Abstract
本发明提供了一种内置电源超薄面板灯,包括外框、扩散板和背盖,外框和扩散板设置于背盖之下,其中背盖与扩散板之间从上至下依次安装有珍珠棉、反光纸和导光板,外框的内端呈L型,扩散板设置在所述外框L型内端的横向面上,外框L型内端的竖向面上设有PCB板,PCB板上设有LED灯条,LED灯条的发光面照射在导光板侧面;外框中部的内部设有一空槽,空槽内设有电源,电源的四周和底部填充有导热胶,电源和背盖之间填充有防水胶。本发明,长期使用时,能够起到好的散热效果和防水效果,从而延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,特别是涉及一种内置电源超薄面板灯。
背景技术
LED灯作为光源主要趋势,目前越来越普及,广泛运用到照明、户外广告等领域。面板灯市场上比较多的是电源外置,电源裸露在空气中,那么安装就容易掉落,或者接线不牢,甚至会引起触电危险。另外,电源外置不利于产品包装运输,且增加运输成本。而有的电源内置,需占用大量空间,从而增加面板灯的厚度,并且现有的内置电源面板灯,防水不佳,散热效果不好,长时间使用会因为湿气减少电源使用寿命,如果电源长时间使用,热量得不到散发,也会造成电源的损坏,现有的防水措施是在外框内设置发泡硅胶条,发泡硅胶条时间久易老化变硬,特别是在灯具里面温度较高的情况下,一旦老化,那么此灯就和普通的面灯没有区别了。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种防水、散热效果好的内置电源超薄面板灯。
一种内置电源超薄面板灯,包括外框、扩散板和背盖,所述外框和所述扩散板设置于所述背盖之下,其中所述背盖与所述扩散板之间从上至下依次安装有珍珠棉、反光纸和导光板,所述外框的内端呈L型,所述扩散板设置在所述外框L型内端的横向面上,所述外框L型内端的竖向面上设有PCB板,所述PCB板上设有LED灯条,所述LED灯条的发光面照射在所述导光板侧面;所述外框中部的内部设有一空槽,空槽内设有电源,所述电源的四周和底部填充有导热胶,所述电源和所述背盖之间填充有防水胶。
进一步的,所述外框呈L型的内端与所述扩散板、所述珍珠棉、所述反光纸、所述导光板的接触处设有防水胶,所述PCB板、所述LED灯条设置于防水胶内部。
进一步的,所述外框外端的上方还设有螺丝,所述背盖通过所述螺丝固定在所述外框上。
本发明将定制的电源防止在外框里面,用导热胶固定,正好起到导热、散热作用,再用背盖盖好,这样灯具看上去只有灯体,没有电源,减少了面板灯的厚度;电源与背盖之间填充防水胶,外框的内端与扩散板、导光板、反光纸、珍珠棉接触处填充有防水胶,起到防水的目的。上述内置电源超薄面板灯,长期使用时,能够起到好的散热效果和防水效果,从而延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,一种内置电源超薄面板灯,包括外框1、扩散板2和背盖3,外框1和扩散板2设置于背盖3之下,其中背盖3与扩散板2之间从上至下依次安装有珍珠棉4、反光纸5和导光板6,外框1的内端呈L型,扩散板2设置在外框1L型内端的横向面上,外框1L型内端的竖向面上设有PCB板7,PCB板7上设有LED灯条8,LED灯条8的发光面照射在导光板6侧面;外框1中部的内部设有一空槽,空槽内设有电源9,电源9的四周和底部填充有导热胶10,电源9和背盖3之间填充有防水胶11。
外框1呈L型的内端与扩散板2、珍珠棉4、反光纸5、导光板6的接触处设有防水胶11,PCB板7、LED灯条8设置于防水胶11内部。
外框1外端的上方还设有螺丝12,背盖3通过螺丝12固定在外框1上。
本发明各部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知,本发明解决的问题是现有技术中电源内置造成面板灯的厚度过高,且散热、防水效果不好,长时间使用因温度过高损坏电源,而且在灯具里面温度较高的情况下,发泡硅胶条时间久易老化变硬,丧失防水效果。具体如下所述:
外框1的内端呈L型,扩散板2设置在外框1L型内端的横向面上,外框1L型内端的竖向面上设有PCB板7,PCB板7上设有LED灯条8,LED灯条8的发光面照射在导光板6侧面;外框1中部的内部设有一空槽,空槽内设有电源9,电源9的四周和底部填充有导热胶10,电源9和背盖3之间填充有防水胶11。外框1呈L型的内端与扩散板2、珍珠棉4、反光纸5、导光板6的接触处设有防水胶11,PCB板7、LED灯条8设置于防水胶11内部。

1.一种内置电源超薄面板灯,包括外框、扩散板和背盖,所述外框和所述扩散板设置于所述背盖之下,其中所述背盖与所述扩散板之间从上至下依次安装有珍珠棉、反光纸和导光板,其特征在于,所述外框的内端呈L型,所述扩散板设置在所述外框L型内端的横向面上,所述外框L型内端的竖向面上设有PCB板,所述PCB板上设有LED灯条,所述LED灯条的发光面照射在所述导光板侧面;所述外框中部的内部设有一空槽,空槽内设有电源,所述电源的四周和底部填充有导热胶,所述电源和所述背盖之间填充有防水胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内置电源超薄面板灯,其特征在于,所述外框呈L型的内端与所述扩散板、所述珍珠棉、所述反光纸、所述导光板的接触处设有防水胶,所述PCB板、所述LED灯条设置于防水胶内部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内置电源超薄面板灯,其特征在于,所述外框外端的上方还设有螺丝,所述背盖通过所述螺丝固定在所述外框上。
