Claims (7)

1. A sequencing batch sewage treatment method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) and (3) sewage filtration treatment:
(1) conveying the sewage into a filtering tank by a water pump, firstly entering a first filtering area, filtering by a coarse grating and a fine grating to remove suspended impurity particles in the sewage, and then entering a second filtering area for further filtering treatment;
(2) sewage enters the bottom of the second filtering area through the conveying pipe, and then sequentially passes through triple filtering treatment of a cobble layer, a gravel layer and a biological filler layer from bottom to top, and the filtered upper-layer sewage enters a third filtering area from the upper part of the second filtering area;
(3) the sewage entering the third filtering area enters the filter cartridge, the residual particle impurities in the sewage are filtered through the screening and filtering of the filtering turntables with different filtering precision requirements, meanwhile, the rotating device is opened when the sewage enters the third filtering area, the rotating motor drives the filtering turntables to rotate through the rotating shafts, the flowing performance of the sewage is increased, the sewage is stirred, the contact area between the sewage and the filtering turntables is increased, the filtering efficiency and the filtering quality of the sewage are improved, the sewage treated by the third filtering area enters the regulating tank, the filtering tank comprises a first filtering area, a second filtering area and a third filtering area which are sequentially arranged from left to right, a thick grating and a thin grating are arranged in the first filtering area, the thin grating is positioned below the thick grating, a filtering layer is arranged in the second filtering area, and the filtering layer is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the second filtering area through a mounting rack, the mounting rack comprises clamping plates, connecting plates and fixing rods, the left side and the right side of the filter layer are fixedly connected with the side wall of the second filtering area through the clamping plates, the two clamping plates are connected with each other through the connecting plates, the connecting plates are fixedly connected with the top surface of the second filtering area through the fixing rods, the filter layer comprises a cobble layer, a gravel layer and a bio-packing layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, a filtering turntable assembly is arranged in the third filtering area, the filtering turntable assembly comprises a filter cylinder, a filtering turntable and a rotating device, the filtering turntable is positioned in the filter cylinder, clamping plates corresponding to the filtering turntable are arranged on the inner side wall of the filter cylinder, clamping grooves are arranged on the clamping plates, the filtering turntable is clamped in the clamping grooves, and the filtering turntable is provided with at least 4 clamping plates, a counter-current plate is arranged between every two adjacent filtering turntables, the rotating device comprises a rotating motor and a rotating shaft, the rotating motor is positioned on the right end face of the third filtering area, the rotating motor is connected with the rotating shaft, and the filtering turntables are uniformly arranged on the rotating shaft;
2) sewage regulation and treatment:
(1) firstly, sewage enters a detection cavity in an adjusting tank to detect the pH value, and then is discharged into the adjusting cavity from the detection cavity, and according to the detection result, a corresponding medicament is put into the adjusting cavity by a medicament box and is mixed with the sewage to perform a neutralization reaction on the sewage, so that the pH value in the sewage is ensured to be maintained between 6.5 and 8.5, the optimal activity maintained by microorganisms in a subsequent sewage treatment system is ensured, and the sewage treatment effect is improved;
(2) meanwhile, when sewage enters the adjusting cavity, the flow pusher at the bottom of the adjusting cavity is opened to carry out homogeneous stirring on the sewage, the moving assembly is opened, the driver pushes the flow pusher to move left and right along the sliding rod at the bottom of the adjusting cavity through the mounting plate, the stirring area of the sewage is increased, the sewage at different positions in the adjusting cavity can be stirred, the neutralizing effect of the sewage is better, and the neutralizing speed is accelerated;
3) aeration treatment of sewage:
(1) the sewage treated by the regulating tank enters a first aeration tank and a second aeration tank, the first aeration tank and the second aeration tank carry out aeration and oxygenation treatment through a first aerator at the bottom, air is conveyed into an aeration head through an aeration main rod, then the air is sprayed into the first aeration tank and the second aeration tank through an aeration spray pipe and an aeration spray hole on the aeration head, the air is fully mixed with the sewage in the first aeration tank and the second aeration tank to increase the oxygen content in the sewage, meanwhile, the second aerator above the first aeration tank and the second aeration tank is combined with the first aerator to carry out aeration treatment on the sewage, the air is conveyed to a conveying support rod through the conveying support rod, then the sewage is conveyed into the aeration rod through the conveying support rod, and finally the sewage is sprayed out from a perforation on the surface of the aeration rod, so that the aeration effect and the aeration rate are effectively improved;
(2) when the second aerator works, the vertical moving device is started, the vertical cylinder drives the transmission main rod to move up and down, so that the aeration rod is driven to move up and down, the sewage of different layers in the first aeration tank and the second aeration tank is subjected to oxygenation treatment, and the quality of the treated sewage is improved;
(3) after sewage enters a first aeration tank and a second aeration tank, carrying out interval aeration treatment on the first aeration tank and the second aeration tank through a first timer and a second timer, ensuring alternative aeration between the first aeration tank and the second aeration tank, starting the first timer when the first aerator and the second aerator in the first aeration tank are started, stopping the first aerator and the second aerator in the first aeration tank when the first timer times out, starting the second timer at the same time, starting the first aerator and the second aerator in the second aeration tank, carrying out aeration and oxygenation treatment on the sewage in the second aerator, stopping the first aerator and the second aerator in the second aeration tank when the second timer times out, starting the first timer, and starting the first aerator and the second aerator in the first aeration tank when the first aerator and the second aerator in the first aeration tank are started, repeating the above steps;
(4) after the first aerator and the second aerator are closed after aeration, settling and separating the sewage in the first aeration tank and the second aeration tank for 12-24 hours, discharging the sludge in the first aeration tank and the second aeration tank into a sludge treatment system for treatment through a sludge discharge pump after settling, and discharging clarified liquid at the upper parts of the first aeration tank and the second aeration tank into a disinfection tank for disinfection treatment;
4) and (3) sewage disinfection treatment:
(1) the sewage entering the disinfection tank is drained through the spiral heating plate, and when the sewage enters the disinfection tank, the heating sheets in the spiral heating plate are heated to raise the temperature, so that the sewage is disinfected at high temperature, germs in the sewage are killed, and the quality of the sewage after being treated is good;
