Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a ferroferric oxide-carboxymethyl cellulose-sodium alginate composite filter tip additive, which comprises the steps of firstly blending a carboxymethyl cellulose solution and a ferrous sulfate solution to obtain carboxymethyl cellulose complex iron, then uniformly mixing the carboxymethyl cellulose complex iron with a sodium alginate solution to form a composite solution system, uniformly generating ferroferric oxide nano particles in situ in the composite solution system by adjusting the pH and the oxidation action of oxygen in the air, carrying out cross-linking on the ferroferric oxide nano particles in a calcium chloride solution after freeze drying to form a space network structure, and crushing and uniformly grinding the mixture after adjusting the water content to obtain the filter tip additive. The filter tip additive disclosed by the invention has the effects of excellent tar and harm reduction and improving the smoking comfort of cigarettes, and is comprehensive in function and strong in practicability.

a preparation method of a ferroferric oxide-carboxymethyl cellulose-sodium alginate composite filter tip additive comprises the following steps:
(1) firstly, adding carboxymethyl cellulose into water, stirring and dissolving completely to obtain a carboxymethyl cellulose solution, then slowly dropwise adding a ferrous sulfate solution into the carboxymethyl cellulose solution, and stirring and reacting for 0.5-1h under the condition of introducing nitrogen gas for protection to obtain a carboxymethyl cellulose complex iron solution, wherein the volume ratio of the carboxymethyl cellulose solution to the ferrous sulfate solution is 2: (0.5-1);
(2) uniformly mixing a sodium alginate solution with the carboxymethyl cellulose iron complex solution obtained in the step (1), adjusting the pH to 10-11 by using sodium hydroxide, stirring for 0.5-1h, adjusting the pH to be neutral, freeze-drying, soaking the obtained solid in a calcium chloride solution for 0.5-1h for a crosslinking reaction, drying the obtained hydrogel at 50-60 ℃ until the water content is 10-20%, crushing and uniformly grinding to obtain the ferroferric oxide-carboxymethyl cellulose-sodium alginate composite filter tip additive, wherein the volume ratio of the sodium alginate solution to the carboxymethyl cellulose iron complex solution is 1: (0.1-0.15).
The mass fraction of the carboxymethyl cellulose solution is 1-2%.
The mass fraction of the ferrous sulfate solution is 3-5%.
The mass fraction of the sodium alginate solution is 2-3%.
The mass fraction of the calcium chloride solution is 4-6%.
The filter additive obtained after grinding in the step (2) is 100-200 meshes.

the preparation method comprises the steps of blending a carboxymethyl cellulose solution and a ferrous sulfate solution to enable the carboxymethyl cellulose and ferrous iron ions to be fully coordinated to obtain carboxymethyl cellulose complex iron, then uniformly mixing the carboxymethyl cellulose complex iron with a sodium alginate solution to form a composite solution system, uniformly generating ferroferric oxide nanoparticles in situ in the composite solution system by adjusting the pH and the oxidation of oxygen in the air, performing freeze drying, performing crosslinking on the ferroferric oxide nanoparticles in a calcium chloride solution to form a spatial network structure, adjusting the water content, then crushing and uniformly grinding to obtain the ferroferric oxide-carboxymethyl cellulose-sodium alginate composite filter tip additive. The filter tip additive prepared by the invention has a porous structure, is loaded with ferroferric oxide nanoparticles, can effectively adsorb and intercept various harmful components in smoke, can increase the moisture content in the smoke, reduce the dryness and irritation of the smoke, improve the taste and comfort level of the smoke, has the effects of excellent tar and harm reduction functions and improvement on the smoking comfort level of cigarettes, and has comprehensive functions and strong practicability.

The mass fraction of the ferrous sulfate solution is 3%.
The mass fraction of the sodium alginate solution is 2%.
The mass fraction of the calcium chloride solution is 4%.

1. A preparation method of a ferroferric oxide-carboxymethyl cellulose-sodium alginate composite filter tip additive is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) firstly, adding carboxymethyl cellulose into water, stirring and dissolving completely to obtain a carboxymethyl cellulose solution, then slowly dropwise adding a ferrous sulfate solution into the carboxymethyl cellulose solution, and stirring and reacting for 0.5-1h under the condition of introducing nitrogen gas for protection to obtain a carboxymethyl cellulose complex iron solution, wherein the volume ratio of the carboxymethyl cellulose solution to the ferrous sulfate solution is 2: (0.5-1);
(2) uniformly mixing a sodium alginate solution with the carboxymethyl cellulose iron complex solution obtained in the step (1), adjusting the pH to 10-11 by using sodium hydroxide, stirring for 0.5-1h, adjusting the pH to be neutral, freeze-drying, soaking the obtained solid in a calcium chloride solution for 0.5-1h for a crosslinking reaction, drying the obtained hydrogel at 50-60 ℃ until the water content is 10-20%, crushing and uniformly grinding to obtain the ferroferric oxide-carboxymethyl cellulose-sodium alginate composite filter tip additive, wherein the volume ratio of the sodium alginate solution to the carboxymethyl cellulose iron complex solution is 1: (0.1-0.15).
