The filter cotton 4 is placed on the bottom wall of the liquid storage tank 22, the buoy 5 is arranged in the liquid storage tank 22, the top cover 6 is installed at the upper opening of the liquid storage tank 22, and the ejector rod of the buoy 5 movably penetrates out of the top cover 6.
Working principle: the saturation of the liquid suction in the dipping liquid tank is regulated in advance, the soldering flux is filled in the liquid storage tank, the liquid in the quantitative tank is used for controlling the liquid discharge amount under the quantitative condition through the valve core acted by the floating block, and the liquid suction body slowly and uniformly absorbs and maintains proper saturation from the liquid conveying channel through the lacking tank by utilizing the capillary siphon principle, so that the uniformity of dipping liquid each time is ensured.
The soldering flux in the soldering flux box is hidden in the interior, and has no opening for directly exposing the soldering flux, so that the volatilization of the soldering flux is greatly reduced, and the cost is saved.
