Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 9, the first driving mechanism 4b includes a driving motor 4-1b, a first driving synchronizing wheel 4-2b and a first driven synchronizing wheel 4-3b, wherein the first driving synchronizing wheel 4-2b is installed at one end of the storage rack 1b, the first driven synchronizing wheel 4-3b is installed at the other end of the storage rack 1b, and the first conveyor belt 2b is a synchronous conveyor belt, and the synchronous conveyor belt is looped between the first driving synchronizing wheel 4-2b and the first driven synchronizing wheel 4-3 b; the main shaft of the driving motor 4-1b is connected with the first driving synchronous wheel 4-2 b. The first conveying belt 2b is driven to rotate by the driving motor 4-1b, so that the first card box 3-1b arranged on the first conveying belt 2b is driven to move, and any card storage space 3-2b on the first card box 3-1b can reach the first card inlet opening 1-5b or the first card outlet opening 1-4b.
Referring to fig. 5-13, the first card box 3-1b is provided with first grooves 3-4b communicating with the card storage space 3-2b at two sides perpendicular to the card in-out direction, each first groove 3-4b is internally provided with an elastic positioning piece 3-3b for elastically clamping and positioning the smart card, wherein the two first grooves 3-4b are symmetrically distributed on the first card box 3-1b and extend from the front end to the rear end of the first card box 3-1b, and the elastic positioning pieces 3-3b in the two first grooves 3-4b are clamped at two sides of the smart card. Thus, when the first conveyor belt 2b drives the first cassette 3-1b to enter the circular arc section where the first conveyor belt 2b contacts the first driving synchronous wheel 4-2b or the first driven synchronous wheel 4-3b, the movement direction of the first cassette 3-1b gradually transits to reverse movement, and when the first cassette 3-1b leaves the circular arc section where the first conveyor belt 2b contacts the first driving synchronous wheel 4-2b or the first driven synchronous wheel 4-3b, the movement direction of the first cassette 3-1b is opposite to the previous movement direction. During this process, the smart card stored in the first card case 3-1b is also shifted parallel to the moving direction due to inertia, and even the smart card is caused to drop from the card storage space 3-2 b. Therefore, the elastic positioning members 3-3b are provided so that both sides of the smart card in the card storage space 3-2b are locked, thereby preventing the smart card from being shifted or dropped in parallel to the moving direction of the first conveyor belt 2b during the conveying process. In addition, in the process that the card issuing device C sends the smart card to the card storing space 3-2b, the elastic positioning piece 3-3b can provide an elastic damping effect for the smart card, so that the smart card is prevented from shifting the position of the smart card in the card storing space 3-2b due to overlarge inertia, and the position of the smart card in the card storing space 3-2b is more accurate.
Referring to fig. 5-13, the elastic positioning member 3-3b is composed of a circular arc-shaped elastic baffle, one end of the circular arc-shaped elastic baffle is mounted on the first card box 3-1b, and the other end extends inwards from the first groove 3-4b and contacts with the smart card. In this way, in the process that the card sender C sends the smart card to the card storage space 3-2b of the first card box 3-1b, the two sides of the smart card are contacted with the circular arc-shaped elastic blocking pieces on the two sides of the card storage space 3-2b and press the circular arc-shaped elastic blocking pieces, so that the circular arc-shaped elastic blocking pieces move outwards in a direction away from the smart card, and in the process, the circular arc-shaped elastic blocking pieces on the two sides move reversely in a direction away from the smart card, so that the smart card smoothly enters the card storage space 3-2b, and the circular arc-shaped elastic blocking pieces on the two sides clamp the smart card for restoring, so that the smart card is prevented from being offset parallel to the moving direction in the process of moving along with the direction change of the first card box 3-1 b.
