Description

Open hair cutting attachment and hair cutting device equipped with such an attachment
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a hair styling attachment for hair shaping and drying. Such hair cutting attachments are used in hair cutting devices for blowing an air flow, such as hair dryers or blowing brushes, said attachment being connected at an air outlet of said device. The object of the attachment according to the invention is to facilitate the handling of the hair and the operation of the device during hair drying and haircutting.
Background
Known publication CN103284440A discloses a hair cutting accessory arranged at the air outlet of a hair dryer. The attachment comprises a hollow body equipped with an end configured for connection to the air outlet, and an annular or ring-shaped hollow element connected to the hollow body and extending forward the hollow body, comprising on its lower part at least one opening configured for discharging the air blown by the blower around the element and along a trajectory parallel to the axis of rotation of the hollow element. This design has the advantage that the blower is easy to operate when the accessory is positioned over the hair, which on the one hand allows no damage to the wrist for directing hot air vertically and on the other hand allows blowing air in the direction of the length of the hair for better drying of the hair without damaging the surface layer of the hair.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention implements a hair cutting attachment that also allows easy handling of the hair cutting device and proper positioning of the attachment when dry. In addition, the aim of the present invention is to facilitate the movement of the hairdressing equipment and the hairdressing accessories while maintaining the optimal position of the accessories with respect to the hair, according to which air is blown in the direction of the length of the hair from the scalp towards the ends of the locks of hair. In addition, the invention also consists in defining a vortex in the air flow driving the locks of hair, in order to improve the haircut.
The present invention therefore relates to a hair-cutting attachment for hair shaping, for connecting an air outlet of a hair-cutting device, for example a blowing air flow of a hair dryer or a blowing brush. The hair cutting attachment comprises a hollow body equipped with an end configured for connection to an air outlet of the hair cutting device. In addition, the hair cutting accessory comprises two hollow branches which extend the hollow body by bifurcations. Thus, the air blown by the hair cutting device enters the main body and is subsequently conveyed in the two branches. Each of these two branches comprises at least one opening configured for discharging the blown air in a direction inclined by an angle comprised between 30 ° and 80 ° with respect to a plane P passing through the two branches, preferably through the entire length of these branches. Advantageously, the opening extends longitudinally and parallel to the longitudinal axis of each of the branches. Preferably, said opening extends along a longitudinal axis parallel to or advantageously included in said plane P. The branches are configured such that the ends of the branches have a spacing E between each other that allows hair to pass through.
Thanks to these arrangements, the hair-cutting accessory allows to ensure good hair drying, the air flow from the oppositely arranged openings being thus directed towards the hair, while avoiding the effect of eddy currents. More precisely, the air flow coming from the opening is therefore a longitudinal flow, i.e. the air flow extends for a certain length, with a source substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the branches of the attachment and is oriented obliquely with respect to the plane P and preferably towards the bottom of the hair cutting device. The effect after drying is improved. In addition, by easily handling the hair cutting device, the attachment can be properly positioned over the hair. The hair lock can be easily positioned between the two branches by inserting it into the space, which allows to move the haircutting accessory along the hair while maintaining the blown air inclined towards the hair.
The plane P passing through the two branches refers to the plane P passing through the two branches while being parallel to the two branches. In other words, the plane P passing through the two branches refers to the plane in which the longitudinal axis of each of the two branches lies.
Likewise, the longitudinal axis of each of the two branches can be a straight axis, i.e. along a straight or curved trajectory, i.e. along an arc, ellipse, etc.
According to an aspect of the invention, said opening is configured for discharging the blown air in a direction inclined by an angle comprised between 40 ° and 60 ° with respect to said plane P.
According to an aspect of the invention, the opening is configured for discharging the blown air in a direction inclined at an angle of 45 ° with respect to the plane P.
According to one aspect of the invention, the opening comprises a system for directing the blown air.
According to one aspect of the invention, the guide system comprises at least one longitudinal blade, which is longitudinally arranged with respect to the branches.
According to one aspect of the invention, said at least one longitudinal blade is inclined with respect to said plane P by an angle comprised between 30 ° and 80 °.
According to one aspect of the invention, said at least one longitudinal blade is inclined with respect to said plane P by an angle comprised between 40 ° and 60 °.
According to one aspect of the invention, said at least one longitudinal blade is inclined with respect to said plane P by an angle of 45 °.
