Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a structure of an outdoor unit at one angle according to an exemplary embodiment, and fig. 2 is a schematic view illustrating a structure of an outdoor unit at another angle according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the outdoor unit includes a housing 20, a fan assembly 30, and a fan bracket 10, and further includes functional components such as a condenser (not shown) and a compressor (not shown) assembled to the housing 20. The fan bracket 10 and the condenser are mounted on the frame 20 in parallel, and the fan assembly 30 is mounted on the fan bracket 10. The blower bracket 10 includes a blower mounting portion 11, a top fixing portion 12, a bottom fixing portion 13, an upper bracket portion 14 connecting the blower mounting portion 11 and the top fixing portion 12, and a lower bracket portion 15 connecting the blower mounting portion 11 and the bottom fixing portion 13, wherein the top fixing portion 12 and the bottom fixing portion 13 are both fixedly connected to the frame 20.
The frame 20 may be formed by a single piece or by combining multiple components, and in one embodiment, the frame 20 includes a base 22 and a top sub-plate 21 opposite to the base 22, the top fixing portion 12 is fixedly connected to the top sub-plate 21, and the bottom fixing portion 13 is fixedly connected to the base 22. The fan mounting part 11 is located at the middle position of the fan support 10, and the fan assembly 30 is assembled to the fan mounting part 11. The upper bracket portion 14 extends from the fan mounting portion 11 in the top direction of the chassis 20 to attach the top fixing portion 12 to the top sub-plate 21, so that the top fixing portion 12 is fixedly connected to the top sub-plate 21. Lower bracket 15 extends from fan attachment unit 11 in the direction of the bottom of chassis 20, and attaches bottom fixing unit 13 to base 22, thereby fixedly connecting bottom fixing unit 13 to base 22.
The fan assembly 30 operates to move air in the direction of the condenser to perform a cooling or heating function of the air conditioner. During operation of the fan assembly 30, it transfers torque to the fan mounting 11. The fan mount 11 transmits the torque to the top fixing portion 12 along the upper bracket portion 14, the bottom fixing portion 13 along the lower bracket portion 15, and the chassis 20. The rigidity of the frame 20 is good, so that the fan bracket 10 is kept in a stable state, the working position of the fan assembly 30 is further kept stable, and the influence of a condenser on the installation position of the fan bracket 10 is small.
The angles of intersection between the upper stand portion 14 and the top fixing portion 12 and between the lower stand portion 15 and the bottom fixing portion 13 may be adapted to the installation positions of the blower fan support 10 and the chassis 20, for example, the upper stand portion 14 perpendicularly intersects the top fixing portion 12, the upper stand portion 14 is inclined at a predetermined angle to the top fixing portion 12, the lower stand portion 15 perpendicularly intersects the bottom fixing portion 13, the lower stand portion 15 is inclined at a predetermined angle to the bottom fixing portion 13, and the like. The fan bracket 10 and the top sub-plate 21 serve as the main torque transmitting portions through the close fit between the stopper portion 122 and the stopper portion 212. In an embodiment, the at least two connecting portions 124 surround the limiting portion 122, for example, the at least two connecting portions 124 are uniformly distributed around the limiting portion 122 as a center, when the blower support 10 is fixedly connected to the rack 20, the stress between the limiting portion 122 and the making portion is uniform, and the transmission efficiency of the torque is improved.
Furthermore, the blower bracket 10 and the frame 20 are closely fitted with the stopper portion 122 and the stopper portion 212 as a portion for mainly transmitting torque, and a positioning mechanism is provided at the top fixing portion 12 and the frame 20 to be fitted with each other to reduce the amount of the fastener 40 used. In an embodiment, the top fixing portion 12 is fixedly connected to the top sub-plate 21 of the frame 20, and the top fixing portion 12 further includes at least one positioning portion 123, and the positioning portion 123 protrudes outward or is recessed downward from the surface of the top plate portion 121. Accordingly, the housing 20 further includes a locking portion 213 protruding or recessed from the surface of the base plate portion 211, and the locking portion 213 is matched with the positioning portion 123 on the top fixing portion 12 to limit the rotation of the top fixing portion 12.

Accordingly, the mount 22 is provided with the mounting plane 221 and the escape groove 223 recessed from the mounting plane 221, and the blocking surface 222 is formed on the sidewall of the escape groove 223.
When the bottom fixing portion 13 is assembled to the base 22, the bottom plate 131 is attached to the mounting plane 221, and the bottom fixing portion 13 is moved to make the stopper 132 abut against the stopper surface 222. The bottom fixing portion 13 is mounted to a predetermined position, and the bottom fixing portion 13 is locked to the base 22 by the fastening member 40. The installation position of the bottom fixing part 13 can be conveniently positioned by arranging the blocking surface 222, and the installation efficiency is high.
