本发明公开了一种隔热型复合防火门,包括隔热支撑板,所述隔热支撑板的内腔均匀设置有三角架,所述三角架的内腔填充有矿物纤维棉,所述隔热支撑板的顶部和底部均贴合有玻镁防火板,所述玻镁防火板的顶部设置有防火软瓷层,所述防火软瓷层的顶部设置有金属泡沫层,所述金属泡沫层的顶部设置有防火玻璃层,所述支撑板、玻镁防火板、防火软瓷层和金属泡沫层的左右两端均固定有铅板,所述铅板的外壁设置有防火防烟膨胀密封条,且防火玻璃层的左右两端连接到防火防烟膨胀密封条的外壁,该隔热型复合防火门,结构简单,耐火极限高,隔热性能好,适用于有防火、隔热分隔要求的工业建筑和民用建筑,易于推广应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及门类技术领域,具体为一种隔热型复合防火门。
背景技术
防火门,又称防烟门,是用来维持走火通道的耐火完整性及提供逃生途径的门。其目的是要确保在一段合理时间内,通常是逃生时间,保护走火通道内正在逃生的人免受火灾的威胁,包括阻隔浓烟及热力。防火门耐火试验测试合格,并取得经济部标准检验局核发验证登录证书及授权标识者,称之为防火门。防火门按材质分为钢质防火门和木质防火门两种。钢质防火门采用普通钢板制作,在门扇夹层中填入页岩棉等耐火材料,以达到防火要求。木质防火门是用木材或木材制品制作门框、门扇骨架、门扇面板,耐火极限达到规定的门,钢质防火门和木质防火门最大的区别就是他们所用的材料不同,另外就是他们对防火所采用的阻燃处理方法不同,钢质防火门是加装阻燃材料而起到阻燃的目的,而木质防火门是通过对木质材料采用特殊的处理已达到防火的目的。钢质防火门成本较高,开关不灵活方便,一般适用于大型建筑,不适于一般家庭或办公室使用,木质防火门虽然以轻便、造价低廉、关闭严密等特点而获得广泛应用,但木质防火门的防火性能有限,耐火极限不稳定。尽管目前已有的防火门结构能满足现行规范之要求,但在防火性能、耐久性、强度等方面尚存可改善之处,为此,我们提出一种隔热型复合防火门。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隔热型复合防火门,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种隔热型复合防火门,包括隔热支撑板,所述隔热支撑板的内腔均匀设置有三角架,所述三角架的内腔填充有矿物纤维棉,所述隔热支撑板的顶部和底部均贴合有玻镁防火板,所述玻镁防火板的顶部设置有防火软瓷层,所述防火软瓷层的顶部设置有金属泡沫层,所述金属泡沫层的顶部设置有防火玻璃层,所述支撑板、玻镁防火板、防火软瓷层和金属泡沫层的左右两端均固定有铅板,所述铅板的外壁设置有防火防烟膨胀密封条,且防火玻璃层的左右两端连接到防火防烟膨胀密封条的外壁。
优选的,所述三角架为正三角形钢筋支撑架,且相邻两组三角架的倾斜边相互贴合。
优选的,所述防火玻璃层由两层防火玻璃组成,且两层防火玻璃之间灌注有防火胶液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该隔热型复合防火门,结构简单,耐火极限高,隔热性能好,适用于有防火、隔热分隔要求的工业建筑和民用建筑,易于推广应用,隔热支撑板中的三角架使得结构更加坚固,能承受更大的外部压力,延长了防火门的实用寿命,玻镁防火板和防火玻璃层的配合使用,加强了防火门的结构强度和耐火性能。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种隔热型复合防火门,包括隔热支撑板1,隔热支撑板1的内腔均匀设置有三角架2,三角架2为正三角形钢筋支撑架,且相邻两组三角架2的倾斜边相互贴合,三角架2的内腔填充有矿物纤维棉3,隔热支撑板1的顶部和底部均贴合有玻镁防火板4,玻镁防火板4的顶部设置有防火软瓷层5,防火软瓷层5的顶部设置有金属泡沫层6,金属泡沫层6的顶部设置有防火玻璃层7,防火玻璃层7由两层防火玻璃组成,且两层防火玻璃之间灌注有防火胶液,支撑板1、玻镁防火板4、防火软瓷层5和金属泡沫层6的左右两端均固定有铅板8,铅板8的外壁设置有防火防烟膨胀密封条9,且防火玻璃层7的左右两端连接到防火防烟膨胀密封条9的外壁,该隔热型复合防火门,结构简单,耐火极限高,隔热性能好,适用于有防火、隔热分隔要求的工业建筑和民用建筑,易于推广应用,隔热支撑板1中的三角架2使得结构更加坚固,能承受更大的外部压力,延长了防火门的实用寿命,玻镁防火板4和防火玻璃层7的配合使用,加强了防火门的结构强度和耐火性能。

1.一种隔热型复合防火门,包括隔热支撑板(1),其特征在于:所述隔热支撑板(1)的内腔均匀设置有三角架(2),所述三角架(2)的内腔填充有矿物纤维棉(3),所述隔热支撑板(1)的顶部和底部均贴合有玻镁防火板(4),所述玻镁防火板(4)的顶部设置有防火软瓷层(5),所述防火软瓷层(5)的顶部设置有金属泡沫层(6),所述金属泡沫层(6)的顶部设置有防火玻璃层(7),所述支撑板(1)、玻镁防火板(4)、防火软瓷层(5)和金属泡沫层(6)的左右两端均固定有铅板(8),所述铅板(8)的外壁设置有防火防烟膨胀密封条(9),且防火玻璃层(7)的左右两端连接到防火防烟膨胀密封条(9)的外壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热型复合防火门,其特征在于:所述三角架(2)为正三角形钢筋支撑架,且相邻两组三角架(2)的倾斜边相互贴合。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热型复合防火门,其特征在于:所述防火玻璃层(7)由两层防火玻璃组成,且两层防火玻璃之间灌注有防火胶液。
