体4为上开口的密封箱体,阀杆5从上到下依次穿过传动箱体4、连接套3、阀体1,阀杆5底部与活门2固定,阀杆5顶部固定有曲臂6,曲臂6一侧的传动箱体4内设有滑杆7,滑杆7两端贯穿传动箱体4,滑杆7中部通过连杆8与曲臂6活动连接,滑杆7两端伸出传动箱体4的部分套有波纹管9,波纹管9一端与传动箱体4密封固定,另一端与滑杆7表面密封固定,滑杆7相对传动箱体4滑动时,波纹管9随着滑杆7伸缩实现动密封,箱盖10将传动箱体4上开口密封;
滑杆7端部与驱动机构连接,驱动机构驱动滑杆7线性滑动,滑杆7通过连杆8带动曲臂6和阀杆5转动,阀杆5控制阀体1内的活门2开合。
箱盖10与传动箱体4之间设有密封垫片(图中未标注),箱盖10与传动箱体4之间通过螺丝和密封垫片密封固定。
箱盖10上设有密封固定的透明视窗盖18。用于观察阀杆5的转动角度,判断阀体1内活门2开合程度。
其中,波纹管9采用能够沿轴向伸缩的密封金属波纹管,波纹管9一端通过焊接或法兰与传动箱体4密封固定,另一端通过焊接或法兰与滑杆7表面密封固定。
实施例1
如图3、图6所示,驱动机构为气动驱动机构,气动驱动机构包括气缸11、支架12、联轴器13,气缸11通过支架12固定在传动箱体4一侧,气缸11的活塞杆通过联轴器13与滑杆7连接,气缸11直接驱动滑杆7线性滑动。滑杆7相对传动箱体4滑动时,波纹管9随着滑杆7伸缩实现动密封。
实施例2
如图4所示,驱动机构为电动驱动机构,电动驱动机构包括电动执行器14、支架12、丝杆15、驱动螺母16、联轴器13,电动执行器14通过支架12固定在传动箱体4一侧,电动执行器14转动输出端固定有驱动螺母16,丝杆15一端与驱动螺母16通过螺纹配合,另一端通过联轴器13与滑杆7连接,电动执行器14带动驱动螺母16转动,位于驱动螺母16中的丝杆15受力后驱动滑杆7线性滑动。滑杆7相对传动箱体4滑动时,波纹管9随着滑杆7伸缩实现动密封。
实施例3
如图5所示,驱动机构为手动驱动机构,手动驱动机构包括手轮17、支架12、丝杆15、驱动螺母16、联轴器13,手轮17通过支架12固定在传动箱体4一侧,手轮17转动输出端固定有驱动螺母16,丝杆15一端与驱动螺母16通过螺纹配合,另一端通过联轴器13与滑杆7连接,手轮17带动驱动螺母16转动,位于驱动螺母16中的丝杆15受力后驱动滑杆7线性滑动。滑杆7相对传动箱体4滑动时,波纹管9随着滑杆7伸缩实现动密封。
通过连杆8将滑杆7与曲臂6连接,将滑杆7的直行程转换为阀杆5的角行程;其中阀体1、连接套3、传动箱体4、滑杆7、波纹管9、箱盖10构成了一个绝对密封的腔体,波纹管9随着滑杆7伸缩实现动密封,能够完全杜绝阀体1内部介质泄露;能够根据需求选择气动、电动、手动任意一种方式驱动滑杆7线性滑动,适用于不同工作场景;本结构能够应用于蝶阀、球阀、旋塞阀等不同类型的阀体,用途广泛;通过透明视窗盖18方便观察回转阀门状态;它结构简单,成本低,使用方便。

所述滑杆端部与驱动机构连接,驱动机构驱动滑杆线性滑动,滑杆通过连杆带动曲臂和阀杆转动,阀杆控制阀体内的活门开合。
