Abstract
本发明公开一种促进公猪繁殖性能的中药制剂,所述中药制剂由重量比为10:30:50:10的矿物质粉、草药粉、豆饼粕粉和淀粉混合制成,所述的矿物质粉按照重量份数由阳起石粉2‑4份、牡蛎壳粉4‑8份和明矾粉6‑10份组成:所述的草药粉由以下重量份数的中草药原料药怀牛膝20‑25份、柴胡9‑15份、淫羊藿7‑11份、菟丝子6‑10份、锁阳6‑8份、蛇床子8‑12份、巴戟天4‑6份、石菖蒲8‑12份、蜂房9‑13份、仙茅4‑6份、杜仲10‑20份、水蛭5‑7份经提取、干燥制得。本发明的中药制剂可提高成年种公猪的免疫力和繁殖性能,改善抗氧化功能,提高精子密度和精子活力,不仅能起到调节繁殖功能的作用,中草药所含的多糖、蛋白、皂甙、维生素等物质对动物机体还具有营养作用。

技术领域
本发明属于饲料中药制剂领域,具体涉及一种促进公猪繁殖性能的中药制剂。
背景技术
近年来,随着畜牧业快速发展,养猪业逐渐趋向规模化、集约化、高效化,猪人工授精技术在生产中的应用越来越多,大大降低人力物力财力,既能节省成本, 又能提高良种的利用率,有效地提高家畜种群的质量和数量。但是种公畜因长期承担配种任务,在日常饲养应经常加强营养,一般通过补充蛋白质、矿物质和维生素的营养提高繁殖性能,如在种公畜的饲料中添加足量的鱼粉、血粉、豆饼、骨粉、贝壳粉、石粉、青绿饲料、发芽饲料和胡萝卜等蛋白质、矿物质及维生素饲料;另外,对于配种季节的种公畜通常也在饲料中增加玉米、瓜干等碳水化合物饲料,以补充热能。但种公畜的繁殖性能取决于生殖轴——下丘脑-垂体-睾丸的机能状态,因此,精确调控生殖轴的机能有助于提高种公畜的繁殖性能。中国拥有博大精深的中医药文化和不断发展的中药有效成分提取技术,将天然中草药的多糖类、氨基酸、蛋白质、油脂、蜡、酶、色素、维生素、有机酸、鞣质、无机盐、挥发油、生物碱、甙类等提取后,添加于饲料内,制作真正的“天然绿色环保型”添加剂,改善种公畜内分泌系统的分泌功能,提高精子品质和繁殖性能,从而降低养殖成本、提高经济效益,具有广阔的应用前景和市场价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种促进公猪繁殖性能的中药制剂,该中药制剂可提高成年种公猪的免疫力和繁殖性能,改善抗氧化功能,提高精子密度和精子活力,不仅能起到调节繁殖功能的作用,中草药所含的多糖、蛋白、皂甙、维生素等物质对动物机体还具有营养作用。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种促进公猪繁殖性能的中药制剂,所述中药制剂由重量比为10:30:50:10的矿物质粉、草药粉、豆饼粕粉和淀粉混合制成,所述的矿物质粉按照重量份数由阳起石粉2-4份、牡蛎壳粉4-8份和明矾粉6-10份组成:所述的草药粉由以下重量份数的中草药原料药怀牛膝20-25份、柴胡9-15份、淫羊藿7-11份、菟丝子6-10份、锁阳6-8份、蛇床子8-12份、巴戟天4-6份、石菖蒲8-12份、蜂房9-13份、仙茅4-6份、杜仲10-20份、水蛭5-7份经提取、干燥制得,中药制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、取阳起石、牡蛎壳与明矾原料,分别砸成小块,并用炭火在600℃条件下煅烧2h至红,取出、放冷后碾碎,再经超微粉碎机进行超微粉碎,过200目筛,分别得到阳起石粉、牡蛎壳粉与明矾粉,备用;
按照重量份数取阳起石粉2-4份、牡蛎壳粉4-8份和明矾粉6-10份进行混合,向混合粉中加水进行煎煮,再将煎煮液进行喷雾干燥,得到矿物质粉,备用;
步骤二、取豆饼粕原料,进行超微粉碎,过100目筛,然后在70-100℃条件下蒸制20-50min,蒸制完成后取出,得到豆饼粕粉,备用;
步骤三、按照重量份数取中草药原料药怀牛膝20-25份、柴胡9-15份、淫羊藿7-11份、菟丝子6-10份、锁阳6-8份、蛇床子8-12份、巴戟天4-6份、石菖蒲8-12份、蜂房9-13份、仙茅4-6份、杜仲10-20份、水蛭5-7份,混合均匀后置于超微粉碎机中进行超微粉碎,过100目筛,得中草药混合粉,干燥保存,备用;
将中草药混合粉置于超临界萃取装置中,经超临界二氧化碳萃取分离,再将萃取液进行喷雾干燥,得到草药粉,备用;
步骤四、按照重量比10:30:50:10分别取矿物质粉、草药粉、豆饼粕粉和淀粉,置于搅拌机内,混匀,即制得中药制剂。
饲喂公猪时,第一月在猪饲料中加入所述中药制剂的量为猪饲料总重量的1%,第二月及之后在猪饲料中加入所述中药制剂的量为猪饲料总重量的2%。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有下述优点及有益效果:
其一、本发明制备的中药制剂具有温肾壮阳、强壮筋骨、并补充精子发生的锌、锰、铜等微量元素与蛋白、多糖、维生素等营养,通过调节公猪内分泌功能,促进生殖器官睾丸、附睾、精囊腺等的发育,提高精子密度和活力,增强种公猪的繁殖性能,并且天然绿色、安全无污染、无残留,不含防腐剂,对畜体无损害等优点。
其二、本发明中,柴胡,疏肝益阳、益脾和胃;淫羊藿,益精气、强筋骨、补肾壮阳;菟丝子,滋补肝肾、固精缩尿;锁阳, 补肾、益精、健脾消食。蛇床子温肾壮阳,燥湿,祛风,杀虫,并具有解毒止痛,防腐消肿作用。巴戟天含锌、锰、铁、铬等23种元素。石菖蒲化湿开胃,醒神益智。蜂房有祛风定痉、解毒疗疮、散痛止痒、兴阳除痹的功效,具有抑菌抗炎、利尿降压等作用。 仙茅温肾阳,壮筋骨。杜仲补肝肾,强筋骨。水蛭主要含蛋白质、铁、锰、锌等多种微量元素,改善微循环,提高免疫力。阳起石有温肾壮阳的功效。牡蛎壳中含有大量的钙,可补充钙。明矾粉有解毒杀虫,燥湿止痒,止血止泻,清热消痰的功效。该中药制剂有效替代抗生素及微量元素铜、锌等,可解决在动物饲料添加剂中药物残留及环境污染严重的难题。煅牡蛎壳与阳起石和甘草搭配,清热解毒等功效显著,无毒副作用,而且营养均衡,然后以淀粉为载体,搭配枳实和白术,显著增强公猪的消化功能与繁殖功能。
其三、本发明中的中药制剂采用中药超微粉碎机粉碎、煎煮、超临界萃取法与喷雾干燥技术提取中草药的有效成分与矿物中不能吸收的成分,弃去草药体积较大的木质纤维成分,从而降低运输与保存成本,提高养殖企业的经济效益。豆饼粕经过蒸制处理,结构疏松,易于与其他成分充分均匀混合,易于消化吸收,在保证高营养的同时,增强口感效果,有利于促进其他中药营养和药效成分析出。

