本发明提供了一种卡扣式面板灯,包括边框、反光板、导光板和扩散板,所述边框上端设有压条,所述反光板端部内嵌于所述边框内,所述压条一端压在所述反光板上,另一端卡在所述边框上,所述反光板包括背盖板、珍珠棉和反光纸,所述反光板由所述背盖板、珍珠棉和反光纸整合在一起,所述反光板下端依次设有导光板和扩散板,所述边框内侧面向所述导光板处设有PCB板,所述PCB板上设有LED灯条,所述LED灯条面向所述导光板的侧面。上述卡扣式面板灯,成本大幅降低,同时组装效率会大幅提升。

一种卡扣式面板灯
技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,特别是涉及一种卡扣式面板灯。
背景技术
LED灯作为光源主要趋势,目前越来越普及,广泛运用到照明、户外广告等领域。LED面板灯作为一种平面光源灯具,常见的使用场合多数为家庭和办公场所。目前,市面上的面板灯大多都是采用背盖板+螺丝的组装方式。这样子不仅耗费人工,增加安装时间,大大降低了安装效率。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种安装方便的卡扣式面板灯。
一种卡扣式面板灯,包括边框、反光板、导光板和扩散板,所述边框上端设有压条,所述反光板端部内嵌于所述边框内,所述压条一端压在所述反光板上,另一端卡在所述边框上,所述反光板包括背盖板、珍珠棉和反光纸,所述反光板由所述背盖板、珍珠棉和反光纸整合在一起,所述反光板下端依次设有导光板和扩散板,所述边框内侧面向所述导光板处设有PCB板,所述PCB板上设有LED灯条,所述LED灯条面向所述导光板的侧面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述压条下端设有固定块和卡扣,所述边框上设有与固定块同等大小的第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽一侧设有与所述卡扣配合的第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽上设有与卡扣相互配合的倒刺。
上述卡扣式面板灯,将背盖板、珍珠棉和反光纸整合到一起,然后将这种三合一的反光板直接用压条固定在边框上,从而面板灯的成本将会大幅降低,同时组装效率会大幅提升。

请参阅图1,一种卡扣式面板灯,包括边框1、反光板2、导光板3和扩散板4,边框1上端设有压条5,反光板2端部内嵌于边框1内,压条5一端压在反光板2上,另一端卡在边框1上,反光板2包括背盖板21、珍珠棉22和反光纸23,反光板2由背盖板21、珍珠棉22和反光纸23整合在一起,反光板2下端依次设有导光板3和扩散板4,边框1内侧面向导光板3处设有PCB板6,PCB板6上设有LED灯条7,LED灯条7面向导光板3的侧面。
压条5下端设有固定块51和卡扣52,边框1上设有与固定块51同等大小的第一凹槽,第一凹槽一侧设有与卡扣52配合的第二凹槽,第二凹槽上设有与卡扣52相互配合的倒刺11。
上述卡扣式面板灯,将背盖板、珍珠棉和反光纸整合到一起,然后将这种三合一的反光板直接用压条固定在边框上,从而面板灯的成本将会大幅降低,同时组装效率会大幅提升。
本发明各部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知,本发明解决的问题是现有技术中防水效果不好,特别是在灯具里面温度较高的情况下,发泡硅胶条时间久易老化变硬,丧失防水效果。具体如下所述:

1.一种卡扣式面板灯,其特征在于,包括边框、反光板、导光板和扩散板,所述边框上端设有压条,所述反光板端部内嵌于所述边框内,所述压条一端压在所述反光板上,另一端卡在所述边框上,所述反光板包括背盖板、珍珠棉和反光纸,所述反光板由所述背盖板、珍珠棉和反光纸整合在一起,所述反光板下端依次设有导光板和扩散板,所述边框内侧面向所述导光板处设有PCB板,所述PCB板上设有LED灯条,所述LED灯条面向所述导光板的侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡扣式面板灯,其特征在于,所述压条下端设有固定块和卡扣,所述边框上设有与固定块同等大小的第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽一侧设有与所述卡扣配合的第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽上设有与卡扣相互配合的倒刺。
