Abstract
The invention discloses a hydraulic rope winding machine for winding a steel wire rope, which comprises a frame, a hydraulic pump station and a fixed support arranged at one end of the frame, and a movable support arranged at the other end of the frame, wherein the movable support is connected with the frame through a moving mechanism and can horizontally move on the frame; the fixed support is provided with a hydraulic motor, a pinion, a bull gear and a fork clamp, and the movable support is provided with a first bearing seat, a supporting head and an inclined oil cylinder. The invention can provide pretension occasion for the winding work of steel wire ropes with different diameters and different lengths before transportation and storage.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a rope winding machine, and more particularly, to a hydraulic rope winding machine for winding a wire rope.
Background
The steel wire rope is applied to a great number of occasions, such as the industries of ocean engineering, electric power, mines, cement, steel and the like. After the steel wire rope is wound on a working drum required from production to application sites, the steel wire rope is stored and transported, pretension is provided for orderly winding the steel wire rope on the working drum in the application sites, and if the pretension is not available, the steel wire rope cannot be orderly and orderly arranged, so that the phenomenon of rope disorder can occur.
At present, a common method for winding a steel wire rope into a working reel is as follows: a bracket is manufactured for the working winding drum, the working winding drum is manually rotated to coil the steel wire rope, when the working winding drum needs to provide pretension, the working winding drum receives the rope, and a worker takes a crow bar to clamp the edge of the working winding drum, so that a certain resistance is provided for the steel wire rope.
The working method is long in time consumption, low in efficiency, very limited in pretension, and particularly not suitable for large-size steel wire rope winding.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic rope winder for rope winding, capable of providing pretension for the winding work of different diameters and lengths of wire ropes before transportation and storage.

the hydraulic rope winding machine comprises a frame, a hydraulic pump station and a fixed support arranged at one end of the frame, and a movable support arranged at the other end of the frame, wherein the movable support is connected with the frame through a moving mechanism, so that the movable support can horizontally move on the frame;
the hydraulic motor, the pinion, the large gear and the fork pliers are arranged on the fixed support, the hydraulic motor and the pinion are both provided with two, the hydraulic pump station is respectively connected with the two hydraulic motors, the hydraulic motors are respectively connected with the pinion shafts on the corresponding pinions, the large gear is arranged above the two pinions and is meshed with the two pinions, and the fork pliers are connected with the large gear shaft on the large gear and are arranged towards the direction of the movable support;

The moving mechanism comprises a horizontal oil cylinder, a guide rod and a sliding cylinder connected to the bottom end of the moving support, the sliding cylinder is sleeved on the guide rod, the guide rod is fixed on the frame, one end of the horizontal oil cylinder is connected with the moving support, and the other end of the horizontal oil cylinder is fixed on the frame.
The movable support and the frame are respectively provided with an ear plate, one end of the horizontal oil cylinder is connected with the ear plate on the movable support, and the other end of the horizontal oil cylinder is fixed on the ear plate of the frame.
The large gear shaft is sleeved with a second bearing, and the large gear is arranged on the fixed support through the second bearing seat.
The second bearing is arranged in the second bearing, and the second bearing is sleeved on the large gear shaft.

Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the hydraulic rope winding machine for winding a steel wire rope provided by the invention comprises a frame 1, a hydraulic pump station 2 and a fixed support 3 which are arranged at one end of the left side of the frame 1, and a movable support 4 which is arranged at one end of the right side of the frame 1, wherein the hydraulic pump station 2 provides power for the hydraulic rope winding machine, the movable support 4 is connected with the frame 1 through a movable mechanism, so that the movable support 4 can horizontally move on the frame 1, and the hydraulic rope winding machine is suitable for working drums 5 with different sizes by adjusting different positions of the movable support 4 on the frame 1.