According to one aspect of the invention, the guide system comprises at least one transverse blade, which is arranged transversely with respect to the branches.
According to one aspect of the invention, said at least one transversal blade is inclined by an angle comprised between 5 ° and 20 ° with respect to a plane P' perpendicular to plane P and cutting said two branches.
According to one aspect of the invention, said at least one longitudinal vane is arranged at the outlet of said opening.
According to one aspect of the invention, the at least one transverse vane is arranged at the outlet of the opening.
According to one aspect of the invention, said at least one longitudinal blade comprises a sheet, preferably made of plastic.
According to one aspect of the invention, said at least one transverse vane comprises a sheet, preferably made of plastic.
According to one aspect of the invention, at least a portion of the at least one opening of the first hollow branch of the two branches and at least a portion of the at least one opening of the second branch of the two branches face each other.
According to an aspect of the invention, at least of each of the two branchesOne opening has a cross-sectional dimension of 3cm2And 15cm2In the meantime.
According to a first design of the hair-cutting accessory according to the invention, the branches are configured so as to form between each other a circle open at the ends of the branches, the opening being constituted by the space. This design facilitates better distribution of air flow when the hair cutting attachment is positioned over the hair. In addition, the design is also better suited to gun-shaped hair dryer type hair cutting devices.
According to a second design of the hair-cutting accessory according to the invention, the branches are configured so as to form between each other substantially an ellipse open at the ends of the branches, the opening being constituted by the space. This design facilitates inserting and spreading the hair between the two branches, which facilitates a flat arrangement of the hair strands between the branches instead of a columnar arrangement of the hair strands, for a more efficient air blow on the hair. In addition, the design is better suited to blowing brush type hair cutting devices having an attachment mounted in a linear extension of the brush's main body. The rectangular or oval design likewise allows good ergonomics of the complete device when the attachment is used in particular for blowing hair locks on the sides of the head.
According to an embodiment of the hair cutting attachment according to the invention, the hair cutting attachment comprises bristles extending inside the branches, preferably parallel to plane P. Thus, the hair arranged inside the arc formed by the branch or branches allows to brush and/or comb the hair strands, avoiding them to be cluttered, bringing more shine and brightness to the hair strands, and allowing them to be evenly dispersed inside the accessory. The bristles may be synthetic and/or natural, but may also be of plastic material or an integral part of such material, for example. The hairs can be gathered and fixed by tufts comprising one or more materials.
According to one aspect of the invention, the opening is configured for discharging the blown air away from the hairs.
According to an aspect of the invention, the hairs are provided upstream of the blown air discharged by the opening.
According to one aspect of the invention, the opening is configured for discharging the blown air towards a lower portion of the hair cutting accessory in use.
According to this embodiment of the hair cutting accessory, in a first variant, the ends of the hairs on the first branch are distanced from the ends of the hairs on the second branch. This first variant allows to limit the pulling force exerted on the hair during the movement of the accessory along said hair.
In a second variant, the ends of the bristles on the first branch are in contact with the ends of the bristles on the second branch. This second variant allows better combing of the hair.
Also in order to limit the tension on these hairs, the hair-cutting accessory is provided with hair mounted on at least one rod assembled with a certain mobility with respect to the branches. Thus, the movement of the at least one lever allows to separate the hairs according to the thickness of the lock of hair placed between the two branches during the movement of the haircutting accessory, which limits the pulling force on the hair.
In an embodiment of the lever, the at least one lever can be articulated about a rotation axis comprised in a plane P passing through at least a first branch of the two branches. At rest, the bristles are in plane P and, in use, if excessive force is applied, the bristles pivot. In order not to completely eliminate the effect of the hairs, the angle of articulation may be defined.
Likewise, said at least one lever can be mobile by being mounted on at least one return spring. A return spring is insertable between the rod and the body of the accessory. The return spring is adjustable, thus allowing to ensure a minimum brushing force depending on the nature of the hair.
Finally, the at least one rod can be removable or interchangeable. This allows to replace the rod of used hair, either to change the hair properties, the diameter of the hair, according to the hair of different users or according to the condition of the hair of the same user.
According to the hair cutting accessory of the present invention, the ends of the branches comprise a spacing E between each other comprised between 10mm and 40mm, preferably between 15mm and 20 mm. This range of spacing allows the hair to easily enter between the two branches and additionally encourages the user to limit the thickness of the tresses of hair placed between the two branches.
