Abstract

一种可调式预紧阀座,包括安装在阀体内的阀座,阀座与阀体之间通过填料密封,填料通过推块安装在阀座与阀体之间的填料腔内,推块与阀体之间轴向依次设置弹簧和调整座,调整座通过螺纹与阀体固定,调整座可轴向移动调整弹簧的压缩量,进而调整阀座与球体间的预紧力。本发明的有益效果是:装配时,在阀体内部依次装入调整座、弹簧以及已经装入填料和推块的阀座,再装入球体,通过专用工具调节调整座,进而可调节阀座与球体之间的预紧力。

本发明涉及一种阀座,特别涉及一种球阀的阀座。
背景技术
上装式球阀广泛用在石油和天然气管线上,及采油、炼油、石化、化工、化纤、冶金、电力、核电、食品和造纸等装置中,上装式球阀在管线上拆卸简单迅速,维修方便快捷,当阀门在管线上出现故障需要修理时,不必从管线上拆卸阀门,只须拆掉法兰螺栓和螺母,将阀盖和阀杆组合件一起从阀体中取下来,然后取出球体和阀座组合件,即可在线修理球体和阀座,这样维修节省了时间,但是现有球阀调节装置存在一些缺点:弹簧预紧力不能调整和控制,而且装配时弹簧压缩量大,装配困难。
发明内容
为了解现有技术中的上述问题,本发明提供一种结构简单,能有调整预紧力的球阀阀座。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种可调式预紧阀座,包括安装在阀体内的阀座,阀座与阀体之间通过填料密封,填料通过推块安装在阀座与阀体之间的填料腔内,推块与阀体之间轴向依次设置弹簧和调整座,调整座通过螺纹与阀体固定,调整座可轴向移动调整弹簧的压缩量,进而调整阀座与球体间的预紧力。
本发明的有益效果是:装配时,在阀体内部依次装入调整座、弹簧以及已经装入填料和推块的阀座,再装入球体,通过专用工具调节调整座,进而可调节阀座与球体之间的预紧力。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种可调式预紧阀座,包括安装在阀体1内的阀座8,阀座8与阀体1之间通过填料5密封,填料5通过推块4安装在阀座8与阀体1之间的填料腔6内,推块4与阀体1之间轴向依次设置弹簧和3调整座2,调整座2通过螺纹与阀体1固定,调整座2可轴向移动调整弹簧3的压缩量,进而调整阀座8与球体7之间的预紧力。装配时,在阀体1内部依次装入调整座2、弹簧3以及已经装入填料5和推块4的阀座8,再装入球体7,通过专用工具调节调整座2,进而可调节阀座8与球体7之间的预紧力。

1.一种可调式预紧阀座,包括安装在阀体内的阀座,阀座与阀体之间通过填料密封,所述填料通过推块安装在阀座与阀体之间的填料腔内, 其特征在于:所述推块与阀体之间轴向依次设置弹簧和调整座,调整座通过螺纹与阀体固定,调整座可轴向移动调整弹簧的压缩量,进而调整阀座与球体间的预紧力。
