本发明公开了一种高强度碳纤维石材复合板，所述高强度保温石材复合板包括基板层，装饰面板层，碳纤维增强层；所述碳纤维增强层位于基板层与装饰面板层之间，所述各层通过粘结剂固定为一体。所述高强度碳纤维石材复合板，不仅具有装饰功能，而且还具有强度高，质量轻，方便运输等优点，室内外均可使用。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域，特别涉及一种高强度碳纤维石材复合板。
背景技术
在建筑装饰材料中，由于石材独有的光泽机表面纹理深受装饰界的青睐，但是由于石材重量重，运输过程中容易损坏，并且强度性能并不好。因此，需要开发一种强度高的复合石材材料。
碳纤维板是将同一方向排列的碳纤维使用树脂浸润硬化形成碳纤维板材，具有高强度，碳纤维板的抗拉强度是普通钢材的数倍以上，弹性模量由于钢材，具有优异的抗蠕变性能，抗震性；碳纤维板重量轻，质量仅为钢的1/5，有良好的韧性，可以盘卷，因此碳纤维板具有很大的应用优势。
发明内容
本发明的目的为了克服上述不足，提出一种强度高，具有装饰性的石材复合板。
本发明是用如下方法实现的。
一种高强度碳纤维石材复合板，所述高强度保温石材复合板包括基板层，装饰面板层，碳纤维增强层；所述碳纤维增强层位于基板层与装饰面板层之间，所述各层通过粘结剂固定为一体。
进一步地，所述碳纤维增强层的厚度为4mm。
进一步地，所述装饰面板层为石材装饰层，且厚度为20～50mm；其中石材装饰层可以选用大理石或花岗岩。
进一步地，所述基板层为铝合金板，且厚度为0.5～1mm。
更进一步地，所述粘结剂为环氧树脂。
本发明的有益效果在于：本发明提供一种高强度碳纤维石材复合板，不仅具有装饰功能，而且还具有强度高，质量轻，方便运输等优点，室内外均可使用。

实施例1
一种高强度碳纤维石材复合板，所述高强度保温石材复合板包括基板层3，装饰面板层1，碳纤维增强层2；所述碳纤维增强层2位于基板层3与装饰面板层1之间，所述各层通过粘结剂固定为一体。
所述碳纤维增强层2的厚度为4mm。
所述装饰面板层1为石材装饰层，且厚度为50mm；其中石材装饰层为大理石。
所述基板层为铝合金板3，且厚度为0.5mm。
所述粘结剂为环氧树脂。
实施例2
一种高强度碳纤维石材复合板，所述高强度保温石材复合板包括基板层3，装饰面板层1，碳纤维增强层2；所述碳纤维增强层2位于基板层3与装饰面板层1之间，所述各层通过粘结剂固定为一体。
所述碳纤维增强层2的厚度为4mm。
所述装饰面板层1为石材装饰层，且厚度为20mm；其中石材装饰层为花岗岩。
所述基板层为铝合金板3，且厚度为0.5mm。
所述粘结剂为环氧树脂。

1.一种高强度碳纤维石材复合板，其特征在于，所述高强度保温石材复合板包括基板层，装饰面板层，碳纤维增强层；所述碳纤维增强层位于基板层与装饰面板层之间，所述各层通过粘结剂固定为一体。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种高强度碳纤维石材复合板，其特征在于，所述碳纤维增强层的厚度为4mm。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种高强度碳纤维石材复合板，其特征在于，所述装饰面板层为石材装饰层，且厚度为20～50mm。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种高强度碳纤维石材复合板，其特征在于，所述基板层为铝合金板，且厚度为0.5～1mm。
5.根据权利要求3中所述的一种高强度碳纤维石材复合板，其特征在于，所述石材装饰层可以为大理石。
6.根据权利要求3中所述的一种高强度碳纤维石材复合板，其特征在于，所述石材装饰层可以为花岗岩。
7.根据权利要求1中所述的一种高强度碳纤维石材复合板，其特征在于，所述粘结剂为环氧树脂。
