Clamp for progressive stretching of filter shell, comprising clamp bodies (1) symmetrically arranged on two sides of progressive stretching die, and being characterized in that: the clamp body (1) comprises a horizontal adjusting mechanism (11) and an inclined adjusting mechanism (12) arranged on the horizontal adjusting mechanism (11), wherein the inclined adjusting mechanism (12) comprises an inclined base (121) obliquely arranged at the front end of the horizontal adjusting mechanism (11) and an inclined end head (122) connected with the end face of the inclined base (121) facing the progressive stretching die, and the inclined base (121) is provided with a first adjusting through hole (1211) opposite to the inclined end head (122), a first adjusting bolt (1212) penetrating through the first adjusting through hole (1211) and being in threaded connection with the inclined end head (122) and a strong spring (1213) sleeved on the first adjusting bolt (1212) and supporting the inclined end head (122);
the clamp for progressive stretching of the filter shell further comprises two support plates (2) arranged on two sides of the progressive stretching die, at least two groups of clamp bodies (1) are arranged on the support plates (2), and longitudinal driving mechanisms which drive horizontal adjusting mechanisms (11) to move along the length direction of the progressive stretching die and correspond to the clamp bodies (1) one by one are arranged on the support plates (2);
the longitudinal driving mechanism comprises two second guide frames (41) which are arranged on the upper end face of the supporting plate (2) and are oppositely arranged, a sliding block (42) which is fixed on the bottom face of the horizontal adjusting mechanism (11), a screw nut (43) which is fixed on the bottom face of the sliding block (42) and a screw stepping driving motor (44) which drives the screw nut (43) to move, and second sliding grooves (411) for sliding the sliding block (42) are formed in the opposite side walls of the two second guide frames (41);
the clamp for progressive stretching of the filter shell is further provided with a transverse driving mechanism for driving the clamp body (1) to clamp the filter shell, the transverse driving mechanism comprises a supporting block (31) arranged on the bottom surface of the supporting plate (2), a driving air cylinder (32) with a piston rod connected and fixed with the supporting block, and a guide post (33) penetrating through the supporting block (31) and parallel to the piston rod of the driving air cylinder (32), one end of the guide post (33) is fixed to the driving air cylinder (32), and two ends of the supporting plate (2) are respectively provided with the transverse driving mechanism; the horizontal adjusting mechanism (11) comprises a horizontal base (111), a horizontal adjusting plate (112) which is provided with an inclination adjusting mechanism (12) and can translate towards a progressive stretching die, and an adjusting seat (114) which is arranged at the tail of the horizontal base (111), a connecting plate (1122) which is parallel to the adjusting seat (114) is arranged on the horizontal adjusting plate (112), a second adjusting through hole (1141) is arranged on the adjusting seat (114), a second adjusting bolt (116) which penetrates through the second adjusting through hole (1141) and is in threaded fit with the connecting plate (1122) and a limiting screw (117) which is propped against the second adjusting bolt (116), and a ring groove (1161) for the limiting screw (117) to clamp in is arranged on the second adjusting bolt (116).
