Abstract

本发明涉及一种骨水泥搅拌器,包括内设有电机的控制箱和与该电机转轴固定连接的搅拌轴,还包括一其前端设有鲁尔接头、后端设有顶面开孔螺盖的推注器外套和一设于该推注器外套内的搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置的后端与搅拌轴的端部作可拆卸式的相连,所述推注器外套通过其前端的鲁尔接头与抽真空装置相连。本发明骨水泥搅拌器使骨水泥在真空条件下完成搅拌,通过均匀的搅拌使骨水泥达到良好的性状,保证搅拌后的骨水泥具有良好的生物力学性能,从而使骨水泥的填充更加理想。

一种骨水泥搅拌器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗用具,特别涉及一种骨水泥搅拌器。
背景技术
椎体压缩性骨折是骨质疏松患者最常见的并发症,以往的开放性手术治疗创伤大,并发症多。而经皮椎体成型术(PVP)和经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)是脊柱外科近年来发展迅速的一项新型微创外科手术,通过经皮向压缩椎体内直接注入或者先通过球囊扩张再注入骨水泥、人工骨等填充物,从而增强病变椎体的力学稳定性,临床应用已经证实了其稳定可靠、迅速有效的治疗效果,且并发症少。
通常骨水泥搅拌都是人工在一个容器中用搅拌棒进行的,容易出现搅拌不均匀,粘稠度不容易控制,骨水泥中混进气泡,从而导致填充到椎体中的骨水泥不理想的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是为了解决上述问题而提供一种骨水泥搅拌器,采用电动真空搅拌,独特的叶片设计可以保证搅拌后的骨水泥具有良好的生物力学性能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种骨水泥搅拌器,包括内设有电机的控制箱和与该电机转轴固定连接的搅拌轴,还包括一其前端设有鲁尔接头、后端设有顶面开孔螺盖的推注器外套和一设于该推注器外套内的搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置的后端与搅拌轴的端部作可拆卸式的相连,所述推注器外套通过其前端的鲁尔接头与抽真空装置相连。
上述骨水泥搅拌器,其中,所述搅拌装置包括前端设有胶塞的推杆和前端固定有若干个搅拌叶片、且中心轴处设有通孔的叶片固定座,所述叶片固定座置于推注器外套内腔后端部,所述推杆的前端依次穿过所述螺盖的通孔和所述叶片固定座的通孔置于推注器外套内,所述推杆的后端与搅拌轴的端部可拆卸相连,所述胶塞上相应地开有容所述搅拌叶片穿过的通孔。
上述骨水泥搅拌器,其中,所述叶片固定座后端的外侧壁设有一圈突起,所述推注器外套后端内壁设有一圈止口,该止口使所述叶片固定座的突起被定位于此。
上述骨水泥搅拌器,其中,所述搅拌叶片有三个,呈等腰三角形状分布于所述叶片固定座的端面上。
上述骨水泥搅拌器,其中,所述搅拌叶片的截面为四边形。
本发明骨水泥搅拌器使骨水泥在真空条件下完成搅拌,通过均匀的搅拌使骨水泥达到良好的性状,保证搅拌后的骨水泥具有良好的生物力学性能,从而使骨水泥的填充更加理想。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2,本发明骨水泥搅拌器,包括内设有电机的控制箱1和与电机转轴固定连接的搅拌轴2,还包括一前端设有鲁尔接头31、后端设有螺盖32的推注器外套3和设于推注器外套3内的搅拌装置,所述螺盖32顶面开有一通孔,所述推注器外套3通过其前端的鲁尔接头31与抽真空装置5相连。
上述骨水泥搅拌器中,所述搅拌装置包括前端设有胶塞43的推杆41和前端固定有三个搅拌叶片44、且中心轴处设有通孔的叶片固定座42,所述叶片固定座42后端的外侧壁设有一圈突起46,所述推注器外套3后端内壁设有一圈止口35,该止口35使所述叶片固定座42的突起46被定位于此,所述推杆41的前端依次穿过所述螺盖32的通孔和所述叶片固定座42的通孔置于推注器外套3内,所述推杆41的后端与搅拌轴2的端部可拆卸相连,所述胶塞上相应地开有容所述搅拌叶片穿过的通孔45,所述胶塞43可以在搅拌叶片44上自由滑动。
参见图3,所述搅拌叶片44有三个,呈等腰三角形状分布于所述叶片固定座42的端面上,与三相插头上三个插片分布的形状相似,所述搅拌叶片44的截面为四边形,优先为菱形。
把骨水泥和注射用水液按照比例放进推注器外套内,插入搅拌装置,盖上螺盖,回撤推杆,通过抽真空装置(可采用医院的真空设备)抽取真空,把推杆后端与搅拌轴相连,打开开关,推杆带着叶片一同旋转,一定时间后,把容器内的混合物搅拌均匀,取下推注器外套,通过搅拌器上面标准的鲁尔接头与其它骨水泥推注器械连接,推动推杆将骨水泥推注到椎体中

Claims (5)

1.一种骨水泥搅拌器,包括内设有电机的控制箱和与该电机转轴固定连接的搅拌轴,其特征在于,还包括一其前端设有鲁尔接头、后端设有顶面开孔螺盖的推注器外套和一设于该推注器外套内的搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置的后端与搅拌轴的端部作可拆卸式的相连,所述推注器外套通过其前端的鲁尔接头与抽真空装置相连。
2.如权利要求1所述骨水泥搅拌器,其特征在于,所述搅拌装置包括前端设有胶塞的推杆和前端固定有若干个搅拌叶片、且中心轴处设有通孔的叶片固定座,所述叶片固定座置于推注器外套内腔后端部,所述推杆的前端依次穿过所述螺盖的通孔和所述叶片固定座的通孔置于推注器外套内,所述推杆的后端与搅拌轴的端部可拆卸相连,所述胶塞上相应地开有容所述搅拌叶片穿过的通孔。
3.如权利要求2所述骨水泥搅拌器,其特征在于,所述叶片固定座后端的外侧壁设有一圈突起,所述推注器外套后端内壁设有一圈止口,该止口使所述叶片固定座的突起被定位于此。
4.如权利要求1至3任一项所述骨水泥搅拌器,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶片有三个,呈等腰三角形状分布于所述叶片固定座的端面上。
5.如权利要求4所述骨水泥搅拌器,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶片的截面为四边形。
