The first side 2202 is located outside the second side 2203 in the width direction W of the door 2, i.e., the first side 2202 is closer to the edge of the inner panel 20 than the second side 2203.
The outer side surface of the bonding portion 221 is bonded to and covers the inner side surface 2200 of the reinforcement main body portion 220, and the inner side surface of the bonding portion 221 is bonded to and covers the outer side surface 201 of the inner panel 20. The bonding portion 221 is disposed between the reinforcing body portion 220 and the inner plate 20, so that the fixing area of the reinforcing body portion 220 and the inner plate 20 is larger, the firmness of the reinforcing body portion 220 fixed to the inner plate 20 is improved, the structural strength of the matching position of the reinforcing body portion 220 and the inner plate 20 and the outer plate 21 is improved, and the gap and the surface difference between the outer plate 21 located on the outer side of the reinforcing body portion 220 and the adjacent sheet metal car body and the tail lamp are further ensured.
As shown in fig. 5, the reinforcement main body 220 adopts a hollowed-out skeleton, so that the weight of the reinforcement main body 220 can be reduced while the structural strength of the reinforcement main body is ensured, and the overall weight of the vehicle door 2 is further reduced. The material of the reinforcing body portion 220 is preferably plastic, and the process is simpler and the weight is lower, so that the overall weight of the door 2 is lower and the production cost is lower.
In this embodiment, the vehicle door 2 includes two reinforcing structures 22, the two reinforcing structures 22 are disposed opposite to each other and are disposed in the inner areas of the two opposite side members 202 of the inner panel 20, and the two reinforcing structures 22 are disposed on the two sides 2030 of the window 203 of the inner panel 20. Preferably, the two reinforcing structures 22 are symmetrically disposed. Of course, in the present invention, the number of the reinforcing structures 22 is not limited to two, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the description of the embodiment of the present invention, the "up-down direction H" is shown by an arrow in fig. 2 and 3, for example. It should be noted that this direction indication is for illustrative purposes only and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

The other end of the sheet metal reinforcing rib 23 extends to an area above the window 203 in the inner panel 20. The cantilever beam 2222 extends upward from the end of the fixing plate 2220 away from the reinforcing body 220 along the length direction of the reinforcing body 220, and is located between the outer side 201 of the inner plate 20 and the inner side of the sheet metal reinforcing rib 23, and the cantilever beam 2222 abuts against the inner side of the sheet metal reinforcing rib 23. Preferably, the cantilever beam 2222 has sufficient contact portion with the inner side surface of the sheet metal stiffener 23.
In the mounting, the reinforcing structure 22 is first mounted on the inner panel 20, and then the sheet metal reinforcing rib 23 is mounted on the inner panel 20. After the sheet metal reinforcing rib 23 is mounted, the cantilever beam 2222 at the upper end of the reinforcing structure 22 presses against the sheet metal reinforcing rib 23, which corresponds to the restriction of the inner and outer direction I imposed on the reinforcing structure 22.
As will be appreciated in conjunction with fig. 6, the cantilever beam 2222 includes a straight section 22220 and a curved section 22221 that are disposed sequentially along the length thereof. One end of the straight line segment 22220 is disposed at an end of the fixing plate 2220 away from the reinforcing body portion 220, and one end of the curved segment 22221 away from the straight line segment 22220 is a free end. The top of the bending section 22221 is provided with a convex rib 22222, and the convex rib 22222 is propped against the inner side surface of the sheet metal reinforcing rib 23. In this embodiment, the protruding ribs 22222 have two protruding ribs 22222, and the two protruding ribs 22222 are disposed at intervals along the length direction of the cantilever beam 2222. And 103, cooling the semi-finished vehicle door subjected to the electrophoresis treatment to enable the bonding part 221 to be in a solid state, so as to obtain the vehicle door 2. In this embodiment, after the electrophoresis treatment is completed, the semi-finished door after the electrophoresis treatment is taken out from the electrophoresis liquid and cooled, so that the bonding portion is more firmly bonded between the outer side 201 of the inner panel 20 and the groove of the inner side of the reinforcement main body portion 220.
Preferably, the predetermined time is 20 minutes to 30 minutes, and the temperature in the electrophoretic fluid is maintained at 165 ℃ to 185 ℃. This enables the adhesive portion to be sufficiently foamed and adhered to the outer side surface of the inner panel, and ensures the material properties of the adhesive portion. Further preferably, the predetermined time is 20 minutes and the temperature in the electrophoretic fluid is maintained at 165 ℃. When the temperature in the electrophoresis liquid reaches 165 ℃, the bonding part (such as the compound adhesive) is in a foaming shape, and within 20 minutes of heat preservation, the foaming bonding part is filled between the inner side surface of the reinforced main body part and the outer side surface of the inner plate, and the foaming adhesive is adhered to the inner plate, so that the viscosity of the bonding part is further enhanced, and the structural strength of the matched part of the reinforced main body part, the inner plate and the outer plate is further improved. Of course, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the predetermined time and the temperature of the electrophoresis process are not limited to the above description, and do not limit the scope of the present invention.
