Abstract
The invention relates to a motor support, a chassis and an air conditioner, wherein the motor support comprises a top end supporting part, a bottom end fixing part and a motor installation part for connecting the top end supporting part and the bottom end fixing part, the bottom end fixing part and a bulge are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom of the motor installation part, and the bulge extends towards the bottom of the motor installation part. The motor support and the matched chassis provided by the invention can be directly installed and positioned according to the added limiting bulges and the bulge embedding parts. The high recognition degree of the wire body can be guaranteed through front and back limiting, the wire body is easy to operate, automation and unmanned can be achieved, a worker in the wire body can conveniently operate the fixing screw, the wire body can run at a high speed, and labor cost is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a motor support, a chassis and an air conditioner.
Background
An outdoor unit of an air conditioner generally includes a compressor, a heat exchanger, a base plate, a front panel, a top cover plate, a fan, a motor bracket, and the like. The motor support is used for fixing the motor and a wind wheel arranged on the motor. The chassis is used for bearing the parts installed on it, and the connection mode of the existing chassis and the motor bracket is as follows: the motor support part is connected with the top end of the condenser and the chassis, the chassis is provided with a left screw fixing position and a right screw fixing position, but the mode has less limit, and the situation that new staff are difficult to identify exists. For the current motor support component, more screws are assembled, the labor time is long, cost reduction becomes an important aspect for enterprises, and the realization of automation and no-humanization become the effort direction of manufacturing enterprises in the re-efforts of efficiency improvement and labor reduction for personnel. How to rapidly assemble the motor bracket and the chassis together by improving the structure of the motor bracket and the chassis becomes a problem which is urgently needed to be solved at present.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a motor bracket that can accommodate rapid assembly of the motor bracket with the chassis.
The invention also aims to provide a chassis, which is additionally provided with a plurality of limiting parts so as to be suitable for rapidly assembling the chassis and a motor bracket together.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an air conditioner to enable quick installation of a motor bracket and a base plate and to achieve automation and unmanned construction.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a motor bracket, including a top end supporting portion, a bottom end fixing portion, and a motor mounting portion connecting the top end supporting portion and the bottom end fixing portion, wherein the bottom end fixing portion and a protrusion are respectively disposed on left and right sides of a bottom of the motor mounting portion, and the protrusion is a bottom facing the motor mounting portion. The protrusion plays a limiting role and is used in cooperation with the protruding embedded part of the chassis, so that the installation is convenient.
Further, the protrusion is of a sheet-like structure. Simple structure, easy manufacture and low cost.
Further, the protrusion is integrally formed with the motor mounting part; or the bulge is welded with the motor mounting part.
Further, the number of the protrusions is at least two.
Furthermore, a first limiting hole is formed in the bottom end fixing portion.
Furthermore, a limiting part is arranged on the bottom fixing part.
The invention also provides a chassis, wherein the chassis is provided with the bulge embedded part which is detachably connected with the bulge of the motor support.
Furthermore, the body of the protruding embedding part is of a hollow structure, the bottom end of the protruding embedding part is fixed on the chassis, the top end of the protruding embedding part is of an opening structure, and the hollow structure of the protruding embedding part is used for accommodating the protrusion of the motor support.
Furthermore, a second limiting hole is formed in the chassis, a first limiting hole is formed in the bottom end fixing portion of the motor support, and the second limiting hole is matched with the first limiting hole.
Furthermore, a limiting baffle is arranged on the chassis, the motor support comprises a limiting part arranged on the bottom fixing part, and the limiting baffle is matched with the limiting part.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises the motor bracket and the chassis.
The motor support and the matched chassis provided by the invention can be directly installed and positioned according to the added limiting bulges and the bulge embedding parts. The high recognition degree of the wire body can be guaranteed through front and back limiting, the wire body is easy to operate, automation and unmanned can be achieved, a worker in the wire body can conveniently operate the fixing screw, the wire body can run at a high speed, and labor cost is reduced.

The following description is given with the directional terms as they are used in the drawings and is not intended to limit the specific embodiments of the support assembly, the assembly tool and the assembly method of the present invention. In the description of the present invention, it should also be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted" and "connected" are to be interpreted broadly, e.g., as either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be directly connected or indirectly connected. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood as appropriate to those of ordinary skill in the art.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a motor bracket according to an embodiment of the present invention. The outer machine of air conditioner need be in the same place in motor support and chassis assembly when the installation, in order to be in the same place motor support 1 and chassis 2 assembly fast, alleviates line body staff's time, realizes automaticly and unmanned. As shown in fig. 1, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides a motor bracket 1 including a top end supporting portion 10, a bottom end fixing portion 30, and a motor mounting portion 20 connecting the top end supporting portion 10 and the bottom end fixing portion 30, wherein the bottom end fixing portion 30 and a protrusion 40 are respectively provided at left and right sides of a bottom of the motor mounting portion 20, and the protrusion 40 extends toward the bottom of the motor mounting portion 20.
FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a chassis of an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides a chassis 2, wherein the chassis 2 is provided with a protrusion insertion portion 21 detachably connected to the protrusion 40 of the motor bracket 1. The body of the protruding embedding part 21 is a hollow structure, the bottom end of the protruding embedding part 21 is fixed on the chassis 2, the top end of the protruding embedding part 21 is an opening structure, and the hollow structure of the protruding embedding part 21 is used for accommodating the protrusion 40 of the motor support 1. The boss 21 may be directly welded to the chassis 2, and the position of the boss 21 is determined by the position of the boss 40 of the motor bracket 1.
The protrusion 40 of the motor support 1 and the protrusion embedded part 21 of the chassis 2 quickly realize the positioning and limiting of the motor support 1 and the chassis 2, are convenient to operate, reduce the working time and working time of line body operators, and easily realize automation and unmanned operation.
The projections 40 are of a sheet-like configuration. The protrusions 40 of the sheet structure have a simple structure, are easy to manufacture, and have a low cost.
The projection 40 is integrally formed with the motor mounting portion 20 or the projection 40 is welded to the motor mounting portion 20. The protrusion can be formed by directly cutting the motor mounting part 20, a square shape is cut, the downward bottom edge is reserved and still integrated with the motor mounting part 20, the cut square shape faces downward, and the direction back to the bottom end fixing part 30 is bent downward to form the protrusion. Of course, the projection may be welded in a direction of the motor mounting portion 20 away from the bottom end fixing portion 30. Cutting and bending directly from the motor mounting portion 20 facilitates automation and cost reduction from an economical cost standpoint.
The number of the protrusions 40 is at least two, preferably, the number of the protrusions 40 is two, and the two protrusions 40 are symmetrically distributed, so that installation dislocation cannot occur, and positioning is accurate. A projection 40 is also possible, but this is prone to wobbling and unstable positioning. Of course, the number of the first and second electrodes is not limited to one, and two or more may be used, but the manufacturing cost may be increased. Whether the number of projections is one, two or more is within the scope of the present application.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the assembly of the motor bracket and the chassis according to the embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 3, a limiting baffle 23 is disposed on the chassis 2, a limiting portion 32 is disposed on the bottom end fixing portion 30 of the motor bracket 1, and the limiting baffle 23 is matched with the limiting portion 32. The stopper 32 of the bottom end fixing portion 30 may be cut directly at the bottom end fixing portion 30, or may be formed integrally with the bottom end fixing portion 30. The limiting part is a left limiting part and a right limiting part and limits the left and right movement of the limiting baffle 23. The limiting part 32 can also be a hole or a U-shaped groove, and can be matched with the limiting baffle 23 for use. The limit baffle 23 is matched with the limit part 32, so that the limit of the chassis 2 and the motor support 1 is increased, and the rapid installation and positioning are realized.
The chassis 2 is provided with a second limiting hole 22, the bottom fixing portion 30 of the motor bracket 1 is provided with a first limiting hole 31, and the second limiting hole 22 is matched with the first limiting hole 31. Because the protrusion 40 of the motor bracket 1 is matched with the protrusion embedded part 21 of the chassis 2 in front and the chassis 2 is limited with the motor bracket 1, the motor bracket 1 and the chassis 2 are limited and positioned in multiple directions, therefore, only one first limiting hole 31 needs to be arranged on the chassis fixing part 30 and is matched with the second limiting hole 22 of the chassis 2, and the two are fastened and connected by bolts. In the prior art, two limit holes are respectively arranged in the bottom fixing part 30 of the chassis 2 and the motor support 1, and the front and back limit design of the scheme is adopted, so that two limit holes are not needed, and the punching time and the time for installing one more screw are saved.
In addition, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an air conditioner including the motor bracket 1 and the chassis 2, which has substantially the same beneficial effects as those described above, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, various modifications may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the invention. In particular, the technical features mentioned in the embodiments can be combined in any way as long as there is no structural conflict. It is intended that the invention not be limited to the particular embodiments disclosed, but that the invention will include all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
