Description

Hair-cutting attachment with hair and hair-cutting device equipped with such an attachment
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a hair cutting device for shaping and drying hair. Such hair cutting accessories are used on hair cutting devices for blowing an air flow, such as hair blowers or hair brushes, said accessories being connected at an air outlet of said devices. The aim of the attachment according to the invention is to facilitate the handling of the hair and the operation of the device during drying and haircutting.
Background
A hair cutting attachment is disclosed in the document published under the known patent number CN103284440A, said hair cutting attachment being arranged at the air outlet of the hair dryer. The accessory comprises a hollow body equipped with an end configured for connection to the air outlet, and a hollow element of circular or annular shape connected to the hollow body and extending it towards the front. The hollow element comprises at least one opening on its lower part, said at least one opening being configured for discharging blown air by a blower around said element along a trajectory parallel to its axis of rotation. This design has the advantage of facilitating the operation of the hairdryer when the attachment is placed over the hair, which allows the operating lever to be kept from being damaged in order to direct hot air vertically, and to blow air in the direction of the length of the hair in order to better dry the hair without damaging its cuticle.
The accessory can also be used for drying along the lock of hair: in this case, the lock of hair is introduced through the loop and the accessory is guided along the lock of hair from the scalp towards the end of the lock of hair. However, during this drying of the lock of hair passing through the accessory, the position of the lock of hair in the loop is not easily fixed and may even become tangled.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention implements a hair cutting attachment that allows for convenient handling of the hair cutting device and proper positioning of the attachment during drying. Furthermore, the aim of the present invention is to facilitate the movements of the hairdressing apparatus and the hairdressing accessory, while maintaining an optimal position of the accessory with respect to the hair, according to which air is blown in the direction of the length of the hair, from the scalp towards the ends of the locks of hair. The invention allows to distribute the locks of hair inside the accessory in a uniform manner. The invention finally allows to ensure a quick drying of the locks of hair, without tangling the latter and increasing their lightness.
The present invention therefore relates to a hair-cutting attachment for hair shaping, for connection with an air outlet of a hair-cutting apparatus blowing an air flow, comprising a hollow body equipped with an end arranged for connection with the air outlet, and at least one arched first hollow branch, which elongates the hollow body by diverging and comprises at least one opening configured for discharging the blown air in a direction substantially perpendicular to a plane P through the branch, the first hollow branch comprising bristles extending on an inner side of the branch, preferably parallel to the plane P. The plane P passing through the two branches means a plane P passing through the two branches and extending parallel to the two branches at the same time.
Thus, the hair arranged inside the arc formed by the branches allows brushing and/or combing the hair strands, avoiding tangling and making the hair strands more shiny or lustrous and allowing them to be evenly distributed inside the accessory. The hair may be synthetic and/or of natural material, for example wild boar hair. Hair refers to any hair realized from synthetic or natural materials, but also to any spike, such as a plastic spike, or to the whole of these. The hairs may be gathered and secured by tufts comprising one or more materials.
According to one embodiment, the hair-cutting accessory comprises at least one arched second hollow branch, which lengthens the hollow body by a bifurcation and comprises at least one opening configured for discharging the blown air in a direction substantially perpendicular to a plane P passing through the two branches, said second hollow branch comprising bristles extending parallel to plane P on the inner side of said branches. Thus, the hair disposed inside the arc formed by each branch allows brushing and/or combing the hair strands, keeping them from tangling, treating each side of the hair strands and making them more shiny or shiny. The laid hairs are held in a uniform manner on each side of the branch during the entire movement of the accessory along the lock of hair.
According to this embodiment of the hair cutting accessory, in a first variant, the ends of the hairs on said first branch are remote from the ends of the hairs on said second branch. This first variant allows to limit the pulling force exerted on the hair during the movement of the accessory along said hair.
According to this embodiment of the hair cutting accessory, in a second variant, the ends of the hairs on the first branch are in contact with the ends of the hairs on the second branch. This second variant allows better detangling of the hair.
However, in order to limit the pulling force on these hairs, hair cutting accessories are provided that mount the hairs on at least one rod that is assembled with a certain degree of mobility with respect to one or more branches. The mobility of said at least one rod-shaped portion therefore allows to separate the hair during the movement of the hair-cutting accessory according to the thickness of the lock of hair arranged between said two branches, which limits the pulling force on the hair.