Referring to fig. 8-13, the connection assembly comprises two connection blocks 3-13b symmetrically arranged on a first card box 3-1b, wherein each connection block 3-13b comprises a first clamping part 3-7b, a second clamping part 3-8b and a second groove 3-11b arranged between the first clamping part 3-7b and the second clamping part 3-8b, and a first through hole 3-10b communicated with the second groove 3-11b is arranged on the first clamping part 3-7b and the second clamping part 3-8 b; the first conveying belt 2b is embedded in the second groove 3-11b, the first clamping part 3-7b is embedded in a tooth slot between two first conveying belt synchronous teeth 2-2b of the first conveying belt 2b, a second through hole 2-1b is arranged at a position corresponding to the first through hole 3-10b of the first conveying belt 2b, and the second through hole 2-1b is connected with the first through hole 3-10b through a screw rod 3-9 b. In this way, the first cassette 3-1b is mounted on the first conveyor belt 2b through the connection block 3-13b and moves along with the movement of the first conveyor belt 2b, because the contact between the first cassette 3-1b and the first conveyor belt 2b is close to a line contact, when the first conveyor belt 2b drives the first cassette 3-1b to enter a circular arc section of the first conveyor belt 2b contacting the first driving synchronous wheel 4-2b or the first driven synchronous wheel 4-3b, the first cassette 3-1b can smoothly bend along with the first conveyor belt 2 b.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the storage rack 1b includes a base 1-3b, a first support plate 1-1b and a second support plate 1-2b disposed on the base 1-3b, wherein the first driving mechanism 4b is mounted on the first support plate 1-1b and the second support plate 1-2b, and both sides of the first conveyor belt 2b are respectively in contact with the first support plate 1-1b and the second support plate 1-2 b. In this way, the first supporting plate 1-1b and the second supporting plate 1-2b limit the two sides of the first conveying belt 2b, so that the situation that the conveying precision of the intelligent card conveying mechanism is not high due to the fact that the first conveying belt 2b moves in the moving process is avoided. In addition, the storage rack 1b is compact in structure and good in supporting effect.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 11, a lateral anti-swing mechanism for preventing the first cartridge 3-1b from swinging laterally on a horizontal plane is arranged between the first cartridge 3-1b and the storage rack 1b, wherein the lateral anti-swing mechanism comprises a first limit wheel 3-5b installed on two sides of the first cartridge 3-1b and a third groove 1-7b arranged on the storage rack 1b, and the width of the third groove 1-7b is consistent with the diameter of the first limit wheel 3-5 b; the third groove 1-7b is arranged at a position corresponding to the first inlet opening 1-5b and the first outlet opening 1-4b in the storage rack 1b, and when the first conveying belt 2b drives the first card box 3-1b to move to the first inlet opening 1-5b and the first outlet opening 1-4b, the first limiting wheel 3-5b is matched with the third groove 1-7 b. In the process that the first conveyor belt 2b drives the first card box 3-1b to move to the first card inlet 1-5b or the first card outlet 1-4b to store or take cards, as the first conveyor belt 2b is a flexible body, flexible deformation easily occurs in the moving process, so that the first card box 3-1b swings horizontally, which results in that the card storage space 3-2b of the first card box 3-1b reaching the first card inlet 1-5b or the first card outlet 1-4b is separated from the first card inlet 1-5b or the first card outlet 1-4b, so that not only the card issuing device C cannot send smart cards from the first card inlet 1-5b to the card storage space 3-2b of the first card box 3-1b, but also the card taking device J cannot take smart cards out from the card storage space 3-2b of the first card box 3-1b through the first card outlet 1-4 b. This problem is thus well solved by providing the above-mentioned lateral anti-sway mechanism, when the first cartridge 3-1b arrives at the first outlet opening 1-4b or the first inlet opening 1-5b with the first conveyor belt 2b, the first limit wheel 3-5b enters into the third recess 1-7b, and since the diameter of the first limit wheel 3-5b coincides with the width of the third recess 1-7b, the first limit wheel 3-5b cannot be deflected in the direction parallel to the end face of the first limit wheel 3-5b during the movement in the third recess 1-7b, so that the lateral sway of the first cartridge 3-1b connected to the first limit wheel 3-5b on the horizontal plane is restricted, and the first cartridge 3-1b always coincides with the first inlet opening 1-5b or the first outlet opening 1-4b with the first conveyor belt 2b, when the first cartridge 3-1b arrives at the first inlet opening 1-5b or the first outlet opening 1-4b, and the first cartridge 3-1b is always aligned with the first outlet opening 1-5 b. Thereby improving the conveying precision of the intelligent card conveying mechanism, enabling the external intelligent card to smoothly enter the first card box 3-1b and enabling the intelligent card in the first card box 3-1b to smoothly send out from the first card outlet opening 1-4 b.