As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a receiving mechanism comprises a receiving platform plate 54, a steel wire rope 50 and a balancing weight 49, wherein a plugboard cylinder 40 is erected on the receiving platform plate 54, the plugboard cylinder 40 is connected with a plugboard 41, an inclined platform baffle 43 is erected on the receiving platform plate 54, side baffles 53 are respectively arranged on two sides of the receiving platform plate 54, the side baffles 53 are connected with a spacing adjusting hand wheel 51, a receiving door is arranged on the receiving platform plate 54, and the receiving door is connected with a receiving door cylinder 48.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a push plate 45 is provided on the receiving platform plate 54, and the push plate 45 is connected with a push plate cylinder 47.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a receiving gate stop bar 44 is connected between the receiving gate and the receiving gate cylinder 48.

The working principle of the material receiving mechanism provided by the invention is that the position of the inclined table baffle plate 43 is adjusted firstly, so that the finished product 42 is separated from the vertical plugboard 41, and the falling angle of the right side is about 30 degrees, thus the finished product 42 can be prevented from being punched on the upper surface of the baffle plate 43 and rebounded to cause poor material receiving; and then the positions of the side baffles 53 at the two sides of the finished product receiving platform are adjusted by the spacing adjusting handwheels 51, and the middle distance between the two side baffles 53 is 2mm larger than the width of the finished product 42. After the two parts are adjusted, the material receiving program can be executed. When the finished product 42 is sent to the upper surface of the inclined table baffle plate 43, the plugboard cylinder 40 drives the plugboard 41 to vertically downwards insert the finished product 42 to the upper surface of the lower receiving platform plate 54, at the moment, the receiving door cylinder 48 drives the receiving door stop bar 44 to open the receiving door, then the pushing plate cylinder 47 drives the pushing plate 45 to send the finished product 42 to the receiving groove, at the moment, the receiving door cylinder 48 is reset, the receiving door stop bar 44 is driven to close the receiving door, then the pushing plate cylinder 47 drives the pushing plate 45 to be reset, and the receiving single cycle of the finished product 42 is completed.
