本发明涉及一种粉碎机械。
背景技术
摇摆式颗粒机是一种将粉料或者块状的干料研制成颗粒的设备，具有装拆简易、松紧可调等优点，摇摆式颗粒机运作过程中在粉尘处理方面还存在一些缺陷，当粉末长时间吸附在粉斗上时，需要合适的方式处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种有效的摇摆式颗粒机粉尘吸附预防处理组件。
本发明是这样实现的。摇摆式颗粒机粉尘吸附预防处理组件，包括一个机体，在机体上设置接触感应面、旋转除尘模块、可变电阻模块、管理模块，运行时，接触感应面接触粉斗与粉末的接触情况，当其上粉末持续存在时，可变电阻模块变小，接通旋转除尘模块去除吸附的粉末，管理模块处理综合情况。
摇摆式颗粒机粉尘吸附预防处理组件，在旋转除尘模块上设置螺旋浆片，用于去除或者预防粉斗上吸附粉末。
摇摆式颗粒机粉尘吸附预防处理组件，在管理模块上设置电源控制模块，当对吸附的粉末处理结果不理想时，关闭电源，停止作业。
摇摆式颗粒机粉尘吸附预防处理组件，在管理模块上设置提示模块，当感应到去除粉末有异常时，发出提示。
摇摆式颗粒机粉尘吸附预防处理组件，提示模块发出提示的方式为声音或者LED显示。
上述摇摆式颗粒机粉尘吸附预防处理组件，实时感应粉斗上的粉末情况，及时预防或者处理吸附的粉末。

1.摇摆式颗粒机粉尘吸附预防处理组件，其特征在于包括一个机体(1)，在机体(1)上设置接触感应面(2)、旋转除尘模块(3)、可变电阻模块(4)、管理模块(5)，运行时，接触感应面(2)接触粉斗与粉末的接触情况，当其上粉末持续存在时，可变电阻模块(4)变小，接通旋转除尘模块(3)去除吸附的粉末，管理模块(5)综合其他情况。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摇摆式颗粒机粉尘吸附预防处理组件，其特征在于在旋转除尘模块(3)上设置螺旋浆片(6)，去除粉斗上的粉末。
3.根据权利要求1所述的摇摆式颗粒机粉尘吸附预防处理组件，其特征在于在管理模块(5)上设置电源控制模块(7)，当对吸附的粉末处理结果不理想时，关闭电源，停止作业。
4.根据权利要求1所述的摇摆式颗粒机粉尘吸附预防处理组件，其特征在于在管理模块(5)上设置提示模块(8)，当感应到去除粉末有异常时，发出提示。
5.根据权利要求4所述的摇摆式颗粒机粉尘吸附预防处理组件，其特征在于提示模块(8)发出提示的方式为声音或者LED显示。