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 11, a plurality of sets of vertical anti-swing mechanisms for preventing the first card box 3-1b from swinging vertically are further arranged between the first card box 3-1b and the storage rack 1b, each set of vertical anti-swing mechanisms comprises a second limiting wheel 3-6b arranged on two sides of the first card box 3-1b and perpendicular to the first limiting wheel 3-5b, and a guide plate 1-6b arranged on the storage rack 1b, the guide plate 1-6b is arranged on two sides of a first outlet opening 1-4b and a first inlet opening 1-5b, and the second limiting wheel 3-6b and the first limiting wheel 3-5b are arranged on the same side of the first card box 3-1 b; the guide plate 1-6b is provided with a limiting surface matched with the second limiting wheel 3-6b, and when the first card box 3-1b moves to the first card outlet opening 1-4b or the first card inlet opening 1-5b, the second limiting wheel 3-6b is matched with the limiting surface. In the process that the first conveying belt 2b drives the first card box 3-1b to move to the first card inlet 1-5b or the first card outlet 1-4b to store or take cards, as the first conveying belt 2b is a flexible body, flexible deformation is easy to occur in the moving process, the first card box 3-1b can transversely swing on the horizontal plane and can swing vertically more easily, and the card storage space 3-2b of the first card box 3-1b reaching the first card inlet 1-5b or the first card outlet 1-4b is staggered with the first card inlet 1-5b or the first card outlet 1-4b, so that card storage work or card taking work cannot be smoothly performed. Therefore, this problem can be well solved by setting the vertical anti-swing mechanism, when the first card box 3-1B moves to the first card inlet opening 1-5B or the first card outlet opening 1-4B along with the first conveying belt 2B, the second limit wheels 3-6B on two sides of the first card box 3-1B are respectively contacted with the limit surfaces on two sides of the first card outlet opening 1-4B or the first card inlet opening 1-5B, so that the first card box 3-1B connected with the second limit wheels 3-6B is prevented from shifting in the direction parallel to the end surface of the second limit wheels 3-6B, the accuracy of card storage and card taking of the smart card storage device B is ensured, and further the card collecting work and the card issuing work are ensured to be smoothly carried out. In addition, in the process that the first conveyor belt 2B drives the first card box 3-1B to move to the first card inlet port 1-5B or the first card outlet port 1-4B to store or take a card, as the smart card storage device B is horizontally arranged, the second limiting wheel 3-6B has an upward support on the first card box 3-1B, so that the first card box 3-1B is prevented from being worn due to contact with the first support plate 1-1B or the second support plate 1-2B due to self gravity in the moving process.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 11, a fourth groove 1-8b is provided on the guide plate 1-6b, and when the first conveyor belt 2b drives the first card box 3-1b to move to the first card inlet opening 1-5b and the first card outlet opening 1-4b, the second limit wheel 3-6b is matched with the fourth groove 1-8 b. In this way, when the first card box 3-1b enters the first entrance 1-5b or the first exit 1-4b along with the first conveying belt 2b, the second limiting wheel 3-6b enters the fourth groove 1-8b, and the second limiting wheel 3-6b contacts with the groove bottom of the fourth groove 1-8b, so that the second limiting wheel 3-6b is prevented from being offset in a direction parallel to the end face of the second limiting wheel 3-6b, and further the first card box 3-1b is prevented from swinging vertically.