Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,同时用于骨水泥搅拌和灌注,可用于治疗椎体压缩骨折、椎体及椎体外系骨肿瘤及骨质缺损。
背景技术
1987年法国Galibert等首次报道经皮穿刺注射骨水泥治疗颈椎血管瘤获得成功后,经皮椎体成形术(Percutaneous Vertebroplasty, PVP)、经皮椎体后凸成形术(Percutaneous kyphoplasty, PKP)以其疗效肯定、创伤小、并发症少的特点,已成为临床上治疗椎体压缩性骨折的主要手段,手术例数呈逐年上升趋势。
目前应用的骨水泥主要是树脂类骨水泥——聚丙烯酸甲酯骨水泥,该骨水泥单体为无色及强烈气味的液体,具有挥发性和细胞毒性,Azhar DA等(《DENTAL MATERIALSJOURNAL》,2013年第3期)证实单体吸入可导致呼吸道黏膜损伤、肺组织坏死、口腔炎症、末端神经感觉异常及肝毒性等。而在骨水泥搅拌过程中,也加大了单体的挥发,导致操作者接触并吸入更多的单体。
同时,骨水泥在凝固前经历拉丝期和面团期,目前应用的骨水泥多是拉丝期约1min、面团期时间约3~5min,拉丝期时间相对较短。而骨水泥在拉丝期黏合性较好,对于治疗压缩性骨折的椎体效果拉丝期灌注明显优于面团期灌注(中国组织工程杂志,2017年第14期)。手术时,将骨水泥在暴露状态下搅拌均匀,抽入或倒入骨水泥灌注器内,将灌注器及连接管内气体排空,然后连接穿刺器械行骨水泥灌注。在这个过程中,常因操作不熟练或其他情况丧失骨水泥灌注的最佳时机,影响手术治疗效果。
同时,骨水泥在搅拌调和过程中,易混入较多的气体,在骨水泥中形成气泡,在灌注到体内时,气泡可导致骨水泥与周围骨组织形成间隙,导致结合力下降,过早发生骨水泥块在椎体内的微运动,形成伤椎再骨折。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,可以避免搅拌过程中骨水泥内气泡的形成,防止手术并发症的发生,同时避免因骨水泥单体挥发导致单体毒性对术者呼吸道黏膜等组织器官的损伤。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,包括:
套筒,内部具有空腔,前端具有与空腔相通的原料出口,后端为敞口结构,后部具有与空腔相通并用于连接负压吸引器的抽气口,原料出口处可拆卸地连接有封堵器,抽气口处可拆卸抽气封堵器;
推排料机构,包括手柄、推排杆和活塞,活塞位于套筒的内部且能在套筒内移动,活塞的前端为容纳部,活塞的后端为连接部,推排杆的一端插入套筒的内部,并与活塞的连接部连接,推排杆的另一端与手柄连接;
搅拌机构,包括搅拌杆、搅拌手柄和搅拌器,搅拌器位于套筒的内部且位于活塞的容纳部,搅拌杆的一端插入套筒的内部,并与搅拌器连接,搅拌杆的另一端与搅拌手柄连接;和
灌注管,一端可拆卸与原料出口连接,另一端连接穿刺针。
上述搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,活塞包括活塞底座、活塞头和密封垫片,活塞底座与活塞头通过螺纹连接为一体,密封垫片位于活塞底座与活塞头之间。
上述搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,活塞底座内部设有阶梯孔和通道孔,外表面一端为与套筒配合的圆柱部,另一端为外螺纹部,活塞头内部依次设有内螺纹部、密封部和容纳部,内螺纹部与外螺纹部配合,密封部用于安装密封垫片,推排杆与活塞连接端为与阶梯孔配合的阶梯圆柱。
上述搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,其还包括基座,基座内设有第一内螺纹和第二内螺纹,推排杆表面设有第一外螺纹,套筒前端外表面设有第二外螺纹,基座与推排杆通过第一内螺纹与第一外螺纹配合连接为一体,基座与套筒通过第二内螺纹与第二外螺纹配合连接为一体。
上述搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,活塞底座具有四个固定柱,基座设有与固定柱匹配的凹槽,活塞底座与基座通过固定座与凹槽配合连接为一体。
上述搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,搅拌杆设有固定外螺纹,搅拌器设有固定内螺纹,搅拌杆与搅拌器通过固定外螺纹与固定内螺纹配合连接为一体。

