一种防腐蚀自散热泵,包括机壳、散热壳、进液管、出液管、底座;所述机壳设于所述散热壳内部,所述机壳与所述散热壳同轴设置;所述机壳底部垂直设于所述底座上;所述散热壳一侧下方设有所述进液管,所述散热壳另一侧上方设有所述出液管;所述进液管和所述出液管内壁均形成有防腐层,所述防腐层由以下成分组成:聚双丙酮丙烯酰胺、氨基树脂、丙三醇、2‑甲基‑1,3‑丙二醇、乙二胺四亚甲基叉膦酸钠、烷氧化壬基苯酚丙烯酸酯、固化剂、流平剂。本发明的有益效果为:(1)本发明中采取冷却介质循环来降低泵电机工作环境温度,降温效果理想;(2)该降温体系中使用的进液管和出液管内壁均采用防腐层,延长了降温体系的使用寿命。

一种防腐蚀自散热泵
技术领域
本发明涉及循环泵技术领域,具体涉及一种防腐蚀自散热泵。
背景技术
由于泵工作的温度非常高,一般在340℃以上,而电机的温度又限制在约5 5℃,因此需要对泵进行降温,否则温度过高则会导致整个泵不能正常运转,同时现有的一些降温机构,经常用来通入冷却介质,时间长了会引起降温机构中管道腐蚀或者生锈。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种防腐蚀自散热泵,为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种防腐蚀自散热泵,包括机壳、散热壳、进液管、出液管、底座;所述机壳设于所述散热壳内部,所述机壳与所述散热壳同轴设置;所述机壳底部垂直设于所述底座上;所述散热壳一侧下方设有所述进液管,所述散热壳另一侧上方设有所述出液管;
所述进液管和所述出液管内壁均形成有防腐层;所述防腐层由以下成分组成且:各成分的重量份为:聚双丙酮丙烯酰胺30、氨基树脂11、丙三醇3.4、2- 甲基-1 ,3- 丙二醇3、乙二胺四亚甲基叉膦酸钠4.3、烷氧化壬基苯酚丙烯酸酯9、固化剂6、流平剂5.7。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述机壳外围与所述散热壳内围形成密闭空间。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)本发明中采取冷却介质循环来降低泵电机工作环境温度,降温效果理想;(2)该降温体系中使用的进液管和出液管内壁均采用防腐层,延长了降温体系的使用寿命。

如图1所示,一种防腐蚀自散热泵,包括机壳100、散热壳500、进液管300、出液管400、底座200;所述机壳100设于所述散热壳500内部,所述机壳100与所述散热壳500同轴设置,所述机壳100外围与所述散热壳500内围形成密闭空间;所述机壳100底部垂直设于所述底座200上;所述散热壳500一侧下方设有所述进液管300,所述散热壳500另一侧上方设有所述出液管400。
具体的,工作时,冷却介质从所述进液管300进入,经过所述机壳100与所述散热壳500之间的密闭空间,冷却介质将机壳100所散发出的高热量吸收,然后从所述出液管400排出,同时带走了热量,起到了降温的效果。
所述进液管300和所述出液管400内壁均形成有防腐层;所述防腐层由以下成分组成且:各成分的重量份为:聚双丙酮丙烯酰胺30、氨基树脂11、丙三醇3.4、2- 甲基-1 ,3-丙二醇3、乙二胺四亚甲基叉膦酸钠4.3、烷氧化壬基苯酚丙烯酸酯9、固化剂6、流平剂5.7。该成分组成的防腐层附着力强,防腐性良好,对金属表面可以提供长久高效的保护,而且该防腐层涂刷时非常方便快捷,经济环保。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)本发明中采取冷却介质循环来降低泵电机工作环境温度,降温效果理想;(2)该降温体系中使用的进液管和出液管内壁均采用防腐层,延长了降温体系的使用寿命。

所述进液管和所述出液管内壁均形成有防腐层;所述防腐层由以下成分组成且各成分的重量份为:聚双丙酮丙烯酰胺30、氨基树脂11、丙三醇3.4、2- 甲基-1 ,3- 丙二醇3、乙二胺四亚甲基叉膦酸钠4.3、烷氧化壬基苯酚丙烯酸酯9、固化剂6、流平剂5.7。