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 11, a space anti-swing mechanism for preventing the first cartridge 3-1b from turning over on a plane perpendicular to the movement direction of the first conveyor belt 2b is further provided between the first cartridge 3-1b and the storage rack 1b, the space anti-swing mechanism includes third limit wheels 3-12b provided on both sides of the first cartridge 3-1b and fifth grooves 1-9b provided on the guide plates 1-6b, wherein the third limit wheels 3-12b are diagonally arranged with the first limit wheels 3-5b on the side of the first cartridge 3-1b, the first limit wheels 3-5b are arranged in parallel with the third limit wheels 3-12b, the fifth grooves 1-9b vertically extend from the front ends of the guide plates 1-6b to the rear ends of the guide plates 1-6b, and the width of the fifth grooves 1-9b is consistent with the diameter of the third limit wheels 3-12 b; when the first card box 3-1b is positioned at the first outlet port 1-4b or the first inlet port 1-5b, the third limit wheel 3-12b is matched with the fifth groove 1-9 b. Thus, when the first card 3-1b enters the first card inlet 1-5b or the first card outlet 1-4b along with the first conveyor belt 2b, the first card 3-1b may not only swing horizontally and vertically, but also swing spatially due to the flexible deformation of the first conveyor belt 2b, i.e. the first card 3-1b may swing vertically on a plane perpendicular to the movement direction of the first conveyor belt 2b, which may cause the card storage space 3-2b in the first card 3-1b to tilt leftward or rightward, so that the smart card may not smoothly enter the first card 3-1b from the first card inlet 1-5b or the smart card in the first card 3-1b may not be smoothly sent out from the first card outlet 1-4 b. The spatial anti-sway mechanism is therefore provided with the aim of preventing the first cartridge 3-1b from swaying on a plane perpendicular to the direction of movement of said first conveyor belt 2b, the specific working principle being: when the first cartridge 3-1b enters the first entrance opening 1-5b or the first exit opening 1-4b along with the first conveying belt 2b, the third limiting wheels 3-12b on two sides of the first cartridge 3-1b enter the fifth groove 1-9b, and the third limiting wheels 3-12b are consistent with the width of the fifth groove 1-9b, so that the third limiting wheels 3-12b can only do transverse movement on the guide plate 1-6b and cannot deviate perpendicular to the movement direction, thereby avoiding transverse swinging of the first cartridge 3-1b on the horizontal plane, but the transverse swinging prevention mechanism limits the transverse swinging of the first cartridge 3-1b on the horizontal plane, the first limiting wheel 3-5b and the third limiting wheel 3-12b are diagonally arranged on the side surface of the first card box 3-1b, so that the upper end and the lower end of the first card box 3-1b cannot laterally swing, and therefore the first card box 3-1b is limited to swing on a plane perpendicular to the movement direction of the first conveying belt 2b, and the card storage space 3-2b of the first card box 3-1b is aligned with the first card inlet opening 1-5b or the first card outlet opening 1-4b when the first card box 3-1b is in the first card inlet opening 1-5b or the first card outlet opening 1-4b, so that card storage work or card taking work is smoothly performed.
Referring to fig. 11, the third groove 1-7b and the fifth groove 1-9b are provided at both ends with two first guide surfaces 1-10b inclined outward. In this way, when the first conveyor belt 2b drives the first card box 3-1b to enter the first card inlet 1-5b or the first card outlet 1-4b, if the first card box 3-1b deviates from a vertical plane in the process of moving along with the first conveyor belt 2b, the first guiding surface 1-10b can guide the first limit wheel 3-5b and the third limit wheel 3-12b, so that the first limit wheel 3-5b smoothly enters the third groove 1-7b, and the third limit wheel 3-12b smoothly enters the fifth groove 1-9b, so that when the first card box 3-1b reaches the first card inlet 1-5b or the first card outlet 1-4b, the card storage space 3-2b of the first card box 3-1b is aligned with the first card inlet 1-5b or the first card outlet 1-4b, and the card storage work and the card taking work are smoothly performed.
Referring to fig. 9, the smart card storage device B further includes a cover 1-11B provided at the outside thereof, the cover 1-11B being provided with openings at the first inlet opening 1-5B and the first outlet opening 1-4B. The purpose of the intelligent card storage device is to prevent external dust from entering the intelligent card storage device B, so that the intelligent card or parts in the intelligent card storage device B are polluted, and because the protective cover 1-11B is provided with openings at the first outlet opening 1-4B and the first inlet opening 1-5B, the card storage and the card taking of the intelligent card storage device B are not influenced by the protective cover 1-11B, and the intelligent card storage device B can be smoothly carried out.