In an embodiment of this rod, the at least one rod may be articulated about a rotation axis contained in a plane P passing through the at least first branch. At rest, the bristles are in plane P and, in use, the bristles pivot if excessive force is applied. The articulation may be limited in angle so as not to completely eliminate the effect of the hairs.
The at least one rod-shaped part can thus be moved by the mounting on the return spring. The return spring may be interposed between the stem and the body of the accessory. The return spring can be adjustable as the case may be, which thus allows ensuring a minimum brushing force depending on the hair properties.
Finally, the at least one shaft is removable or interchangeable. This allows to replace the shaft of the used hair or to modify the hair properties, the diameter of the hair, according to the hair of different users or according to the condition of the hair of the same user.
According to a first embodiment of the two branches, the hair cutting accessory has branches configured for bringing the ends thereof into mutual contact. This allows for a simplified implementation of the accessory. The two branches may also be formed as a single piece.
According to a second embodiment of these two branches, which is alternative to the first embodiment, the hair-cutting accessory has branches configured so that the ends thereof have a spacing E between each other that allows the passage of hair. Thus, the attachment can be suitably positioned over the hair while facilitating the handling of the hair cutting device. Furthermore, by introducing a lock of hair through the gap, the lock of hair can be easily arranged between the two branches, which allows moving the hairstyling accessory along the hair while keeping the air blow in the direction of the length of the hair.
According to this second design, the ends of the branches of the appendage comprise a spacing E between each other of between 10mm and 40mm, preferably between 15mm and 20 mm. This range of spacing allows the hair to easily enter between the two branches and also guides the user to limit the thickness of the locks of hair placed between the two branches.
Furthermore, in a first alternative of the shape, the branches are configured to form a circle with each other. This shape allows an excellent distribution of the air flow, especially when the accessory is placed over the hair. The design is also more suitable for pistol-shaped haircut devices of the blower type.
And, in a second alternative of the shape, the branches are arranged to form substantially an ellipse between each other. This design facilitates the introduction of the hair into the two branches while distributing the hair along the branches, which facilitates a flat arrangement of the locks between the two branches, instead of a lock-like arrangement, so that the air flow has a better efficiency for the hair. The design is furthermore better suited to hair cutting devices of the blowing brush type, which have an attachment mounted in a linear extension of the body of the brush. The oblong or oval design also allows a good ergonomics of the whole device to be maintained when the accessory is used, in particular, for drying hair on the side of the head.
According to a variant of the design of the hair cutting accessory according to the invention, an opening mechanism is arranged between at least one of said branches and the main body in order to modify the spacing between these two branches. According to a first use, on the one hand, the design facilitates the introduction of the hair between the two branches. In fact, this design allows to open the two branches in order to increase the spacing between them and facilitate the positioning of the hair, and then to close said branches in order to bring them back into the normal position. On the other hand, according to a second use, the design allows to maximally separate the two branches in order to arrange them at the contour of the head and partially surround said contour.
According to this variant of the design of the hair cutting accessory according to the invention, a drive system is arranged between at least one of said branches and the main body in order to automatically separate one or more branches by activating said system. This facilitates the handling of the accessory when the user wishes to separate the two branches.
The invention also relates to a hair cutting device for blowing an air flow, preferably a blower or a blowing brush. The hair-cutting apparatus comprises an air outlet through which air, which may have been heated beforehand, is blown. The hair cutting device further comprises at least one hair cutting attachment according to the invention, comprising any of the features described above. Furthermore, an assembly mechanism is arranged between the air outlet and an end of the main body of the hair cutting accessory. This allows a removable assembly between the hair cutting accessory and the hair cutting device, so as to allow a plurality of hair cutting accessories with different characteristics to be used with one and the same hair cutting device, whether or not said hair cutting accessory is according to the invention.
According to a design of the hair cutting device according to the invention, the hair cutting device comprises a presence detector for detecting the presence of a hair cutting accessory assembled on the air outlet. This allows the hair cutting device to identify the hair cutting accessory when it is assembled on the air outlet.
According to this design, the hair cutting device preferably comprises a presence indicator indicating the presence of a hair cutting accessory assembled on the air outlet, the presence indicator being configured to be switched on when the presence detector is activated. This allows the user to be prompted that the hair cutting attachment is properly attached to the air outlet of the device.