本发明的有益效果:
减少了手术流程,使术者更轻松的选择合适的骨水泥灌注时机,同时减少术者接触骨水泥单体的机会,减小了单体对术者的危害。

一种搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,包括套筒、用于调和搅拌骨水泥的搅拌机构、用于向前推排套筒内气体使骨水泥到达灌注管13的推排料机构和用于灌注骨水泥的灌注管13。

使用时,将搅拌器6、活塞头5、密封垫圈7和活塞底座4连接后,将活塞底座4固定于基座3上。打开抽气孔封堵器11,连接负压吸引装置。将骨水泥粉体和单体倒入筒体内。连接将套筒8固定在基座3上,引入搅拌杆8并固定在搅拌器6上,打开负压吸引装置,前推搅拌杆8并旋转搅拌骨水泥。搅拌完成后,后撤搅拌杆8并使搅拌器6固定在活塞头5上。撤除负压吸引装置,固定封堵器11。接上连接管9,引入螺旋推杆1,旋转前推排出套筒8内的气体至骨水泥自连接管9头端流出,观察并选择合适的骨水泥状态进行灌注。
上述具体实施方式仅是本发明的具体个案,并非是对本发明作其它形式的限制,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容加以变更或改型为等同变化的等效实施方式。但是凡是未脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施方式所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与改型,皆应落入本发明的专利保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,其特征在于,包括:
套筒,内部具有空腔,前端具有与空腔相通的原料出口,后端为敞口结构,后部具有与空腔相通并用于连接负压吸引器的抽气口,原料出口处可拆卸地连接有封堵器,抽气口处可拆卸抽气封堵器;
推排料机构,包括手柄、推排杆和活塞,活塞位于套筒的内部且能在套筒内移动,活塞的前端为容纳部,活塞的后端为连接部,推排杆的一端插入套筒的内部,并与活塞的连接部连接,推排杆的另一端与手柄连接;
搅拌机构,包括搅拌杆、搅拌手柄和搅拌器,搅拌器位于套筒的内部且位于活塞的容纳部,搅拌杆的一端插入套筒的内部,并与搅拌器连接,搅拌杆的另一端与搅拌手柄连接;和
灌注管,一端可拆卸与原料出口连接,另一端连接穿刺针。
2.根据权利要求1所述搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,其特征在于:活塞包括活塞底座、活塞头和密封垫片,活塞底座与活塞头通过螺纹连接为一体,密封垫片位于活塞底座与活塞头之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,其特征在于:活塞底座内部设有阶梯孔和通道孔,外表面一端为与套筒配合的圆柱部,另一端为外螺纹部,活塞头内部依次设有内螺纹部、密封部和容纳部,内螺纹部与外螺纹部配合,密封部用于安装密封垫片,推排杆与活塞连接端为与阶梯孔配合的阶梯圆柱。
4.根据权利要求2所述搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,其特征在于:其还包括基座,基座内设有第一内螺纹和第二内螺纹,推排杆表面设有第一外螺纹,套筒前端外表面设有第二外螺纹,基座与推排杆通过第一内螺纹与第一外螺纹配合连接为一体,基座与套筒通过第二内螺纹与第二外螺纹配合连接为一体。
5.如权利要求3所述的搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,其特征在于:活塞底座具有四个固定柱,基座设有与固定柱匹配的凹槽,活塞底座与基座通过固定座与凹槽配合连接为一体。
6.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,其特征在于:搅拌杆设有固定外螺纹,搅拌器设有固定内螺纹,搅拌杆与搅拌器通过固定外螺纹与固定内螺纹配合连接为一体。
7.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,其特征在于:搅拌器整体为栅栏结构,且呈不规则十字形。
8.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,其特征在于:灌注管一端与套筒之间通过鲁尔接口连接,另一端设有与穿刺针的鲁尔公接口相适配的鲁尔母接口。
9.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的搅拌灌注一体式骨水泥灌注设备,其特征在于:搅拌器与活塞之间通过凸起相互卡扣。