Therefore, the third support plate 1-1a and the fourth support plate 1-2a are arranged to solve the problem well, and the third support plate 1-1a and the fourth support plate 1-2a generate a pair of supporting forces directed to the old cards on the second conveying belt 2a and the third conveying belt 5a on two sides of the card storage space, so that the second conveying belt 2a and the third conveying belt 5a on two sides of the old cards cannot deviate in the horizontal direction, and the old cards in the card storage space are prevented from falling from the card storage space due to the deviation in the horizontal direction, thereby influencing the collection work of the old cards.
Referring to fig. 28, a third through hole 1-7a is provided at the bottom of the third support plate 1-1a, a fourth through hole 1-8a is provided at the bottom of the fourth support plate 1-2a, the second driving synchronizing wheel 3-1a is mounted at the rear end of the third support plate 1-1a, the second driven synchronizing wheel 3-3a is mounted at the front end of the third support plate 1-1a, the line connecting the second driving synchronizing wheel 3-1a and the center of the second driven synchronizing wheel 3-3a is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the second conveyor belt 2a passes through the third through hole 1-7a and surrounds the second driving synchronizing wheel 3-1a and the second driven synchronizing wheel 3-3 a; the bottom of the fourth supporting plate 1-2a is provided with a fourth through hole 1-8a, the third driving synchronizing wheel 6-1a is arranged at the rear end of the fourth supporting plate 1-2a, the third driven synchronizing wheel 6-3a is arranged at the front end of the fourth supporting plate 1-2a, a connecting line of the center of the third driving synchronizing wheel 6-1a and the center of the third driven synchronizing wheel 6-3a is perpendicular to a horizontal plane, and the third conveying belt 5a penetrates through the fourth through hole 1-8a to encircle the third driving synchronizing wheel 6-1a and the third driven synchronizing wheel 6-3 a. The third through holes 1-7a are formed in the third supporting plate 1-1a, so that the second conveying belt 2a passes through the third through holes 1-7a and surrounds the second driving synchronizing wheel 3-1a and the second driven synchronizing wheel 3-3a, and the first inner teeth 3-2a on the side, opposite to the third conveying belt 5a, of the second conveying belt 2a can be attached to the side face of the third supporting plate 1-1a, and therefore old cards on the side of a card storage space are limited, and the second conveying belt 2a is prevented from being offset in the horizontal direction. The same applies to the fourth through holes 1 to 8 a. In addition, the above structure is advantageous in reducing the volume of the old card recovery cartridge 2A and saving costs.
Referring to fig. 24 to 28, the old card recovery cassette 2A is provided with two sets of limiting assemblies perpendicular to the third and fourth support plates 1-1a and 1-2A on two opposite sides of the third and fourth support plates 1-1a and 1-2A, wherein each set of limiting assemblies includes a first limiting plate 1-3a connected to the third support plate 1-1a and a second limiting plate 1-4a connected to the fourth support plate 1-2A, wherein one end of the first limiting plate 1-3a is vertically installed on the side of the third support plate 1-1a, and the other end horizontally extends to the clamping groove 4a of the second conveyor belt 2A; one end of the second limiting plate 1-4a is vertically arranged on the side surface of the fourth supporting plate 1-2a, and the other end of the second limiting plate horizontally extends to the clamping groove 4a of the third conveying belt 5 a; the distance between the first limiting plate 1-3a and the second limiting plate 1-4a is equal to the width of the old card. Thus, when the old card reaches the second card inlet of the old card recovery card box 2A through the old card sending mechanism 1A, and in the process of sending the old card to the card storage space of the old card recovery card box 2A, the first limiting plate 1-3a and the second limiting plate 1-4a limit the two sides of the old card when the old card enters the card storage space due to the existence of the first limiting plate 1-3a and the second limiting plate 1-4a, so that the old card smoothly enters the card storage space.