According to this design, the hair cutting device preferably comprises a limiting mechanism limiting the heating temperature of the blown air stream, the limiting mechanism being configured to be switched on when the presence detector is activated. This has the advantage of avoiding excessive heating of the hair cutting attachment, which may lead to damage of the hair cutting attachment.

Detailed Description
In the following description, the same reference numerals are used to define the same features or their equivalents.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a hair cutting device 1 for blowing an air stream of the blower type. Which is also shown in fig. 6, 7 and 9. In figures 3, 4 and 8, however, the hair cutting device 1 is of the blowing brush type. The hair cutting device 1 comprises a main body 2, said main body 2 comprising an operating handle 2a and an air outlet 3, through which air outlet 3 air is blown. The hair-cutting device 1 further comprises a control button 4 and an adjustment button 5 for adjusting the heating temperature of the blown air. The body 2 integrates an air heating mechanism (for example a resistance) and an air blowing mechanism (for example a fan set) which are controlled by the electronic card, the air being discharged through the air outlet 3. Such features of the hair cutting device 1 are well known to the person skilled in the art and are therefore not described in detail.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the hair cutting attachment 6 is assembled on the air outlet 3 of the hair cutting device 1. The hair cutting attachment 6 comprises a hollow body 7. The end 8 of the body 7 is assembled with the air outlet 3. To this end, the end 8 may be configured for embedding in the air outlet 3. A sliding mounting of the end 8 inside the air outlet 3 is also conceivable, wherein a locking system (not shown in the figures) is implemented between the end 8 and the air outlet 3. This locking system may for example consist of a female neck arranged at the end 8 and a retractable claw actuated by a control button, said claw being provided in the female neck when the end 8 is engaged inside the air outlet 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the hair-cutting attachment 6 comprises two branches 9, 10, said two branches 9, 10 extending the main body 7 towards the front, said branches 9, 10 communicating with the main body 7 while bifurcating the main body 7. These branches may be substantially symmetrical with respect to a vertical plane orthogonal to a plane P passing through said one or more branches 9, 10. The space E is located at the distal end of the accessory once the accessory is mounted on the device. These branches 9, 10 are hollow and have a cross section with a U-shape, as shown in fig. 5. The blown air is discharged from the air outlet 3 and enters the interior of the body 7, then passes along the two branches 9, 10, where the blown air is discharged downwards through the opening 11 in the direction of the arrow 19, the direction of said arrow 19 being perpendicular to the plane P, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5. The opening 11 may be continuous between the two branches 9, 10. Conversely, one or more different openings 11 can be provided on each of the two branches 9, 10. As an alternative to two separate and spaced branches, the two branches may be in contact with each other (not shown) so as to form a complete circle or a complete ellipse as in the prior art in CN103284440 referred to above. The two branches may be in fluid communication for passing an air flow. The two branches may form a single piece.
In fig. 1 and 2, the branches 9, 10 have a semicircular shape, and their ends 12, 13 are spaced apart from each other so as to maintain a spacing E between each other. Thus, the branches 9, 10 simultaneously form a circle open at the ends 12, 13. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the semi-circular shape of the branches 9, 10 is replaced by a semi-elliptical shape, so that said branches 9, 10 simultaneously form an ellipse open at two ends 12, 13, with a space E between said two ends 12, 13. This space E allows the passage of hair in order to position the hair between the two branches 9, 10. The spacing E between the two ends 12, 13 of the branches 9, 10 is chosen between 10mm and 40mm, for example more precisely between 15mm and 20 mm. Preferably, the spacing E is 17mm for the branches 9, 10 forming an open circle and 16mm for the branches 9, 10 forming an open ellipse.
As shown in fig. 1, the hair-cutting attachment 6 comprises bristles 14, said bristles 14 extending radially inside the circle formed by the branches 9, 10 in a plane parallel to the plane P. These hairs 14 are arranged in a row extending on both sides on the inner side 9a, 10a of the branches 9, 10. The hairs 14 are opposed to each other without contact.