According to a design variant of the hair cutting accessory according to the invention, an opening mechanism is arranged between at least one of the branches and the main body to vary the spacing between these two branches. On the one hand, according to a first use, the design facilitates the entry of the hair between the two branches. In fact, this design allows to open two branches to increase the spacing between them and to facilitate the positioning of the hair, and then to close them to bring them to the normal position. On the other hand, according to a second use, the design allows to maximally space the two branches, so as to position them at and partially around the contour of the head.
According to this design variant of the hair cutting accessory according to the invention, a drive system is arranged between at least one of said branches and the main body, so as to automatically separate one or more branches by activating said system. This facilitates the operation of the accessory when the user wishes to separate the two branches.
The invention also relates to a hair cutting device for blowing an air flow, preferably a hair dryer or a blowing brush. The hair cutting device comprises an air outlet through which air that can be preheated is blown out. The hair cutting device also comprises at least one hair cutting attachment according to the invention, comprising one or another of the features described above. In addition, an assembly mechanism is disposed between the air outlet and an end of the main body of the hair cutting accessory. This allows a removable assembly between the hair cutting accessory and the hair cutting device, so as to allow the use of a plurality of hair cutting accessories, having different characteristics, whether or not the object of the present invention, with one and the same hair cutting device.
The haircutting device according to the invention comprises a presence detector for detecting the presence of a haircutting accessory assembled on the air outlet. This allows the hair cutting device to identify the hair cutting accessory when the hair cutting accessory is assembled on the air outlet.
According to this design, the haircutting device can comprise a presence indicator indicating the presence of the haircutting accessory assembled on the air outlet, the presence indicator being configured to be activated when the presence detector is activated. This allows alerting the user that the hair cutting attachment is properly assembled on the air outlet of the device.
According to this design, the hair cutting device preferably comprises a limiting mechanism limiting the heating temperature of the blown air flow, the limiting mechanism being configured to be activated when the presence detector is activated. This has the advantage of avoiding excessive heating of the hair cutting attachment which could cause damage thereto.

Detailed Description
In the following description, the same reference numerals are used to define the same features or their equivalents.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a hair cutting device 1 of the hair dryer type blowing an air flow. The hair cutting device is also shown in fig. 6, 7 and 9. As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 8, the hair cutting device 1 is of the blow brush type. The hair cutting device 1 comprises a main body 2 comprising an operating handle 2a and an air outlet 3 through which air is blown. The hair-cutting apparatus 1 also comprises a control button 4 and an adjustment button 5 of the heating temperature of the blown air. The body 2 integrates an air heating mechanism (for example an electric resistance) and a blowing mechanism (for example an electric fan) of the air discharged by the air outlet 3, said mechanisms being controlled by an electronic card. These features of the hair cutting device 1 are well known to the person skilled in the art and therefore do not need to be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5f, the hair cutting attachment 6 is assembled to the air outlet 3 of the hair cutting device 1. The hair cutting attachment 6 comprises a hollow body 7. The end 8 of the body 7 is assembled with the air outlet 3. For this purpose, the end 8 can be configured for being fitted in the air outlet 3. It is also possible to envisage a sliding mounting of the end 8 inside the air outlet 3, a ratchet system (not shown) being implemented between the end 8 and the air outlet 3. This ratchet system can be constituted, for example, by a groove arranged at said end 8 and by a retractable pawl driven by a control button, the pawl being positioned in the groove when the end 8 is engaged inside the air outlet 3. The hair-cutting accessory 6 can also be assembled on the air outlet 3 by means of screws or by means of a fixing system of the snap-on type.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5f, the hair-cutting accessory 6 comprises two branches 9,10 which extend the main body 7 towards the front, communicate with the main body and divide it in two in a bifurcated manner. These branches can be substantially symmetrical with respect to a plane which is vertical and orthogonal to a plane P passing through one or more branches 9, 10. The space E is located at the distal end of the accessory once the accessory is mounted on the device. The branches 9,10 are hollow and the blown air is blown out from the air outlet 3 and passes to the inside of the body 7, then passing along the two branches 9,10 where it is discharged through the opening 11, in a direction represented by the arrow 19, at an angle of inclination between 30 ° and 80 ° with respect to the plane P. Preferably, the opening 11 is configured for discharging the blown air in a direction inclined by an angle comprised between 40 ° and 60 ° with respect to said plane P. Preferably, the opening 11 is configured for discharging the blown air in a direction inclined at an angle of 45 ° with respect to said plane P. The plane P through the two branches 9,10 refers to the plane in which the longitudinal axis of each of said two branches 9,10 lies.