Referring to fig. 24-28, the front ends of the first limiting plate 1-3a and the second limiting plate 1-4a are provided with a first connecting plate 1-5a, and the rear ends of the first limiting plate 1-3a and the second limiting plate 1-4a are provided with a second connecting plate 1-6a. The first connecting plate 1-5a and the second connecting plate 1-6a are beneficial to improving the stability of the first box body 1a and better ensuring that the old card stored in the old card recovery box 2A does not deviate.
Referring to fig. 24-28, a plurality of clamping grooves 4a uniformly distributed along the conveying direction of the conveying belt are formed on the outer surfaces of the second conveying belt 2a and the third conveying belt 5a, and when the driving mechanism drives the second conveying belt 2a and the third conveying belt 5a to rotate in the same speed and in opposite directions, the clamping grooves 4a on the second conveying belt 2a are parallel to and in one-to-one correspondence with the clamping grooves 4a on the third conveying belt 5 a. Because the old cards are stored in the card slots 4a on the two opposite surfaces of the second conveying belt 2A and the third conveying belt 5a, after the old card recovery card box 2A collects the old cards, the old card recovery card box 2A conveys the old cards to the second card outlet opening, the external recovery device takes away the old cards at the second card outlet opening of the old card recovery card box 2A, and then the moving mechanism drives the second conveying belt 2A and the third conveying belt 5a to continue to move reversely, so that the next old card continues to reach the second card outlet opening of the old card recovery card box 2A, and the external recovery device can take all the old cards inside the old card recovery card box 2A only by repeating card taking actions. At this time, the card slot 4a on the opposite surface of the second conveyor belt 2A and the third conveyor belt 5a reaches the other side along with the constant-speed reverse rotation of the second conveyor belt 2A and the third conveyor belt 5a, so that the card slot 4a on the opposite surface of the second conveyor belt 2A and the third conveyor belt 5a is not provided, when the old card recovery card box 2A is used again by an operator to collect the old card, the positions of the card slots 4a on the second conveyor belt 2A and the third conveyor belt 5a need to be adjusted first so that the card slots reach the second card inlet of the old card recovery card box 2A along with the constant-speed reverse movement of the second conveyor belt 2A and the third conveyor belt 5a, and thus a new round of old card collection work is started. Because the old card recovery card box 2A needs an operator to adjust the card storage space in the old card recovery card box 2A after one card recovery and card issuing, when the next round of card recovery work is carried out, the card storage space moves to the second card outlet from the second card inlet of the old card recovery card box 2A to the second card outlet along with the second conveying belt 2A and the third conveying belt 5a when the next round of card recovery work is carried out, so that the workload of the operator is increased, and the efficiency is reduced. Therefore, the above structure well solves the problem, since the card slots 4a are uniformly distributed on the outer surfaces of the second conveyor belt 2A and the third conveyor belt 5a, the old card recovery card box 2A can be directly used for collecting the old card without adjusting the old card if the next round of card recovery is needed even after the old card recovery card box 2A passes through a round of card recovery and card issuing, thus not only improving the working efficiency, but also reducing the workload of operators. In addition, a card cover is arranged outside the old card recovery card box 2A, wherein the card cover is provided with openings at the second inlet opening and the second outlet opening of the old card recovery card box 2A. This prevents dust from outside from entering the inside of the old card recovery cassette 2A, thereby affecting the card receiving and issuing accuracy of the old card recovery cassette 2A.
