本发明公开一种防火门,包括第一装饰面板、第二装饰面板及位于两者之间的门芯,所述门芯由以下重量份数的原料制成:氧化镁105‑125份,硫酸镁80‑100份,纳米氢氧化镁4‑8份,玻璃纤维3‑7份,硅微粉0.1‑0.5份,氧化铝0.2‑0.4份,磷酸0.05‑0.15份,水20‑40份。所述一种防火门通过添加玻璃纤维,极大的增大了强度,且纳米氢氧化镁均具有较好的阻燃性,此外,硅微粉的添加,不仅提高了阻燃性、硬度,且其与氧化铝能够产生协同作用,使得高温强度,抗热性大大增强。

本发明涉及一种门,尤其涉及一种防火门。
背景技术
门是指建筑物的出入口或安装在出入口能开关的装置,门是分割有限空间的一种实体,它的作用是可以连接和关闭两个或多个空间的出入口。
目前,市场上的防火门,其防火性能、强度都较差,难以满足市场需求,由此,急需解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种防火门,以解决现有防火梦强度低、防火性能差的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种防火门,包括第一装饰面板、第二装饰面板及位于两者之间的门芯,所述门芯由以下重量份数的原料制成:氧化镁105-125份,硫酸镁80-100份,纳米氢氧化镁4-8份,玻璃纤维3-7份,硅微粉0.1-0.5份,氧化铝0.2-0.4份,磷酸0.05-0.15份,水20-40份。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述门芯由以下重量份数的原料制成:氧化镁115份,硫酸镁90份,纳米氢氧化镁6份,玻璃纤维5份,硅微粉0.3份,氧化铝0.3份,磷酸0.1份,水30份。
本发明的有益效果为,所述一种防火门通过添加玻璃纤维,极大的增大了强度,且纳米氢氧化镁均具有较好的阻燃性,此外,硅微粉的添加,不仅提高了阻燃性、硬度,且其与氧化铝能够产生协同作用,使得高温强度,抗热性大大增强。

于本实施例中,一种防火门,包括第一装饰面板、第二装饰面板及位于两者之间的门芯,所述门芯由以下重量份数的原料制成:氧化镁125份,硫酸镁100份,纳米氢氧化镁8份,玻璃纤维7份,硅微粉0.5份,氧化铝0.4份,磷酸0.15份,水40份。

于本实施例中,一种防火门,包括第一装饰面板、第二装饰面板及位于两者之间的门芯,所述门芯由以下重量份数的原料制成:氧化镁115份,硫酸镁90份,纳米氢氧化镁6份,玻璃纤维5份,硅微粉0.3份,氧化铝0.3份,磷酸0.1份,水30份。
