Background
With increasingly tightened energy consumption and emission regulations in countries and regions around the world, plastic tail gate technology is increasingly favored by large host plants due to its good light weight effect. However, the plastic tail gate has the disadvantage of large size deformation due to the limitation of the material characteristics, and therefore, certain control is required to be carried out on the installation of the tail gate hinge, and the effect of controlling the appearance size of the tail gate hinge assembled on the whole vehicle is achieved through the assembly of the hinge.
