The invention discloses a concrete expansion joint chamfering device which comprises a handle, a power control room, a motor, a controller, a bevel gear A, a bevel gear B, a belt, a chamfer column, a grinding wheel and a positioning column. According to the invention, the two sides of the expansion joint are not damaged any more by chamfering the expansion joint, the pavement is smooth and flat, the ground use is not affected, and the maintenance cost is saved.