Referring to fig. 1-4, a side door 1D for opening is arranged on one side of the case D; the case D is provided with a back door 2D at a position corresponding to the card issuing device C. The purpose of setting the side door 1D is to facilitate the monitoring and maintenance of the self-service card-receiving machine by operators. The above-described rear door 2D is provided for the purpose of facilitating the installation of the second card case 1C onto the card issuing device C by the operator.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the case D is provided with a card taking box G. Thus, after the user inputs the identity information of the user into the self-service card-receiving machine, the card-taking device J takes the smart card matched with the user information out of the smart card storage device B and sends the smart card to the card-taking box G.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the information input device F includes an identification card information reading module, a fingerprint identification module, and a keyboard. Therefore, in the process of picking up the card, the identity card of the user is required to be placed in the identity card information reading module to read the identity card information, the finger of the user is required to be placed on the fingerprint identification module, whether the person picking up the card and the holder of the identity card are the same person or not is judged by identifying the fingerprint, and the smart card belonging to the user can be taken from the self-service card picking machine only when the person picking up the card holds the effective identity card before picking up the card, so that the card taking safety is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the self-service card-receiving machine further includes a camera E and a printer I for printing the list.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the card extracting device J is implemented according to the invention patent application with application publication number CN106127270 a.
Referring to fig. 1 to 28, the working principle of the horizontally arranged self-service card-receiving machine of the invention is as follows:
before working, the operator installs the second card case 1C on the card sender C, at this time, the support column 3-2 enters the seventh groove 7-8 on the sixth support plate 7-1 and continues to move transversely, the circular arc guide surface 7-7 of the sixth support plate 7-1 contacts with the circular arc protrusion 3-8 of the elastic stop 3-5 and presses the elastic stop 3-5 upwards, thereby generating a vertical component force to the elastic stop 3-5, so that the elastic stop 3-5 on both sides moves reversely in the direction away from the card sender C3-1, when the elastic stop 3-5 on both sides moves a certain distance, the locking surface 3-9 of the elastic stop 3-5 on both sides leaves the abutting surface 3-10 of the card sender C3-1, at the same time, the sixth support plate 7-2 continues to move transversely when the support column 3-2 reaches the bottom of the seventh groove 7-8, so that the sixth support plate 7-1 generates a pressure opposite to the direction of the support column 3-2, thereby driving the support column 3-2 and the card sender C3-2 to move transversely in the direction, thereby driving the card sender C1 to move transversely in the card sender C1, and then the card sender C1 is driven by the second card sender C1, and the second card sender C1 is pushed by the second card sender C1, and the third card sender C1 is pushed by the second card sender C1, so that the second smart card at the bottommost end of the second card box 1C reaches the original position of the first smart card, and the card pulling mechanism 8 repeats the card pulling action, thereby sending out the smart card in the second card box 1C. After the smart card in the second card box 1C is sent out, the operator takes out the second card box 1C, and in this process, the support column 3-2 gradually leaves the seventh groove 7-8 on the sixth support plate 7-1, so that the circular arc guiding surface 7-7 of the sixth support plate 7-1 is gradually separated from the circular arc protrusion 3-8 of the elastic stop block 3-5, so that the elastic stop blocks 3-5 on two sides gradually move towards each other for restoring the original shape. When the support column 3-2 completely leaves the seventh groove 7-8, the locking surfaces 3-9 of the elastic stoppers 3-5 on both sides are attached to one side of the attaching surface 3-10 on the card discharging baffle 3-1 again, so as to close the third card discharging opening 4 of the second card box 1C.
Because the first card inlet opening 1-5B for storing the smart card into the first card box 3-1B and the first card outlet opening 1-4B for taking out the smart card in the first card box 3-1B are arranged on the outer side of the smart card storage device B, the poking tooth driving mechanism drives the poking tooth 8-10 to move, so that the smart card at the bottommost end of the second card box 1C is sent to the first card inlet opening 1-5B, and meanwhile, the first driving mechanism 4B drives the first conveying belt 2B and the first card box 3-1B thereon to move, so that a card storage space 3-2B to be stored in the smart card box 3-1B reaches the first card inlet opening 1-5B, and then, the poking tooth driving mechanism drives the poking tooth 8-10 to move, so that the smart card positioned in the first card inlet opening 1-5B enters the card storage space 3-2B. Subsequently, the first driving mechanism 4b continues to drive the first conveying belt 2b and the first card box 3-1b thereon to move, so that the next card storage space 3-2b to be stored in the smart card reaches the first card inlet opening 1-5b, the card pulling mechanism 8 repeats the card pulling action, and sends the next smart card to the card storage space 3-2b, and the above process is repeated continuously, so that the smart card can be continuously transferred into the card storage mechanism 3 b.