一种促进公猪繁殖性能的中药制剂,所述的中药制剂由重量比为10:30:50:10的矿物质粉、草药粉、豆饼粕粉和淀粉混合制成,所述的矿物质粉按照重量份数由阳起石粉2-4份、牡蛎壳粉4-8份和明矾粉6-10份组成:所述的草药粉由以下重量份数的中草药原料药怀牛膝20-25份、柴胡9-15份、淫羊藿7-11份、菟丝子6-10份、锁阳6-8份、蛇床子8-12份、巴戟天4-6份、石菖蒲8-12份、蜂房9-13份、仙茅4-6份、杜仲10-20份、水蛭5-7份经提取、干燥制得。
所述的促进公猪繁殖性能的中药制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、取阳起石、牡蛎壳与明矾原料,分别砸成小块,并用炭火在600℃条件下煅烧2h至红,取出、放冷后碾碎,再经超微粉碎机进行超微粉碎,过200目筛,分别得到阳起石粉、牡蛎壳粉与明矾粉,备用;
按照重量份数取阳起石粉2-4份、牡蛎壳粉4-8份和明矾粉6-10份进行混合,向混合粉中加水进行煎煮,再将煎煮液进行喷雾干燥,得到矿物质粉,备用;
步骤二、取豆饼粕原料,进行超微粉碎,过100目筛,然后在70-100℃条件下蒸制20-50min,蒸制完成后取出,得到豆饼粕粉,备用;
步骤三、按照重量份数取中草药原料药怀牛膝20-25份、柴胡9-15份、淫羊藿7-11份、菟丝子6-10份、锁阳6-8份、蛇床子8-12份、巴戟天4-6份、石菖蒲8-12份、蜂房9-13份、仙茅4-6份、杜仲10-20份、水蛭5-7份,混合均匀后置于超微粉碎机中进行超微粉碎,过100目筛,得中草药混合粉,干燥保存,备用;

步骤三、按照上述重量份数取中草药原料药怀牛膝、柴胡、淫羊藿、菟丝子、锁阳、蛇床子、巴戟天、石菖蒲、蜂房、仙茅、杜仲、水蛭,混合均匀后置于超微粉碎机中进行超微粉碎,过100目筛,得中草药混合粉,干燥保存,备用;
将中草药混合粉置于超临界萃取装置中,经超临界二氧化碳萃取分离,再将萃取液进行喷雾干燥,得到草药粉,备用;