As shown in fig. 4, the hair-cutting attachment 6 comprises a first row of bristles 14a extending on the inner side 9a of the first branch 9 and a second row of bristles 14b extending on the inner side 10a of the second branch 10. These hairs 14a, 14b are arranged in a plane P or in a plane parallel to the plane P. The ends 15a of the hairs 14a on the first branch 9 are in contact with the ends 15b of the hairs 14b on the second branch 10. However, a variant is conceivable according to which the ends 15a, 15b are relatively distant from one another.
Fig. 8 and 9 show branches 9, 10 forming a substantially open ellipse and an open circle, respectively. An ellipse refers to a flattened circle and has a long shape. As shown in fig. 8, the presence of two rows of hairs 14a, 14b similar to those in fig. 4 was observed. In fig. 8, it is observed that the bristles 14a on the first branch 9 are attached to the rod-shaped portion 16. The rod-shaped portion 16 is arranged on the inner side 9a of the branch, which has a flexible mounting providing mobility to the hairs 14 a. Such a rod-shaped portion 16 is also provided on the inner side 10a of the second branch 10. This design allows slightly opening the ends 15a, 15b of the hairs 14a, 14b in order to limit the pulling force on these hairs during the movement of the hair-cutting accessory 6 along these hairs arranged between the two branches 9, 10. As shown in fig. 9, it is observed that the ends 15 of the hairs 14 are touching, which is the opposite of the embodiment shown in fig. 1. In this case, the rod-shaped portion 16 is also arranged on the inner portions 9a, 10a of the branches 9, 10.
As shown in fig. 6, the first branch 9 of the hair-cutting attachment 6 is mounted with respect to the main body 7 by means of a pivoting connection 17, while communicating with the main body 7. The second branch 10 is held fixed relative to the body 7. This design allows to increase the spacing E between the two ends 12, 13 of the branches 9, 10, in particular to facilitate the introduction of hair between these two branches 9, 10.
As shown in fig. 7, the two branches 9, 10 are mounted with respect to the main body 7 by means of pivot connections 17, 18, which allow to further increase the spacing E compared to the embodiment shown in fig. 6. The greater spacing also allows, for example, to place the hair-cutting accessory 6 with the two branches 9, 10 open at the contour of the head.
The embodiments shown in fig. 6 and 7 are implemented by forming the branches 9, 10 of an open circle. It is also contemplated that these embodiments have branches 9, 10 that form an open ellipse, similar to the ellipses shown in fig. 4 and 8.
In addition to the pivot connections 17, 18, other opening mechanisms of the limbs 9, 10 are also conceivable, in particular for increasing the spacing E between the ends 12, 13 of these limbs 9, 10. For example, it is conceivable to implement telescopic branches 9, 10.
Recesses, not shown in the figures, can be provided, arranged between the branches 9, 10 and the body 7 at the pivot connections 17, 18, these recesses allowing a more precise definition of the open positions of the branches 9, 10, and even in the case of figure 6 only of the first branch 9.
It is also possible to envisage arranging a drive system between the branches 9, 10 and the body 7, even in the case of figure 6, only between the first branch 9 and the body 7. The drive system allows to open the branches 9, 10 automatically when it is activated. For example, posts (plots) may be provided which engage in the branches 9, 10 or against these branches 9, 10 when these branches 9, 10 are in the closed position with a minimum spacing E, these posts being retractable by activating a control button or pin. A return spring is arranged between the branches 9, 10 and the body 7, which ensures automatic opening of the branches 9, 10 when the joint is taken up.
Other features are contemplated for hair cutting attachment 6 without departing from the scope of the present invention.
Other features are also conceivable for the hair cutting device 1. The hair cutting device 1 comprises, inter alia, a presence detector arranged at the air outlet 3. The presence detector is activated when the main body 7 of the hair-cutting accessory 6 is assembled with said air outlet 3. The presence detector transmits information to an electronic card (not shown) of the hair cutting apparatus 1, which is arranged in the main body 2 of the hair cutting apparatus 1. When the presence detector is activated, the electronic card controls the lighting of a luminous indicator (not shown) obviously arranged on the main body 2 of the hair cutting apparatus 1 in order to prompt the user of the assembly of the hair cutting attachment 6 on the hair cutting apparatus 1. Furthermore, this electronic card is configured for controlling a heating mechanism (not shown) of the hair cutting device 1 when the presence of the hair cutting accessory 6 is detected, so as to limit the heating temperature of the blown air and thus avoid damaging the hair cutting accessory 6.