When the user needs to pick up the smart card, the user needs to put the old card into the old card sending mechanism 1A, the old card sending mechanism 1A sends the old card to the second card inlet of the old card recycling card box 2A, and then the reverse driving mechanism drives the second conveying belt 2A and the third conveying belt 5a to do constant-speed reverse motion, so that the card storage space reaches the second card inlet, and at the moment, the old card reaching the second card inlet enters the card storage space of the old card recycling card box 2A under the thrust of the old card sending mechanism 1A. Subsequently, the reverse driving mechanism drives the second conveyor belt 2A and the third conveyor belt 5a to perform a constant-speed reverse movement toward the other end of the old card recovery cassette 2A, so that the next card storage space constituted by the corresponding and parallel card slots 4a of the opposite outer surfaces of the second conveyor belt 2A and the third conveyor belt 5a reaches the second card inlet opening, ready for storing the next old card. Then, the user puts the own identity card on the identity card information reading module, the self-service card-picking machine reads the identity information of the user, then the user presses the fingers of the user on the fingerprint identification module, the self-service card-picking machine reads the fingerprint information and judges whether the person held by the identity card and the card-picking person are the same person, if the person is the same person, the first driving mechanism 4b drives the first conveying belt 2b and the first card box 3-1b thereon to move, so that the card storage space 3-2b of the smart card matched with the user information in the first card box 3-1b reaches the first card outlet opening 1-4b, and then the card taking device J takes the smart card positioned in the first card outlet opening 1-4b out of the card storage space 3-2b and sends the smart card to the user.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 29, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the synchronous transmission mechanism 7a includes a first driving pulley 7-5a connected to a main shaft of a reverse motor 8a, a first driven pulley 7-6a connected to a second driving synchronous pulley 3-1a through a first connecting shaft 7-2a, a second driven pulley 7-7a connected to a third driving synchronous pulley 6-1a through a second connecting shaft 7-4a, a transmission shaft 7-8a provided on one side of the first driven pulley 7-5a or the second driven pulley 7-7a, and a transmission belt wound around the first driving pulley 7-5a, the first driven pulley 7-6a, the second driven pulley 7-7a, and the transmission shaft 7-8 a. The structure can realize the constant-speed and reverse rotation of the first driven driving belt pulley 7-6a and the second driven driving belt pulley 7-7a, so that the second conveying belt 2a and the third conveying belt 5a can rotate at the same speed and reverse, and the synchronous driving mechanism 7a has a simple structure and strong driving force.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 30, this embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the elastic stopper 3-5 is provided with an inclined surface 3-11 inclined outwardly in a direction away from the elastic stopper 3-5, and one end of the inclined surface 3-11 is connected to the circular arc surface and the other end is connected to the locking surface 3-9. In the process that the second card box 1C leaves the card issuing device C, after the acting force exerted on the supporting column 3-2 disappears, the elastic stop blocks 3-5 on two sides move towards each other for restoring, and when the circular arc-shaped guide surface 7-7 is separated from the locking surface 3-9, the elastic stop blocks 3-5 restore to the original state, so that the card discharging baffle plate 3-1 is pressed on the third card discharging opening 4, and the third card discharging opening 4 is closed. In this process, if the elastic stoppers 3-5 on both sides clamp the card discharging shutter 3-1 so that the card discharging shutter 3-1 cannot move laterally, this may cause the third card discharging opening 4 of the second card case 1C to be unable to close. The inclined surface 3-11 well solves the problem, when the elastic stop blocks 3-5 at two sides clamp the card discharging baffle 3-1, as the inclined surface 3-11 inclines downwards and outwards, the elastic stop blocks 3-5 at two sides generate a horizontal component force on the card discharging baffle 3-1, so that the elastic stop blocks 3-5 continue to move transversely, and the third card discharging opening 4 is closed.
The foregoing is illustrative of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting thereof, but rather as various changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which may be made therein without departing from the spirit and principles of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
