Abstract
本发明应用于煤化工领域的硫磺回收装置制硫尾气的处理。主要解决煤化工领域中硫磺回收装置制硫尾气的处理。该发明是将制硫尾气(CLUS尾气)通过加氢反应将单质硫、二氧化硫还原成硫化氢,水洗冷却脱除加氢尾气中的水和杂质,通过压缩机增压后一部分作为气化炉引压管、看火孔保护气进入气化炉,其余直接进入气化炉,若是用于粉煤加料苍密相输送介质,需要在压缩机前加气柜,对粉煤加料均压排放的废气进行回收循环使用,避免排放造成污染环境。从而实现煤化工含硫、含氨工艺废气零排放的目标。

技术领域:
本发明应用于煤化工领域的废气处理。
技术背景:
随着环境治理的加强,新的污染物排放标准《石油化学工业污染物排放标准GB31571-2015》的颁布,要求排放废气中二氧化硫浓度小于100mg/m3,特殊地区二氧化硫排放浓度小于50mg/m3。传统的硫回收工艺,甚至clus+scot工艺都将不能满足该排放标准要求,现在解决的方案基本上是将clus制硫尾气进行进一步的处理,如氨法脱硫、碱法脱硫或是离子液吸收工艺,这些工艺都存在一些缺点:如设备腐蚀严重、投资大、运行费用大、甚至产生高浓盐废水及少量含硫、含氨尾气排放。
发明内容:
该发明是将煤化工中的硫回收装置(CLUS)的制硫尾气引进气化炉内处理,若是粉煤气化炉时可用于气化炉加压料苍粉煤输送介质。

具体实施方式
将低温甲醇洗酸性气、含氨酸性气(又称变换不凝气)通过硫回收装置(CLUS)进行一段高温、两级低温催化反应回收硫磺,回收硫磺的制硫尾气(CLUS尾气)加热后进入加氢反应,将制硫尾气中的单质硫、二氧化硫还原成硫化氢,加氢后的尾气进入水洗塔水洗冷却,脱除加氢尾气中的水和杂质。水洗冷却后的尾气通过压缩机增压后一部分作为气化炉引压管、看火孔保护气进入气化炉,其余直接进入气化炉。从而实现煤化工含硫、含氨工艺废气零排放的目标。若是用于粉煤加料苍密相输送介质,需要在压缩机前加气柜,对粉煤加料苍均压排放的废气进行回收循环使用,避免排放造成污染环境。为了避免制硫尾气中的氮气对气化后续工段的影响和氨分解效果,硫回收装置可采用富氧(纯氧)工艺。
Claims (1)
1.本发明应用于煤化工领域的硫磺回收装置制硫尾气的处理。该工艺技术具有以下特点:
(1)投资少、操作费用低,作为粉煤气化炉加料仓密相输送介质更具有以上优势;
(2)设备腐蚀少;
(3)能实现煤化工含硫、含氨工艺废气零排放的目标。
该发明权利要求如下:
(1)保护将制硫尾气(CLUS尾气)引进气化炉内工艺方案。
(2)保护将制硫尾气(CLUS尾气)通过加氢反应将单质硫、二氧化硫还原成硫化氢,水洗冷却脱除加氢尾气中的水和杂质,通过压缩机增压后一部分作为气化炉引压管、看火孔保护气进入气化炉,其余直接进入气化炉的工艺流程。
(3)保护将制硫尾气(CLUS尾气)通过加氢反应将单质硫、二氧化硫还原成硫化氢,水洗冷却脱除加氢尾气中的水和杂质,通过压缩机增压后作为气化粉煤加料仓密相输送介质进入气化炉的工艺流程。