The opening 11 may be continuous between the two branches 9, 10. Conversely, one or more different openings 11 can be provided on each of the two branches 9, 10.
Preferably, the opening 11 extends longitudinally and parallel to the longitudinal axis of each of the two branches 9,10, as shown for example in fig. 5a to 5 f. In other words, the opening 11 is configured for creating a sufficiently large air flow (the opening extending over a certain length parallel to the axis of the branches), which is inclined with respect to said plane P by an angle comprised between 30 ° and 80 °, preferably oriented towards the bottom of the hairdressing apparatus, and advantageously with a width substantially equal to the length of each branch. This arrangement allows in particular to generate a sufficiently large air flow, advantageously extending substantially over the entire length of said branches 9,10, which air flow can be uniformly diffused over the hair located between said branches 9,10 as a whole, while being directed downwards, i.e. towards the ends of the hair. In other words, the generated air flow extends over the entire width of the hair strand towards the end of the hair strand. Thus, the swirling is limited and the use of the hair cutting device is significantly facilitated (the direction of the air flow with respect to the hair has been optimized). Thus, the user can achieve the desired shaping more conveniently and more quickly. As an example, the opening 11 or openings 11 can be in the form of a slit extending over the entire length of the branches 9,10, said slit extending along an axis substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the branches 9, 10.
The opening 11 comprises a system 25 of directing the blown air. The guide system 25 comprises longitudinal blades 27, which are arranged longitudinally with respect to the branches 9,10, and/or transverse blades 29, which are arranged transversely with respect to the branches 9, 10.
Said longitudinal blades 27 are inclined with respect to said plane P by an angle comprised between 30 ° and 80 °. Preferably, said longitudinal blades 27 are inclined with respect to said plane P by an angle comprised between 40 ° and 60 °. Preferably, said longitudinal blades 27 are inclined at an angle of 45 ° with respect to said plane P. Preferably, the longitudinal blade extends parallel to the longitudinal axis of the branches 9,10 and divides the opening 11 into two openings, for example.
The transverse blades 29 are advantageously inclined by an angle preferably comprised between 5 ° and 20 ° with respect to the plane P' perpendicular to the plane P and cutting the two branches 9, 10.
The longitudinal and transverse vanes 27,29 are arranged at the outlet of the opening 11.
According to one aspect of the invention, said longitudinal blades 27 and said transversal blades 29 each comprise a sheet, advantageously made of plastic.
At least a part of the opening 11 of the first hollow branch 9 between the two branches 9,10 and at least a part of the opening 11 of the second branch 10 between the two branches 9,10 face each other.
The cross section of the respective openings 11 of the two branches has a dimension of between 3cm2And 15cm2And advantageously 7cm2. The opening 11 is divided by the longitudinal and transverse blades 27,29 into a plurality of passing holes each having 0.5cm2Is provided.
According to a preferred embodiment shown in fig. 5a to 5f, the longitudinal fins 27 and the transverse fins 29 are perpendicular to each other. The air flow from each branch 9,10 is thus evenly distributed over the hair. In fig. 1 and 2, the branches 9,10 have a semicircular shape with ends 12,13 spaced from each other in order to maintain a spacing E between the branches. Thus, the branches 9,10 simultaneously form a circle open at said ends 12,13 thereof. In fig. 3 and 4, the semi-circular shape of the branches 9,10 is replaced by a semi-elliptical shape, so that said branches 9,10 simultaneously form an ellipse which is open at two ends 12,13, which have a spacing E between each other. This space E allows hair to pass through in order to position the hair between the two branches 9, 10. The spacing E between the two ends 12,13 of the branches 9,10 is chosen between 10mm and 40mm, for example more precisely between 15mm and 20 mm. Preferably, the spacing E is 17mm for the branches 9,10 forming an open circle and 16mm for the branches 9,10 forming an open ellipse.
In fig. 1, the hair-cutting attachment 6 comprises bristles 14 which extend radially in a plane parallel to the plane P, inside the circle formed by the branches 9, 10. These hairs 14 are arranged in a row extending on both sides on the inner side 9a, 10a of the branches 9, 10. The hairs 14 are opposed to each other and do not touch.