步骤三、按照上述重量份数取中草药原料药怀牛膝、柴胡、淫羊藿、菟丝子、锁阳、蛇床子、巴戟天、石菖蒲、蜂房、仙茅、杜仲、水蛭,混合均匀后置于超微粉碎机中进行超微粉碎,过100目筛,得中草药混合粉,干燥保存,备用;
将中草药混合粉置于超临界萃取装置中,经超临界二氧化碳萃取分离,再将萃取液进行喷雾干燥,得到草药粉,备用;
步骤四、按照上述重量比取矿物质粉、草药粉、豆饼粕粉和淀粉,置于搅拌机内,混匀,即制得中药制剂。
实施例3:
一种促进公猪繁殖性能的中药制剂,所述的中药制剂由重量比为10:30:50:10的矿物质粉、草药粉、豆饼粕粉和淀粉混合制成,所述的矿物质粉按照重量份数由阳起石粉3份、牡蛎壳粉6份和明矾粉8份组成:所述的草药粉由以下重量份数的中草药原料药怀牛膝23份、柴胡12份、淫羊藿9份、菟丝子8份、锁阳7份、蛇床子10份、巴戟天5份、石菖蒲10份、蜂房11份、仙茅5份、杜仲15份、水蛭6份经提取、干燥制得。
所述的促进公猪繁殖性能的中药制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、取阳起石、牡蛎壳与明矾原料,分别砸成小块,并用炭火在600℃条件下煅烧2h至红,取出、放冷后碾碎,再经超微粉碎机进行超微粉碎,过200目筛,分别得到阳起石粉、牡蛎壳粉与明矾粉,备用;
按照上述重量份数取阳起石粉、牡蛎壳粉和明矾粉进行混合,向混合粉中加水进行煎煮,再将煎煮液进行喷雾干燥,得到矿物质粉,备用;
步骤二、取豆饼粕原料,进行超微粉碎,过100目筛,然后在85℃条件下蒸制35min,蒸制完成后取出,得到豆饼粕粉,备用;
步骤三、按照上述重量份数取中草药原料药怀牛膝、柴胡、淫羊藿、菟丝子、锁阳、蛇床子、巴戟天、石菖蒲、蜂房、仙茅、杜仲、水蛭,混合均匀后置于超微粉碎机中进行超微粉碎,过100目筛,得中草药混合粉,干燥保存,备用;
将中草药混合粉置于超临界萃取装置中,经超临界二氧化碳萃取分离,再将萃取液进行喷雾干燥,得到草药粉,备用;
步骤四、按照上述重量比取矿物质粉、草药粉、豆饼粕粉和淀粉,置于搅拌机内,混匀,即制得中药制剂。
试验例数据:
采用由实施例1制备的种公猪中药制剂,在洛阳某畜牧公司对本饲料中药制剂的效果进行对比试验:
选60头种公猪,平均分成三组,分别为试验组、对照组和空白组,三组饲喂相同的猪饲料,试验组在种公后饲喂的饲料中添加本发明制备的草药饲料中药制剂,对照组饲喂的饲料中添加普通饲料中药制剂,空白组饲喂的猪饲料中不添加饲料中药制剂。试验组和对照组饲喂种公猪时,第一月在猪饲料中加入饲料中药制剂的量均为猪饲料总重量的1%,第二月及之后在猪饲料中加入本中药制剂的量均为猪饲料总重量的2%。然后在其他条件完全相同的环境中让猪尽可能正常饲养,统计试验2月的生长过程中种公猪的平均精子密度、平均精子活力和畸形率等指标,检测精子品质。经统计,结果如表1所示:

由以上数据可知,试验组的种公猪的平均精液量、平均精子密度和平均精子活力均较对照组和空白组高,平均畸形率明显较低,本发明制备的中药制剂具有温肾壮阳,强壮筋骨,固涩敛精,促进生殖器官发育,促进精子发生,增强精子活力等功效,改善繁殖性能,减少人力、物力、财力耗费,降低养殖成本,并能改良品种,保留良种,从而提高养殖效益。
本饲料中药制剂也可以应用于其他哺乳动物种公畜。

1.一种促进公猪繁殖性能的中药制剂,其特征在于,所述的中药制剂由重量比为10:30:50:10的矿物质粉、草药粉、豆饼粕粉和淀粉混合制成,所述的矿物质粉按照重量份数由阳起石粉2-4份、牡蛎壳粉4-8份和明矾粉6-10份组成:所述的草药粉由以下重量份数的中草药原料药怀牛膝20-25份、柴胡9-15份、淫羊藿7-11份、菟丝子6-10份、锁阳6-8份、蛇床子8-12份、巴戟天4-6份、石菖蒲8-12份、蜂房9-13份、仙茅4-6份、杜仲10-20份、水蛭5-7份经提取、干燥制得,制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、取阳起石、牡蛎壳与明矾原料,分别砸成小块,并用炭火在600℃条件下煅烧2h至红,取出、放冷后碾碎,再经超微粉碎机进行超微粉碎,过200目筛,分别得到阳起石粉、牡蛎壳粉与明矾粉,备用;
按照重量份数取阳起石粉2-4份、牡蛎壳粉4-8和明矾粉6-10份进行混合,向混合粉中加水进行煎煮,再将煎煮液进行喷雾干燥,得到矿物质粉,备用;
