本发明公开了热塑性塑料管切段技术领域的一种环保型连续玻纤增强热塑性塑料管切段装置,包括架体,所述架体的底部左右两侧均设有支脚,所述架体的顶部均匀设有传送辊,所述架体的后表面设有支柱,所述支柱的左侧外壁设有滑轨,所述滑轨的左侧滑动连接有齿条,所述齿条的左侧齿接有齿轮,所述支柱的后表面设有支板,所述支板的前表面左侧设有驱动装置,所述齿条的前表面底部设有支杆,所述支杆的外壁均匀开设有螺纹孔,所述支杆的前表面设有四组连接杆,所述连接杆的右侧外壁底部设有电机,所述电机的右侧动力输出端连接有刀具,本发明结构合理使用方便,对增强热塑性塑料管切割速度快,有效提高了工厂生产效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及热塑性塑料管切段技术领域,具体为一种环保型连续玻纤增强热塑性塑料管切段装置。
背景技术
目前国际上的高压增强热塑性塑料管可以分两类。一类以提高抗内压能力为目标。通常是三层结构,内外层是各种热塑性塑料,中间层是增强材料(各种纤维或金属)。国际上习惯称其为‘增强热塑性塑料管Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes(简称RTP)’。另外一类不仅要求提高抗内压,而且要求提高抗外压。通常是多层结构(5层以上),除了各种热塑性塑料层以外,分别有抗内压,抗外压和实现其他功能的层。国际上习惯称为‘挠性管Flexible Pipe(简称FP)’。热塑性塑料管在生产制造过程中,需要根据客户的需求对其进行切断处理,现有的热塑性塑料管切断装置在切割时,需要操作人员手动转动管材进行切段,切割效率慢,切割产生的粉尘无法收集,对环境造成污染,为此,我们提出一种环保型连续玻纤增强热塑性塑料管切段装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型连续玻纤增强热塑性塑料管切段装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保型连续玻纤增强热塑性塑料管切段装置,包括架体,所述架体的底部左右两侧均设有支脚,所述架体的顶部均匀设有传送辊,所述架体的后表面设有支柱,所述支柱的左侧外壁设有滑轨,所述滑轨的左侧滑动连接有齿条,所述齿条的左侧齿接有齿轮,所述支柱的后表面设有支板,所述支板的前表面左侧设有驱动装置,所述驱动装置的动力输出端与齿轮相连,所述齿条的前表面底部设有支杆,所述支杆的外壁均匀开设有螺纹孔,所述支杆的前表面设有四组连接杆,所述连接杆的右侧外壁底部设有电机,所述电机的右侧动力输出端连接有刀具,两组所述支脚之间连接有回收箱,所述架体的上表面设有凹槽。
优选的,所述回收箱的底部通过合页铰接有箱门,所述回收箱为敞口设置,且回收箱的内腔安装有滤网。
优选的,所述架体的顶部对应均匀设有连接块,且两组对应设置的连接块顶部与一组传送辊相连。
优选的,所述连接杆通过螺栓与支杆固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构合理使用方便,对增强热塑性塑料管切割速度快,有效提高了工厂生产效率,通过回收箱可以对粉尘进行收集,避免对环境造成污染,有效起到了节能环保的作用。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种环保型连续玻纤增强热塑性塑料管切段装置技术方案:一种环保型连续玻纤增强热塑性塑料管切段装置,包括架体1,所述架体1的底部左右两侧均设有支脚2,所述架体1的顶部均匀设有传送辊3,所述架体1的后表面设有支柱4,所述支柱4的左侧外壁设有滑轨5,所述滑轨5的左侧滑动连接有齿条7,所述齿条7的左侧齿接有齿轮8,所述支柱4的后表面设有支板6,所述支板6的前表面左侧设有驱动装置9,所述驱动装置9的动力输出端与齿轮8相连,所述齿条7的前表面底部设有支杆10,所述支杆10的外壁均匀开设有螺纹孔11,所述支杆10的前表面设有四组连接杆12,所述连接杆12的右侧外壁底部设有电机13,所述电机13的右侧动力输出端连接有刀具14,两组所述支脚2之间连接有回收箱15,所述架体1的上表面设有凹槽18。
其中,所述回收箱15的底部通过合页铰接有箱门16,所述回收箱15为敞口设置,且回收箱15的内腔安装有滤网19,所述架体1的顶部对应均匀设有连接块17,且两组对应设置的连接块17顶部与一组传送辊3相连,所述连接杆12通过螺栓与支杆10固定连接。
工作原理:通过增强热塑性塑料管传送装置将塑料管传送至机体1上,根据需要切割的塑料管长度,调节连接杆12在支杆10上的位置,驱动装置9带动齿轮8,齿轮8带动齿条7,齿条7带动支杆10向下移动,电机13带动刀具14转动对增强热塑性塑料管进行快速分段切割,切割后的增强热塑性塑料管通过凹槽18落入回收箱15内,滤网19过滤粉尘,粉尘落入回收箱15内腔底部,增强热塑性塑料管落入滤网19上,本发明结构合理使用方便,对增强热塑性塑料管切割速度快,有效提高了工厂生产效率。

1.一种环保型连续玻纤增强热塑性塑料管切段装置,包括架体(1),其特征在于:所述架体(1)的底部左右两侧均设有支脚(2),所述架体(1)的顶部均匀设有传送辊(3),所述架体(1)的后表面设有支柱(4),所述支柱(4)的左侧外壁设有滑轨(5),所述滑轨(5)的左侧滑动连接有齿条(7),所述齿条(7)的左侧齿接有齿轮(8),所述支柱(4)的后表面设有支板(6),所述支板(6)的前表面左侧设有驱动装置(9),所述驱动装置(9)的动力输出端与齿轮(8)相连,所述齿条(7)的前表面底部设有支杆(10),所述支杆(10)的外壁均匀开设有螺纹孔(11),所述支杆(10)的前表面设有四组连接杆(12),所述连接杆(12)的右侧外壁底部设有电机(13),所述电机(13)的右侧动力输出端连接有刀具(14),两组所述支脚(2)之间连接有回收箱(15),所述架体(1)的上表面设有凹槽(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型连续玻纤增强热塑性塑料管切段装置,其特征在于:所述回收箱(15)的底部通过合页铰接有箱门(16),所述回收箱(15)为敞口设置,且回收箱(15)的内腔安装有滤网(19)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型连续玻纤增强热塑性塑料管切段装置,其特征在于:所述架体(1)的顶部对应均匀设有连接块(17),且两组对应设置的连接块(17)顶部与一组传送辊(3)相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型连续玻纤增强热塑性塑料管切段装置,其特征在于:所述连接杆(12)通过螺栓与支杆(10)固定连接。
