本实用新型涉及到一种用于将两块阳光板连接在一起的压条。
背景技术
阳光板兼具遮阳与采光功能,普遍应用于建筑工程中。在工程施工过程中,两块阳光板之间需要用压条将其连接在一起。目前,阳光板都采用铝压条进行拼接。由于铝压条与阳光板的材料不同,尤其是其膨胀系数不一致,拼接后极易出现因热胀冷缩现象而导致阳光板材爆裂,严重影响板材的美观度和使用寿命。同时,由于铝压条的两侧槽口为直槽,不但水易从压条与阳光板的连接处渗入其遮挡空间,而且安装固定不太方便。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提出一种安装固定方便、拼接质量好、使用寿命长、连接处不易渗水的阳光板连接压条。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型阳光板连接压条是由聚碳酸酯制成的异型材,包括上端面、下端面和加强筋,加强筋将上、下端面连接在一起,所述上端面的两侧沿稍向下弯。

本实用新型由于采用了上述技术结构,整个压条采用聚碳酸酯(PC)材料制成,具有弹性。上、下端面的两侧沿相向靠拢,使其与加强筋间分别形成外小内大的左、右槽口。这样,拼接时,阳光板插入左、右槽口内,压条依靠弹性将阳光板紧紧卡住,不仅安装方便,接拼牢固,而且连接处不易渗水。由于压条的材质与阳光板上致,因而,即使时间长了也不会产生爆裂现象,使用寿命长,同时也提高了采光遮阳建筑工程中产品应用的一致性和美观性。它兼具节能、高透光、抗冲击、质轻、隔热、隔音、耐候、阻燃、成本低等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,阳光板连接压条是以聚碳酸酯(PC)树脂为原料,经挤出、定型、牵引而制成的异型材。它包括上端面1、下端面2和中间的两个加强筋3,加强筋3将上、下端面1、2连接在一起,并分别与其形成左、右槽口4、5。上端面1为弧状,其两侧沿稍向下弯。下端面2也为弧状,其两侧沿稍向上弓,使左、右槽口4、5形成外小内大的腔体,实现与阳光板间的紧密连接。

1、阳光板连接压条,为异型材,包括上端面、下端面和加强筋,所述加强筋将所述上、下端面连接在一起,其特征在于,它由聚碳酸酯制成,所述上端面的两侧沿稍向下弯。
2、如权利要求1所述的阳光板连接压条,其特征在于,所述下端面的两侧沿稍向上弓。