As shown in fig. 5a to 5f, the opening 11 is configured to discharge the blown air away from the hairs 14. The hairs 14 are arranged downstream of the opening 11 in the hair-cutting attachment 6 in use. The opening 11 is configured for discharging the blown air towards the lower part of the hair cutting accessory 6 in use. Thus, when using the hair-cutting attachment 6, the hair is dried for the first time by the flow of hot air exiting through the opening 11 and is subsequently combed by the hairs 14.
The hair-cutting attachment 6 comprises a first row of hairs 14a, which extends on the inner side 9a of the first branch 9, and a second row of hairs 14b, which extends on the inner side 10a of the second branch 10. These hairs 14a, 14b are arranged in a plane P or in a plane parallel to said plane P. The ends 15a of the hairs 14a on the first branch 9 can be in contact with the ends 15b of the hairs 14b on the second branch 10, as shown in fig. 4, or spaced from each other as shown in fig. 5a to 5 f.
In an embodiment variant as shown in figure 5f, the accessory 6 can comprise two rows of complementary hairs 30 to complement the two rows of hairs 14, in order to further improve the combing of the locks, allowing more shine and brightness to be imparted to the locks. The row of bristles 30 is advantageously carried by the upper part of the branches 9,10, opposite the opening 11, the bristles 30 advantageously being inclined upwards so as to form an angle of about 45 ° with the plane P.
Fig. 8 and 9 show branches 9,10 which form substantially an open ellipse and an open circle, respectively. An ellipse refers to a flat circle and has a long shape. In fig. 8, the presence of two rows of hairs 14a, 14b similar to the hairs of fig. 4 is observed. In addition, it is observed in fig. 8 that the bristles 14a on the first branch 9 are mounted on the rod 16. The rod 16 is arranged on the inner side 9a of the limb, the flexible mounting providing a degree of mobility for the bristles 14 a. Such a rod 16 is also arranged on the inner side 10a of the second branch 10. This design allows the ends 15a, 15b of the hairs 14a, 14b to be slightly separated so as to limit the pulling force on the hair placed between the two branches 9,10 during the movement of the hair attachment 6 along the hair. In fig. 9, it is observed that the ends 15 of the hairs 14 are also in contact, which is contrary to the embodiment shown in fig. 1. In this case, the lever 16 is also arranged on the inner side 9a, 10a of the branches 9, 10.
In fig. 6, the first branch 9 of the hair cutting attachment 6 is mounted with respect to the main body 7 by means of a pivoting connection 17, while being in contact with the main body. The second branch 10 is fixed with respect to the body 7. This design allows to increase the spacing E between the two ends 12,13 of the branches 9,10, in particular to facilitate the insertion of hair between these two branches 9, 10.
In fig. 7, the two branches 9,10 are mounted with respect to the body 7 by means of pivot connections 17,18, which allows to further increase the spacing E compared to the embodiment shown in fig. 6. The large spacing also allows, for example, to position the hair cutting accessory 6 with the two open branches 9,10 at the contour of the head.
The embodiment of fig. 6 and 7 implements branches 9,10 forming open circles. Embodiments of these branches 9,10 forming an open ellipse similar to those shown in fig. 4 and 8 are also contemplated.
Other opening mechanisms of the branches 9,10 than the pivot connections 17,18 can be considered, in particular in order to increase the spacing E between the ends 12,13 of these branches 9, 10. For example, it is conceivable to implement the telescopic branches 9, 10.
Recesses (not shown) may be provided arranged at the pivotal connections 17,18 between the branches 9,10 and the body 7, which recesses allow to accurately define a plurality of open positions of the branches 9,10, even just the open position of the first branch 9 in the case shown in fig. 6.
It is also possible to provide a drive system between the branches 9,10 and the body 7, even only between the first branch 9 and the body 7 in the case shown in fig. 6. The drive system allows to open the branches 9,10 automatically when it is activated. For example, when the branches are in the closed position, posts engaging in the branches 9,10 or resting on said branches 9,10 can be provided, with a minimum spacing E, which posts can be retracted by means of the activation of a control button or a pin button. Is arranged between the branches 9,10 and the body 7, the return spring ensuring that the branches 9,10 open automatically when the post is retracted.
Other features of the hair-cutting attachment 6 can be considered without going beyond the scope of protection of the present invention.
