传统金属板檐口变形的伸缩结构是在金属板檐口檩条和龙骨上安装金属板,金属板通过螺钉连接在龙骨上,金属板和配件相连,柔性橡胶砜氰板与配件通过扣接安装连接。其伸缩构件所采用的砜氰橡胶或其他可伸缩变形的柔性与大面金属构件材质不同,外观效果不连续;砜氰橡胶或其他可伸缩变形的柔性构件在自然环境中容易老化,使用寿命较短;传统金属板檐口变形的伸缩结构采用单层防水,在出现破坏时,极易造成金属板檐口渗漏现象。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种保证金属板檐口自由变形的伸缩结构。本发明具有伸缩变形量,满足伸缩变形的要求,彻底解决金属板檐口在伸缩位置的渗漏的问题。
本发明一种保证金属板檐口自由变形的伸缩结构,它包括:在金属板檐口檩条和龙骨上安装金属薄板,金属薄板上铺贴柔性防水层,金属薄板端头做弯折处理,弯折边朝室外;下层金属板和封边型材通过种植螺钉连接成型,防水密封条与封边型材装配成一体;上层金属板和封边型材通过种植螺钉连接成型,防水密封条与封边型材装配成一体;下层金属板、上层金属板与角码分别通过拉铆钉连接;下层金属板通过自攻螺钉固定于檩条和龙骨上,与固定金属板的连接缝隙采用密封条和密封胶密封处理;上层金属板通过自攻螺钉固定于檩条和龙骨上,与固定金属板的连接缝隙采用密封条和密封胶密封处理。
本发明对金属板檐口变形,通过伸缩构件的柔性防水层和下层金属板以及上层金属板组成的刚性防水层形成两道防水设防,彻底解决金属板檐口在伸缩位置的渗漏的问题;下层金属板和上层金属板与金属板檐口的大面金属板采用同材质同颜色的构件,保证建筑外观效果的连续、美观;下层金属板和上层金属板采用三边固定的形式固定于檩条和龙骨上,保证伸缩构件的坑风揭能力;下层金属板与上层金属板采用扣接贴合穿插连接,具有伸缩性,保证建筑在整体伸缩变形时不被拉裂破坏,金属薄板和粘贴于其之上的柔性防水层采用弧形弯折处理,具有伸缩变形量,满足伸缩变形的要求。

金属板檐口檩条1和龙骨2上安装金属薄板3;
金属薄板3可在工厂加工成型,现场拼装铺设;
柔性防水层4铺贴于金属薄板3上,可采用粘贴法或机械固定法实施;
下层金属板5、上层金属板6和封边型材7在工厂通过种植螺钉9连接成型;
防水密封条8与封边型材7在工厂装配成型;
下层金属板5和上层金属板6与檩条1和龙骨2采用螺钉固定;
下层金属板5与大面固定金属板14缝隙采用密封处理;
上层金属板6与大面固定金属板15缝隙采用密封处理;
下层金属板5和上层金属板6可根据结构伸缩变量调整加工尺寸;
下层金属板5和上层金属板6纵向连接通过螺钉固定,并做密封处理;
金属薄板3纵向连接采用顺水搭接方式,搭接宽度不小于100mm,通过平头螺钉固定;
柔性防水层4纵向搭接采用热风焊接或机械固定方式;
封边型材7和防水密封条8按照顺水方向布设在下层金属板5和上层金属板6的边部。
